The mount of Lord Vishnu!

Just a few hundred years ago, Garuda went to the Heavenly Realm in search of Indra, but because he offended the Heavenly Emperor, he was cursed by the Heavenly Emperor and can no longer meet Lord Vishnu.

The sage Narada knew about this incident all too well.

Narada was sweating profusely.

Indra chuckled.

“Cursing others is really not nice!”

“I don’t like it!”

“However, bestowing blessings is more omnipotent!”

“Making the Supreme Lord deliberately forget someone should also be fine!”

As he spoke, Indra leaned into Narada Muni’s ear and whispered in a voice that only the two of them could hear, “Narada Muni, you wouldn’t want the Supreme Lord to forget you either, would you~”

Narada Muni’s face changed color.

His smile was frozen on his face, neither laughing nor crying.

Trouble!

“Uh…”

“It’s our undeniable responsibility as immortals to assist the Devas in resisting the Asuras, to maintain the peace of the world, and to spread the Righteous Law of the cosmos!”

“Of course, I shall join as well!”

Narada Muni squeezed out a smile and answered.

Indra nodded at his words.

“Good!”

“Fire God Agni!”

“You lead an army of one hundred thousand, with Narada Muni as your aide, to the Mortal Realm, to resist the invasion of the Asuras and suppress Jīnchuáng!”

Indra commanded.

“Yes!”

Fire God Agni was brimming with vigor.

Indra then turned his excited gaze towards Wind God Vayu.

“Vayu, you take the vanguard!”

“Yes!”

Vayu immediately responded.

“Surya, Varuna, you pressure the front lines ahead of the army!”

“Yes!”

Two voices immediately rang out.

Indra was very satisfied with his arrangements.

“I will be in the Heavenly Realm awaiting your good news, believing that you will win with flying colors and defeat Jīnchuáng!”

Indra exclaimed with a grand wave of his hand.

“Good!”

“With the arrival of the Heavenly Realm’s army, victory is assured!”

Sun God Surya burst out laughing.

The other three gods were also full of confidence.

Their one hundred thousand-strong army was imbued with the power of Amrita, the strength of immortality; the mere Asuras would be easily captured.

Soon, the four gods along with Narada Muni, who wore a bitter smile, set off together, leading the celestial army of one hundred thousand Gandharvas from the Heavenly Realm, heading powerfully towards the Mortal Realm.

After these gods had left, Indra’s expression changed.

His eyes moved slightly; he turned and hurried through the small woods of Miscellaneous Grove Garden.

“Summon everyone, apart from the army, to pack up their things; those outside Sudarśana City should also return to Sudarśana City!”

Indra ordered inside the Heavenly Emperor’s Temple.

The Gandharvas and Apsaras present were puzzled but still obeyed Indra’s command, beginning to call back the miscellaneous Gandharvas and Apsaras to Sudarśana City.

“Heavenly Emperor, what are you doing?”

At that moment, the Ritual Master Immortal hurried into the Heavenly Emperor’s Temple.

Seeing the bustling Apsaras around him packing, he couldn’t help but look puzzled and with a frown, he curiously turned to the Heavenly Emperor.

“Teacher!”

“The power of Jīnchuáng is not ordinary; I feel that this battle might not be winnable, so I am making preparations ahead of time,” Indra said, placing his hand to his mouth and clearing his throat.

“Why?”

“Vayu is brave and good at fighting, Varuna is calm and composed, Fire God Agni is fierce, and Sun God Surya is powerful.

They all drank Amrita and greatly increased their strength.

Not to mention there’s also Narada Muni,” remarked the Ritual Master Immortal, puzzled.

Wind God Vayu, Water God Varuna, Fire God Agni, and Sun God Surya were all his beloved disciples.

Heavenly Emperor Indra fell into a slight silence.

What the Ritual Master Immortal said made sense.

It’s just that…

These four gods could be considered the Heavenly Realm’s F4 of losses.

Every time the Asura concluded their arduous meditations and received blessings, these four were their stepping stones.

Of course, it wasn’t just the four of them.

With only four, the significance wouldn’t be enough, just like how there are five of the Great Heavenly Kings.

The fifth, the dejected Heavenly King, was him—Heavenly Emperor Indra.

“It’s just early planning, reserving a retreat route in case of defeat!”

Indra laughed.

“Oh?”

“So where do you plan to go?”

The Ritual Master Immortal asked curiously, blinking his eyes.

“I thought it over for a long time and finally prepared four routes: southward, northward, eastward, and westward!”

Indra extended his right hand, thumb pressed to palm, revealing four fingers.

“Southward, to the underground Yama City in Jambudvipa, but the location of Yama City is too obvious, not so good.”

“Northward, to Kailash to seek Mahadeva Shiva, but the Heavenly Realm has a large family and business, and moving our Sudarśana City there seems like it would disturb Mahadeva and the Lady Master’s private space, affecting their marital relationship, so forget it.”

Indra shook his head and sighed.

The Ritual Master Immortal was stunned.

“Wait, you’re saying move the entire Sudarśana City there?”

The Ritual Master Immortal asked.

“Of course, how can such a big place be abandoned!”

Indra nodded as if it were a matter of course.

“So going eastward, one could go to the Milk Sea to seek Lord Vishnu, but that means crossing through the Earth’s space, dangerous and not cost-effective.”

“Heading westward to Brahmaloka is best.

The place is spacious and convenient, and one can come and go freely.”

Indra nodded his head and stroked his chin as if it were only natural.

At this point, the Ritual Master Immortal was dumbfounded.

All sorts of thoughts rose in his mind.

The Milk Sea and Brahmaloka aren’t even in the eastern or western directions, so how can one say to move eastward or westward?

The Ritual Master Immortal quickly shook his head to dismiss these thoughts.

“Ahem!

Ahem!”

“I think we should not rush, there’s still a good chance of winning!”

“Let’s first see what the situation with the Devas is!”

While the Ritual Master Immortal spoke, with a wave of his large hand, a smooth mirror of light condensed and appeared in front of both Indra and the Ritual Master Immortal.

Shua!

Kailash.

Mahadeva Shiva sat upon a large stone, one foot on the ground, the other resting on his knee.

He nodded slightly, smiled, and closed his eyes, entering meditation.

The divine bull Nandi held his palms together, gazing up at his Supreme Lord with respect and admiration.

“The Supreme Lord is smiling; he must have encountered something joyous,” thought Nandi.

His long ears shook with joy, and he couldn’t help but curl his lips into a happy smile.

Above the Milk Sea.

Vighna.

Vishnu took a deep breath, his face still wearing a serene smile, but now even more joyful than before.

He turned his head gently to continue looking at his wife, Goddess Lakshmi.

Brahmaloka.

Brahma too was observing the movements of the Three Realms.

Upon hearing Indra’s plan, his expression turned serious, his face a tableau of deep thought.

Could it be?

Surely this guy wouldn’t really move here if he loses to Jīnchuáng, right?!

It’s all the trouble caused by those blessings!

“My husband, why do you look so troubled~”

Goddess Saraswati smiled, ceasing the strumming of her Vina, and the heavenly music stopped abruptly as she curiously looked toward Brahma.

Brahma’s beard trembled, and he averted his eyes.

“Saraswati, my wife!”

“Would you mind if our Brahmaloka became a bit more crowded?”

Brahma asked softly.

“A bit more crowded?”

Saraswati, the Goddess, looked puzzled.

“Not much, just several hundred thousand,” Brahma patiently explained.

“???”

Saraswati, the Goddess, knitted her brows slightly, tilted her head, and a chain of question marks appeared above her.
