I Really Am A Villain
Ch. 347 - Luminous Master

His skin, including his pupils, his entire body, was golden.

Even his hair was no exception. He sat atop a golden lotus flower.

He resembled a solemn, radiant Buddha with a golden body of divine power.

The person seated on the lotus was indistinguishable as male or female, young or old.

Clearly, he was right in front of you, but everything about him seemed shrouded in fog, like trying to see through mist.

“Who is that?” someone below cried out in shock.

Even Supreme Buddha looked slightly dazed, ashamed as he gazed at the figure on the lotus and said, “Luminous Master, you’ve emerged.”

“Luminous Master?” someone below recognized the title and immediately realized who the person on the lotus was.

“Luminous Master, the former war general of Radiant Emperor.”

Although the Buddha Realm had one lineage and two emperors, in truth, whether inside or outside the sect, Radiant Emperor’s reputation was not as prominent.

Perhaps it was due to his own mysterious nature.

Or perhaps Heavenless Emperor’s brilliance overshadowed him completely.

But regardless, no one could ignore this enigmatic emperor.

Nor could they ignore his war general, though his name was also rarely heard.

So when Luminous Master appeared, many of those who knew were stunned.

This was a great figure who hadn’t shown himself in countless years.

...

“Luminous Master,” even Wu Qianjun fell silent for a moment before finally offering a greeting.

“Why didn’t you inform me of your arrival?” Luminous Master looked at Supreme Buddha and said calmly. “You thought you alone could solve what happened back then?”

“We just wanted an answer,” Supreme Buddha replied quietly.

“If I hadn’t arrived in time, you would have almost ruined everything,” Luminous Master shook his head slightly.

He turned to face the people of Martial Magnificence Temple and said, “Open the sealed land.”

“Luminous Master, you know our situation,” Wu Qianjun said, shaking his head.

“Then I’ll break in by force,” Luminous Master said indifferently.

He waved his right hand, and the lotus flowers in the sky shattered.

They turned to powder, drifting like golden rain.

An immense immortal aura surged from his body.

One step, Arcane Immortal.

Two steps, Celestial Immortal.

Three steps, Immortal Sovereign.

Four steps, Undying Immortal.

Five steps, Zenith Immortal.

After taking five steps into the Immortal Path, Luminous Master reached the pinnacle, Zenith Immortal. His power spread in all directions.

The entire sky collapsed. Explosions echoed through the void.

His golden light grew brighter, and he appeared to have truly become a Buddha.

He pressed his palms together and began chanting.

As his voice rang out, his chant materialized into physical form.

Giant characters floated in the air, each filled with boundless might, pressing down from above.

The six God Meridian experts of Martial Magnificence Temple struggled to resist.

But they lasted only a moment before being completely suppressed.

“Sect Master, what do we do now?” Second Uncle-Master asked urgently.

“Stop waiting, activate the sacred pagoda,” Wu Tian said after a moment of silence.

Wu Qianjun remained quiet for a moment, then finally nodded. “Call upon the Evil Ancestor.”

He quickly took a small box from his storage ring.

The moment it opened, a beam of black light shot into the sky.

It pierced the clouds and broke through the heavens.

Thick black mist surged across the sky.

At the same time, deep within Martial Magnificence Temple’s forbidden grounds, an inconspicuous black tower began to stir.

The ground shook violently, and cracks spread around the tower.

Obsidian-like light flickered at its base.

Then the black tower rose from the ground, slowly floating into the sky.

The black spiritual energy in the sky grew more intense.

“He’s finally here,” Luminous Master whispered, his gaze fixed on the black tower.

Before everyone's eyes, the bottom door of the tower opened.

A massive figure stepped out.

It looked both human and beast.

Its appearance resembled a human, but with two horns on its head.

Thick body hair covered its frame, and its skin was an irregular mix of blood red and black.

Its eyes were especially disturbing, red irises with black pupils.

It looked monstrous.

As the figure stepped from the black tower, the world trembled.

His aura was too strong, each step he took shattered the space around him.

By the time he reached Luminous Master, the space behind him had turned into countless black holes.

Spatial turbulence howled all around.

...

“So the little ants from back then still haven’t given up,” the dark figure said with scorn.

“All hail the Evil Ancestor!” All members of Martial Magnificence Temple kneeled in greeting.

“Who is this?” those in the meditation rooms asked each other.

“Another name we’ve never heard of.”

Death God Qin once again turned to Xu Zimo, seemingly waiting for his explanation.

Xu Zimo simply smiled and said four words.

Four words unfamiliar to everyone present.

“Blood-Devouring Evil Race.”

“The time has come to settle what happened back then,” Luminous Master said calmly.

“Just you?” the Evil Ancestor sneered.

His teeth were pitch black. Every word he spoke sent ripples of energy that shattered space around his mouth.

Luminous Master didn’t reply.

Golden light surged from his hand, forming a massive golden palm that struck at the Evil Ancestor.

The palm came crashing down. The Evil Ancestor didn’t dodge or block, it took the blow head-on.

Boom!

The palm landed.

The Evil Ancestor stumbled back four or five steps, but remained completely unharmed.

“How long has it been since anyone dared challenge us,” he sneered.

“Let’s hope you can make this entertaining.”

As he spoke, he moved.

In the blink of an eye, he was already beside Luminous Master.

He punched downward, black energy surging around his fist. Space collapsed around it.

As the blow came down, Luminous Master remained calm. One hand made a Buddhist gesture as he chanted, while his other hand met the punch.

Boom!

Both were pushed back several steps.

Waves of energy surged in all directions.

“You’re not enough,” the Evil Ancestor laughed and charged forward again.

Spikes sprouted from his fists, sharp bone spurs radiating a deeply sinister energy.
