"That sounds like an excellent idea," he replied with growing interest. "I should probably familiarise myself with the property before making any decisions about actually living there."

Princess Elara’s smile widened with obvious pleasure at his acceptance. "Wonderful! It’s only about ten minutes from here. The estate is quite impressive—The viscount spared no expense when he built it with his ill-got gains."

Noah turned toward Lola, who had been observing their conversation with amused interest from behind the counter.

"You can close the shop whilst I’m gone, there is no need for you to work, it’s not your shift time," he said.

"Alright. I will be in my room when you are done. Also, take your time exploring your new domain, Lord Viscount." She said before winking.

She’s never going to let me forget about the noble title.

Noah secured the shop and joined Princess Elara outside, where a royal carriage waited with discreet guards positioned for security without ostentation.

As they settled into the comfortable interior, Elara provided additional details about his new estate.

"The estate includes the main manor house, extensive gardens, productive farmland, and several outbuildings that could serve various purposes," she explained.

"The farmland alone generates enough revenue to maintain the grounds and provide comfortable living expenses. You won’t need to rely entirely on your shop income for basic needs."
