Chapter 88: Chapter 88 - Vampire World

Lucius looked at his account and grinned.

[+10 Billion Dollars has been added to your account.]

He was sitting comfortably in his bed as he thought back on everything that had happened recently for him.

He now had multiple girlfriends who were all dedicated to him. They were all deeply in love with him, and on top of that, he was now fucking rich. One of the richest people on Earth; as for the multiverse, he hadn’t reached that stage just yet. But he had a feeling that he would be able to not too far away from now.

If his sales continued this way, then it was only a matter of time before he would become the richest person in the entire multiverse.

"Your father caved in the end, didn’t I tell you?" Lucius said with a smile, with Emy laying in his bed, bare naked, completely exhausted from the sex she had just had with Lucius.

Still, Lucius was starting to get bored from staying in his store for hours and hours a day.

He didn’t have much to do every day. He had new items that had come out, but he wasn’t the one crafting them. He now had a lot of employees who did the job for him. He could just sit around and see the money go up.

There was also the fact that he had a security upgrade, fixing one of the biggest problems, which was the condition of the store while he was away.

Bored out of his mind, Lucius’s week passed by quickly.

And finally, after a few days, the message that he had been waiting for popped up in front of him.

[Your competence: Teleportation can be used again.]

Lucius wasn’t really in the mood to bring others with him on his trip, as he wanted to see how it would be inside of another world without anyone else that he knew beforehand.

He had done something similar in the Elven Kingdom, but it wasn’t the same since he had gone to save Alicia from her family and her father.

Standing up, Lucius put on some clothes again and didn’t waste any more time.

He turned toward Emy.

"Tell the others that I’ll be back in a while. I’ll be gone on business."

Emy’s eyes widened as she wasn’t sure how to react to this information, especially since... she was kind of scared of the others. Let’s just say that they weren’t the most friendly.

"C-Can’t you be the one to tell them?"

But before she could even ask the question, Lucius had completely disappeared from her sight.

"So this is the Vampire World?" Lucius muttered under his breath as he opened his eyes and was met with a beautiful moon standing in the sky alone.

Strangely, it didn’t seem to move.

After all, vampires were weak to light. It wouldn’t be surprising if night was constant in this world. The sun most likely would never rise inside this world.

Lucius wasn’t sure where he was exactly as he tried to look around himself.

He seemed to be in some old building in the middle of nowhere.

It was definitely abandoned, with basically nothing inside it as far as he could tell. There was little furniture, and there were spider webs everywhere, showing just how long it had been since someone had lived inside this place.

The weirdest thing about this house was that there was no roof. It was wide open, making it possible to look at the moon.

"Just where did I even end up?" Lucius thought to himself as he rose from the strange bed he had been on just seconds ago.

It creaked in the process, almost breaking.

There was a small window on his right, and when Lucius tried to take a peek there, he didn’t see much at all. It was quite... uninteresting, to say the least.

There was nothing on the roads. He had basically woken up in the middle of nowhere.

It wasn’t even remotely similar to the situation in the Elven Forest. He was really inside of a house, in the middle of fucking nowhere.

Lucius had little choice but to go downstairs, and as he did so, the sound of a door opening could be heard.

Lucius panicked as he quickly hid behind the first object he could find: the couch inside the living room.

He heard light footsteps walking inside the house, and Lucius decided to take a quick peek to see just who had entered, and his surprise was definitely massive when he realized that it was a beautiful vampire.

She had long white hair and piercing red eyes.

Lucius looked at her and just couldn’t look away from her. Her body was on a completely other level than anything he had seen before.

’Do all vampires look like this?’ Lucius thought as he found himself staring at the beauty who was now walking upstairs. But then... just as she was about to arrive upstairs, she stopped in her tracks, staying still for a few seconds.

"Come out," she said in a very cold tone. "Whoever you are, come out right away."

’Did she feel my presence?’ Lucius thought in the back of his mind.

Such a thing shouldn’t be possible. He had made sure not to make the slightest noise, and for someone to feel his presence... Whoever that vampire was, she was definitely very powerful. Otherwise, she couldn’t have felt him.

"The longer you keep hiding, the harsher the punishment."

The vampire muttered under her breath. However, Lucius stayed hidden for the time being as he continued to observe her.

"You know very well that you cannot be here. I was exiled from the vampire society for a reason, and if you are caught here, then you will be killed right away once you go back."

’Exiled? Is this what this whole place is?’

It made sense in a way.

After all, there was literally nothing nearby except this house.

But then, as the girl stopped talking, she started sniffing the air with a lot of intensity.

"W-What’s that smell..." She continued to smell for a few more seconds. "That smell isn’t vampire blood... A-A human?"

Then, she disappeared from where she stood on the stairs and reappeared right before Lucius, who had been hiding behind the couch.

Lucius hadn’t even been able to see her move, as he only noticed her shadow falling on top of him, causing him to look up under the gaze of the beautiful vampire.

"What are you doing here, human? How did you end up here?"

She sniffed. "And why do I smell the presence of goddesses from you?"

She looked at Lucius with a frown, who was suddenly panicking, as Lucius could feel that this vampire wasn’t someone he could deal with. She was much stronger than Dracula himself; he could feel it just from her presence.

’J-Just how did this vampire get exiled? She’s so powerful.’

She kicked him very lightly, bringing him out of his thoughts.

"When I ask a question, I like it when I get an answer."

"Who are you? Where do you come from? Why are you here?"

Lucius knew that he had no choice but to answer; otherwise, he would be in danger, and depending on his answers, there was a chance that he would die.

"I’m Lucius. I come from the Multiverse General Store, and I’m only here because when I teleported to this world, that’s where I appeared. I swear I didn’t come here of my own volition! Believe me!"

The vampire smiled as she slowly nodded.

"The Multiverse General Store?" She giggled cutely. "It’s been a while since I’ve heard of that. How long has it been since you’ve become the owner? Judging by your strength, you must be nearing the end of your stay."

Lucius frowned at that sentence. "What do you mean? It hasn’t even been a month since I’ve been the owner."

"A MONTH?! And you’re this powerful already?!"

She completely flipped instantly. She hadn’t been expecting such an answer whatsoever. She thought that it would have been much different.

"How is that possible? You’re already as strong as a God right now."

Lucius didn’t want to tell her that it was because of one of his skills, so he just didn’t answer. He shrugged instead.

"Did you know about the multiverse before you became the owner?"

Lucius shook his head again.

The vampire completely lost her mind. She simply couldn’t comprehend how such a thing was even possible in the first place.

"Well... it’s nice to meet you, new owner of the Multiverse General Store. I’m Alexia, the first vampire to have ever existed."

’T-The first vampire?! Just how old is she? She was a vampire before Dracula?’

"Wait... first? Wasn’t Dracula the first?"

"Eh... maybe he changed history a little. But I can assure you that I was the very first vampire to have ever been born."

Lucius knew that the woman standing before him had been special, but this was on a completely different level.
