Immortal Venerable of the Beast Race
Chapter 122 - 122 84 Blood Rhinoceros Pill Yang Qingshu_1

122: 84 Blood Rhinoceros Pill, Yang Qingshu_1 122: 84 Blood Rhinoceros Pill, Yang Qingshu_1 If there were tens of thousands of Gold Ants, coalescing into the form of weapons to attack enemies, their power would be immense.

With the increasing number of Gold Ants, an issue also presented itself before Shen Long, and that was Divine Sense.

The more Gold Ants there were, the greater the Divine Sense Shen Long needed to control them against the enemy, requiring swift battles to be swiftly concluded.

There were many ways to increase Divine Sense, the most common being consuming elixirs that did so.

The Spirt Control Sect also had Divine Sense Techniques, but they were common goods, ineffective past the Foundation Establishment Stage.

Some Strange Bugs could feed back Divine Sense to the cultivator, the higher their rank, the more Divine Sense they provided.

Shen Long planned to start with elixirs, there were not many second-rank elixirs that could enhance Divine Sense, and he had to obtain the Pill Formula first.

The Shi Jin Ant Queen quickly consumed a piece of Ink Marrow Stone, but it was not satisfied and circled in front of Shen Long.

Shen Long took out another piece of Ink Marrow Stone and threw it on the ground, where the Shi Jin Ant Queen landed and began to gnaw on it.

Shen Long released the Iron Tail Scorpion, whose stinger swayed back and forth, emitting a series of contented hisses.

It was a Mutated Spirit Insect, its Divine Skills far surpassed that of regular second-rank Spirit Insects, and this battle allowed Shen Long to witness the might of Mutated Spirit Insects.

He took out a golden Demon Core adorned with blood strands and fed it to the Iron Tail Scorpion; the core belonged to a second-rank Golden-Striped Blood Toad.

The Iron Tail Scorpion had a strong predilection for highly poisonous substances, and since it had greatly contributed, Shen Long catered to its preferences.

He then took out two hundred-year-old Ink Mustard Grasses and fed them to the Iron Tail Scorpion.

Shen Long put it back into his Spirit Beast Bag and entered the Spirt Control Tower, arriving at the first layer of the tower.

The Green-Eyed Spirit Fox rushed out of the Spirit Control Pool and came before Shen Long.

Shen Long crouched down, patted its head, and fed it a Spirit Feeding Pill.

He proceeded to the second layer, where he was met with an intense wave of heat.

At the foot of a steep mountain peak, Shen Long took out a red Array Plate, injected a spell into it, and the ground emitted a red mist, revealing an opening about three feet wide.

He stepped in and before long, arrived at the end of the tunnel, in a cave about an acre in size, where fifty strands of Red Moon Ganoderma could be seen in the lower left corner.

The Red Moon Ganoderma he had obtained was transplanted here and was growing quite well.

Shen Long watered the Red Moon Ganoderma, and upon completion, exited the cave, then cast a spell into the Array Plate, causing red mist to rise and conceal the entrance once more.

He whistled, and the Fire Rock Beast charged over, followed closely by the Gold-Winged Windroc.

He fed the Fire Rock Beast a hundred-year Fire Cloud Ginseng, gave the Gold-Winged Windroc two Spirit Feeding Pills and two fifty-year Qingfeng Grasses, then left the Spirit Control Tower.

By this time, the Gold Ants had also finished consuming the ore, and Shen Long collected them back into his Spirit Beast Bag.

He sat down cross-legged and began meditating to regather his breath.

Early the next morning, Shen Long left Qingtang Courtyard and started strolling through the streets.

He arrived at the street where Chen’s Rice Shop was located, looked around, and saw nothing out of the ordinary; the doors of Chen’s Rice Shop were shut tight, and he noticed no one tailing him in the vicinity.

After about the time it takes for a pot of tea to brew, Shen Long came to a less crowded street, where Liu’s Grocery Store was also situated.

Liu Shi was talking to a chubby man in black robes, with a sycophantic smile on his face.

“It would be her good fortune if I took a fancy to her; don’t be ungrateful.”

The man in black robes said with a cold face.

Sun Tianfeng, at the Middle Stage of Foundation Establishment.

“Senior Sun, Yuruo is truly in seclusion.

How could I dare deceive you?”

Liu Shi said, smiling obsequiously.

“Hmph, don’t try to fool me with that kind of talk, I’ll come back after a while, and if I still can’t see her, you know the consequences.”

Sun Tianfeng left a harsh word and turned away.

Shen Long had not made contact with this man and continued walking forward.

“Taoist Friend Shen, long time no see.”

Liu Yushan came face to face with him, greeting him with a smile.

“Long time no see, Taoist Friend Liu.

I haven’t seen you for a while, what have you been up to recently!”

Shen Long greeted him in return.

“Several members of our family have mysteriously disappeared, and I’ve been busy looking for them!”

Liu Yushan explained.

“Disappeared, around here?

Could it be the work of an Evil Cultivator?”

Shen Long asked with curiosity.

“They vanished after leaving the marketplace.

They were all Qi Refining Cultivators, and we’re not sure if it’s the deed of an Evil Cultivator or a personal enemy.

If Taoist Friend Shen comes across any clues, please inform me, and you will be handsomely rewarded.”

Liu Yushan said.

“Sure, if I come across any clues, I will notify you.”

Shen Long promised.

After exchanging a few words, Liu Yushan took his leave.

Shen Long continued his stroll through the streets, and as he passed a corner, he spotted Qin Yuwei and quickly followed her.

“Madam Qin, long time no see.”

Shen Long greeted her.

Qin Yuwei smiled faintly and said, “Long time no see.

Are you heading out to set up a stall to sell elixirs?”

“Yes, I bumped into Taoist Friend Liu on the way; several members of his clan have mysteriously disappeared.

Have there been any Evil Cultivators lurking around recently?

I’ve heard that some Foundation Establishment Cultivators have gone missing too.”

Shen Long spoke, attempting to gather information about Li Jian and his companions.

“Taoist Friend Liu also mentioned this to me; it’s indeed a strange matter.

As for the missing Foundation Establishment Cultivators, I’m not sure.

Some may have left the Profound Yin Marketplace.”

Qin Yuwei replied.

After nodding and briefly chatting, they went their separate ways.

Shen Long made his way to the market plaza, laid out a thick cloth, took out the elixirs he had refined, and placed them on his small stall.

He could now produce three types of second-rank elixirs: the Heyuan Pill, Yellow Apricot Pill, and Green Dew Pill.

The first two were used to advance Essence and Mana, while the Green Dew Pill served as a detoxifier.

Shen Long’s elixirs were sold a bit cheaper than the market rate, but he never sold them in large quantities to prevent disrupting the market.
