ps: Yesterday some readers mentioned an issue with duplicate Chapters, and I specially checked. There were indeed two duplicate Chapters on the QQ client. The day before yesterday, Chapter 870 was flagged for review by the system, and after I modified it, it wasn’t re-approved until yesterday. However, upon inspection, the deleted Chapter 870 had not been restored on the client but, for some reason, Chapter 873 was instead repeated. It’s probably a glitch in the system or maybe just a delay. Chapters on other platforms are all normal.

Inside the dressing room, there was only one handwritten letter from Catherine, for Lan Chuan.

Lan Chuan didn’t finish reading and tore up the letter directly.
