Five people climbed up to the 32nd floor via the stairwell.

The Queen was still shrieking, and growls echoed through the corridor; the horde of monsters below seemed to be surging up amidst a storm of blood and malodor!

No one dared to delay, pulling open the heavy metal fire doors of the stairwell, a foul stench mixed with a strong scent of gunpowder hit them in the face—

They saw the corpses of soldiers lying across the elevator entrance, besides that, there was half of a soaked common Alien.

This was undoubtedly good news.

At least the most troublesome soldiers were already dead.

Ada kicked aside a severed claw at the entrance to the corridor, just about to say something, when a common Alien scurried from around the corner, saw the five of them, and immediately charged with bared teeth and swinging claws.

Ada raised her gun and took it down with a shot.

As long as there weren’t too many common Aliens, handling them was an absolute breeze, much easier than dealing with soldiers.

The floor trembled slightly; the Queen’s shrieks were getting closer.

They reached the corner, where it connected to an L-shaped corridor that adjoined the area by the elevator entrance, which was fairly spacious. Further ahead was the merged office space.

These spaces had been overtaken to serve as a hatching ground, the lighting dim, and as far as the eye could see, thick dark grey mucous filled the air, clustering around pale, meat-colored eggs tightly packed together, neatly arranged and damp.

"Natasha, you guard the hallway." Yuri drew his dagger, his voice grave as he instructed, "The rest take care of the eggs."

After speaking, he stabbed into an egg that was half his height and sliced downward with force! Immediately, pink, green, and dark purple clumps of viscous fluid flowed out, indistinguishable and utterly nauseating!

Shen Mo and Ada each took a dagger, moved in and out swiftly, and destroyed the nearby eggs one by one!

The distant Queen was screeching as it crawled toward them, its enormous body unable to lift its heavy and swollen lower half, only able to drag slowly through the mucus, heavily impeding its movement and posing no threat to the intruders.

It could only keep shrieking, sending out piercing cries that seemed to resonate with other Aliens; the chaotic footsteps from below grew even more intense.

The men remained composed and continued to destroy the nearby eggs.

Some eggs were flesh-pink, leaking a liquid similar to egg whites when sliced; some were a dark greenish color, with undeveloped embryos flowing out with the mucus when cut open, exposed to the air, twitching briefly before dying quickly.

The Queen’s screams grew increasingly heart-wrenching.

It was also getting closer.

Suddenly, Shen Mo stopped his actions, looked up at the approaching Queen, and furrowed his brows deeply.

"Don’t stop!" Ada, sweating profusely, continued to thrust at the dense eggs nearby, "Natasha can’t hold on much longer on her own, we need to hurry! Destroy more eggs!"

Shen Mo for some reason sheathed his dagger and raised his gun to shoot at the Queen!

He shouted, "Drive it back! It’s trying to use its body to block the path!"

At the sound, Yuri looked up and saw the Queen straightening its upper body under the gunfire, while its lower body began to swell and deform, nearly filling the entire passageway!

If the passage was truly blocked, not only would they be unable to get past to destroy the eggs behind the Queen, but they would also be trapped here!

A large number of Aliens from downstairs were about to arrive, and they wouldn’t even have the space to dodge or escape!

Considering this, Yuri’s face drastically changed, and he shouted with all his might, "Attack the Queen! Ada! Full force attack on the Queen!!!"

Ada also realized the severity of the situation, but just as the three men raised their guns, intense gunfire came from the direction of the hallway!

It was the Aliens!

All the Aliens from downstairs had come up! Natasha’s firepower alone couldn’t hold them off for long!

A massive explosion sounded, shaking the floor beneath them!

Natasha must have known she couldn’t hold them off, so she used a bomb.

Yuri gritted his teeth, running towards the corridor first: "Let’s go support Natasha!"
