I can return to the age of mysterious
Chapter 841 - 841 437 Melee (4000)_2

Chapter 841: 437 Melee (4000)_2 Chapter 841: 437 Melee (4000)_2 He was not currently in the Manor but at the Dark Creatures Experimental Field in Rika City. He had full responsibility over the site, crafting its prototype. In fact, the Dark Creatures Experimental Field at Rika City was more than just a trap. Florence’s Experimental Field Number One had been destroyed, halting the final procedures of the Dark Creature transformation experiment. The process needed restarting, and the protoype in Rika City’s facility would certainly be of use.

However, before any of that, he had to root out the enemies in Florence and retrieve the Origin Stone Tablet. Only then could he rebuild in Rika City with peace of mind.

On the Balcony, the man with black hair gazed through the gaps in the woods with profound eyes, his attention fixed on an unknown place. In another week, the traps around Rika City would be mostly set. Then, after fermenting rumors for another two weeks, that mysterious force would likely take the bait. All that remained was to wait patiently for about a month, coordinating with the continuous arrival of Door Organization members in Florence, enough to annihilate the opposition. Even if they resisted, it would be futile against overwhelming strength.

“No matter who you are, you chose the path of death when you dared to openly oppose the Door Organization. I can hardly wait to hear your cries of agony…” The man with black hair suddenly flashed a sinister smile, the corners of his eyes sharp and malicious. But the lower half of his face was obscured by a Mask, hiding the malice-filled expression.

“Ah!”

Suddenly at the Manor entrance, there seemed to be a commotion and the sound of anguished groaning. The black-haired man swiftly turned around and, together with Arc Moon, the man in the white suit by his side, passed through the room to reach the Balcony on the opposite side of the Villa.

From their elevated position, they could see the White Stone Floor and gravel paths stretching across the Manor. Along the walkways between the circular Flower Beds, their subordinates, having hurried from the Manor entrance, strode briskly. The black-haired man immediately asked in a low voice,

“What’s happened? Something at the entrance?”

“Lord Luo, Lord Blood Ten has returned, but seems to be heavily wounded. His left arm is missing, and he’s currently having his wounds bandaged in the Medical Room,”

replied the person below succinctly, reporting the situation.

“What!?”

Arc Moon leaped directly from the Balcony, landing softly on the ground like a piece of white cloth. With a snap, Luo also jumped down.

They exchanged glances and then flashed toward the Medical Room.

With a creak, the door opened, and the air was filled with the stench of blood.

On a gray chair, the Man in Black sat with a gloomy expression, barechested. His condition was poor, his bronzed skin marred with Cracks. Particularly on the muscle groups of his arms that powered his movements, the skin was fissured, dripping blood from the crevices.

At the left arm, the cross-section of muscles torn apart by immense strength was a ghastly sight, with muddled flesh and white Meridians visible within the Skeleton.

“Blood Ten, what happened?”

Arc Moon and Luo hurried over from the entrance.

Pressing a hand against his Chest, Blood Ten spat out a mouthful of dark red clotted blood into a metal basin before him. Only then did he seem to regain his senses, exhaling a breath heavy with the taste of blood: “It was a Dark Creature. The Silver Ruin Sword Sass was a disguise used by an extremely formidable Dark Creature. I was no match for it, heavily wounded in just an exchange…”

Blood Ten’s face betrayed a hint of lingering shock: “If I hadn’t realized something was wrong and burst forth with all my might, I would have been left behind on the spot. That Dark Creature’s strength might compare with the North King…”

Upon hearing this, Luo felt a jolt of alarm. Although he had suspected the Silver Ruin Sword Sass might be up to something, who could have imagined it was actually a Dark Creature—and such a powerful one at that! He was immediately reminded of the recent intelligence from the Dark Hunt Organization: Holy Light Hunter Dilixa was injured, and there was possibly a terrifying Dark Creature within Florence City.

Could it be the same one Blood Ten encountered?

And what connection did this have with the mysterious forces that destroyed the Dark Creatures Experimental Field? Surely it couldn’t be that an error in the experiment had created a Dark Creature too fearsome to control. One that had broken free, massacring the entire Experimental Field, including Candle Soul Yangyan.

His thoughts raced through his mind, and Luo quickly posed another critical question to Blood Ten: “Did that Dark Creature follow you here?”

“No, I fled the moment I was heavily wounded,” Blood Ten pondered a possibility: “I fought it in Florence’s First District, where the Royal Family’s Palace is located. It likely feared crossing the entire city to pursue me, risking attracting the attention of the Dark Hunt Organization. It didn’t chase me down immediately. At least within the range I could sense, there was no sign of it following. It was a stroke of luck…”

“That’s good,” Arc Moon visibly sighed with relief.

“Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah!”

“We have an intruder, an intruder! Go, inform the lord, ah…”

“The intruder is very strong!”

At the Manor entrance, several layers of tight security set up by the Door Organization were breached in a flash. A Silhouette burst through clothes and flesh like a sharp arrowhead, charging straight for the heart of the Manor.

In the medical room, the complexions of Arc Moon and the other two fighters changed at once as their keen hearing picked up the sound of combat and slaughter at the entrance of the Manor.

“Impossible, this…” Blood Ten suddenly rose from his chair as his Qi burst forth in a surge, “Could it be that I have some kind of tracking logo on me?”

“Regardless of what it is, the enemy has pursued us here. We must face the formidable foe swiftly!” Luo immediately called out and dashed toward the entrance.

Arc Moon and Blood Ten hurriedly followed, reaching an open area of the Manor.

Upon seeing the scene before them, their faces paled instantly—the ground was a river of blood. The ground was strewn with indistinguishable corpses, limbs and body parts scattered, bleeding ceaselessly. Many of them were henchmen they had brought with them.

“Damn it!”

Arc Moon cursed under his breath, and then his head whipped toward a certain direction.

There, at the main road of the intersection, stood a dark creature over three meters tall amidst a mountain of corpses and a sea of blood. Its body displayed the full, voluptuous traits of a female, but with a bulky and tall skeleton, its skin covered with densely packed, hideously savage black totem patterns.

Six arms spread out towards the sky behind it, like a vast net.

At the tips of its fingers, thick blood dripped down steadily.

An aura as formidable as that of a top-level fighter spread out without restraint in all directions. The powerful aura almost caused the air around it to blur and wrinkle as if it were being roasted by high-temperature flames, the waves churning.

“It’s caught up to us!”

Fear flashed through the eyes of Blood Ten, pain throbbing subtly in the stump of his left arm. The fingertips of his intact right hand were trembling slightly.

“Don’t panic! If the three of us join forces, even if we can’t defeat it, we won’t be easily crushed,” Arc Moon’s eyes flashed fiercely as a white Qi burst from him, his powerful aura billowing.

“We fight as we retreat, leaving through the back door to find the North King. The Manor is less than two kilometers away from the dark beast experimental field behind the mountain…”

Luo thought calmly, instantly adopting a combat stance with his strong arms folded across his chest. The iron rings on his forearms quivered, clinking, evoking a sense of martial solemnity. A light blue Qi emanated from his right side like smoke, intertwining in the air. It faintly took on the shape of a shark.

“Attack!!!”

With a roar from Luo, three silhouettes lunged forward.

The Evil Mother’s six arms unfolded, its body’s totem patterns lighting up instantly as it collided with the three like a shell. A loud boom echoed through the Manor as the airflow surged wildly. Amidst the dust and fog, four silhouettes skirmished rapidly, hands moving at tremendous speeds. Clusters of Qi exploded into cohesion, continuously shaping into the will of boxing methods, only to be smashed by the iron arms entwined with totems, disintegrating on the spot.

Splat!

Arc Moon was struck in the chest by an iron fist and flung backward rapidly. His white suit had already stained a deep crimson.

“Go!”

Through the rolling surge of Qi, Luo burst forth, closely followed by an even more haggard Blood Ten. The three of them, like three long spears, took advantage of the boxing method’s burst to repel the Evil Mother and ran wild toward the back door of the Manor.

Anything that blocked their path was smashed to pieces with a punch.

Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh!

The three silhouettes reached the back door of the Manor but suddenly stopped.

Blood Ten’s face showed the expression of someone cornered into a desperate situation, grinding his bloodied teeth, his countenance fierce. His bloodshot eyes glared ahead.

At the back door, nearly two meters tall, a figure stood waiting quietly. With an expressionless face and icy gaze, there was a sense of indifference in his eyes.

It was as if the three before him were already dead.
