Chapter 484 - 484 Antique Exhibition 270 Begins (4000)_1

Chapter 484: Antique Exhibition 270 Begins (4000)_1 Chapter 484: Antique Exhibition 270 Begins (4000)_1 On the third floor of the Flower Season Hotel, room 104. The window in the living room gives a clear view of the nearby Tulip Antiques Exhibition. Exquisitely designed cars glide smoothly over the circular plaza, finally parking neatly on the rectangular ground.

The people alighting from the car are either gentlemen in suits, scholars dressed elegantly, or affluent businessmen radiating power and wealth.

Casio gazes into the distance, his eyes landing on the security personnel patrolling near the antique exhibition hall. Although dressed in black suits, their bulging muscles seem to be barely contained. The aura they emit is unusually fierce, definitely not of ordinary individuals.

“Yunquan Fist,” he muttered to himself.

Yunquan Fist, a secret martial art school in East Sea County, promoted the Eastern Secret Martial Arts Exhibition exchange match about a decade ago. Now, it has established the East Nine Gates, subtly regarded as the head of the Nine Gates. As East Sea County’s economic position enhanced, their influence expanded and grew.

When Casio first heard about Yunquan Fist, it was subtly being recognized as the premier secret martial arts school in the Eastern Six Counties.

After evolving over such a long period, Yunquan Fist has nearly solidified its leading position and is even planning to promote the Eastern Alliance Project, intending to integrate the entire Eastern Secret Martial Arts World.

In their door, there’s likely to be no shortage of top-notch experts.

“Casio, take this.”

The voice of Feng Liusi next to him interrupted his recollections.

Subsequently, a black envelope with golden lacquer at the edge was handed to him. As Casio casually received it, he saw it was indeed an invitation.

Upon opening it, it was filled with dense white characters.

The contents were concise, mainly inviting the merchant Casio to attend the Tulip Antique Exhibition and examine their antiques. All three present had this merchant’s alias; for Feng Liusi, asking the Blood Vulture Organization to acquire three invitations wasn’t a difficult task.

“The Antiques Exhibition starts at eight o’clock in the morning, and now it’s around seven-thirty, so there’s no hurry. Change your clothes and have a breakfast first.”

Feng Liusi checked his watch and said. Immediately, the three picked up the bags that the Blood Vulture Organization had sent somewhen.

Feng Liusi was in a black suit, stiff shoulder and rigid collar, pairing well with his serious and reserved demeanor when worn correctly. Sheng Feinan was with a white suit, his braid draped over the shoulder, emitting a gentlemanly aura. Whereas, Casio chose a wine-red casual suit, the tie even had sparkling diamonds on it, giving off an inexplicable flamboyancy. It was so garish that he only wore the suit.

The sizes were a good fit, not appearing overly loose or massive.

“In the past, the Tulip Antiques Exhibition adopted an ‘exhibit first, auction later’ model. It exhibits for three days first, then comes the world-wide auction of some antiques on the fourth day.”

Feng Liusi relayed the information from the Blood Vulture Organization, “Actually, the Tulip Antique Exhibition had already taken place in Kula City a week ago. However, due to the Blood Spirit Association trying to forcefully break into the exhibition hall to steal the antiques, a bloody conflict broke out.”

“Both sides suffered losses, and that exhibition was temporarily discontinued…”

“Now, the exhibition is resumed. Yunquan Fist has secretly deployed many personnel and high-level fighters to protect the exhibition hall. I reckon they’re playing a waiting game. After all, Yunquan Fist can’t possibly tolerate being randomly attacked by a hidden quantity.”

“According to the intelligence, Yunquan Fist even wanted to convene the East Nine Gates meeting in Kula City, inviting fighters and masters of styles from the Nine Gates. But for some unknown reason, they temporarily abandoned the initiative and invited some juniors from various schools.”

Feng Liusi took a bite of the bread and washed it down with milk. A newly printed newspaper was next to him. He spoke whilst reading through it.

Sheng Feinan didn’t seem to be hungry. She was leaning against the window, slowly savoring her coffee, her gaze fixed on the Antique Exhibition in the distance.

Casio was skimming the exhibition list.

The antiques to be exhibited on the first day highlighted a wide range of categories, many varying types tallying in thousands. The antiques related to the ancient relics were minimal, only two or three pieces. More were scheduled to be exhibited over the next two days. An ancient Spiral Eyed Sword was to be showcased on the second day and the Cupan Magic Box on the third day.

“Could we simply snatch it?”

Casio put down the list, looking at Feng Liusi.

“Difficult.” Feng Liusi responded with one word, then after a brief pause, he continued, “Since the last attack of the Blood Spirit Association, Yunquan Fist has significantly reinforced its personnel deployment. Moreover, there are top-ranked fighters stationed there. Combined with the unstable factors such as the Blood Spirit Association and the Door Organization, if we were to act then, we are likely to become the target.”

“Moreover, what we need the most is not these ancient relics but the secret transmission of the Southern Dipper. This information may be hidden in this batch of ancient relics or even from the source where Yunquan Fist obtained this batch of relics. When the time comes, we could bid for one or two items and try to inquire about the place of origin.”

Feng Liusi finished the last sip of his milk, “Of course, the Antiques Exhibition only lasts for four days. After four days, Yunquan Fist wouldn’t care anymore. Whether it’s stolen or grabbed, all those who got antique relics in the auction on the fourth day would have their own rotten luck. Hehe…”

He chuckled, suddenly freezing up as if sensing something. His entire body stiffened in place, maintaining his hand grip on the porcelain cup.

The gentle breeze blew past, and a shattering sound seemed to echo in the air. Popping sound, the porcelain cup completely cracked.

With a bang sound, it turned into a puff of dust in the air.

“The forty-second one….”
