Chapter 350 - 350 209 Demon Idols Secret Martial Art Aura (4000)_2
Chapter 350: 209 Demon Idol’s Secret Martial Art Aura (4000)_2 Chapter 350: 209 Demon Idol’s Secret Martial Art Aura (4000)_2 The Winged Snake Fist embodies the winged snake, while the Crazy Lion Flow embodies the lion king.
Does the secret martial art of the Demon Idol manifest itself in the form of the Demon Idol?
If a ferocious, four-meter tall Demon Idol were truly manifested, would not the viewers be scared to death? Casio remained skeptical about whether a fighter’s aura could genuinely produce such a large illusion.
Dinner was in the cafeteria of the Black Mechanism branch.
The Black Mechanism doesn’t have anything like private guesthouses or villas for entertaining guests, only a unified cafeteria. Both Commissioner Olay and Dr. Tommy usually eat in their respective offices.
This time, however, was a rare occasion to eat in the public cafeteria.
As several people sat in a corner, eating and chatting, Casio began to feel full and didn’t eat a lot of food. After a few light tastes, he was merely sipping rose tea with small sips.
The rose-infused tea was delicious, and its semi-transparent red color gave a sense of dazzling beauty.
By the time they finished eating, it was around seven in the evening.
Olay and Dr. Tommy seemed to have some business to attend to, whereas Casio and Amos wandered about within the Black Mechanism. The bright moonlight intermittently reflected off the grey-white buildings, giving an inexplicable reflective quality.
The sound of their hard shoes echoed off the ground. Amos had a fast gait, which sounded like a brisk jog. Casio’s steps were not rushed but were clear and firm. Franz, on the other hand, moved slowly and steadily, like an ordinary old man.
On Casio’s left, Amos’s glasses reflected the moonlight. Opening his mouth, Amos finally asked his question.
“Li… Li Wei, did you use some sort of secret martial art or secret method against the dark creatures this afternoon?”
“Were you… training with them?”
Amos’s tone was somewhat hesitant.
“Indeed, it was a secret martial art. Isn’t your technique of using thread also from some school of secret martial art?” Casio responded, turning his head.
“No, the ‘Gale’ and ‘Downpour’ trefoil limits are a secret technique unearthed from ancient manuals, or according to your terms, a skill. It does not have a complete set of physical enhancement frameworks like a secret martial art. It is simply a pure combat method. My power comes from something else…”
Having said this, Amos closed his mouth. Clearly, certain aspects involved his secret, which he couldn’t share with outsiders.
This man, Amos, was quite mysterious too, seemingly capable of fluctuating between the forms of a teenager and an adult during combat.
Undoubtedly, his secrets were not insignificant.
However, Casio wasn’t much interested in this.
Everyone has their secrets; if you probe too deeply, it becomes uninteresting, just as he didn’t directly answer Amos’s question about him training on dark creatures.
As long as both parties have a certain understanding, that should suffice.
Guessing, doubting, and verifying are all acceptable. It’s best if the truth, once realized, isn’t voiced aloud, and both parties simply need to understand that such collaboration is mutually beneficial. Isn’t it a win-win scenario if Casio trains while the Black Mechanism eliminates hidden dangers?
Amos, in his teenager state, was evidently impulsive and straightforward. Franz, the old steward next to him, obviously saw the issue but didn’t disclose it.
The three of them chatted casually and strolled around the Black Mechanism branch twice. In about 15 minutes, Casio also discerned the specific structure of the branch, which was an elliptical configuration. At the center, there were two main points, one was the five-story building they saw when they entered, the other was the bunker behind, an inlay-style underground prison cage.
The rest were mostly defensive buildings, training grounds for mechanism commissioners, dormitories, office buildings, and so forth.
There were also places like archives, documentation centers, and such.
The Black Mechanism branch may be small, but it had everything it needed.
After all, it had to oversee all supernatural events in the North Flow Country.
The branch had a designated telephone line connecting directly to the army regiment training in North Flow Country. If there was any unusual emergency, the Commissioner could directly notify the army for assistance.
Such a division was a well-fortified defense, and ordinary supernatural forces or dark creature tribes didn’t dare to provoke it.
Clearly, Commissioner Olay was quite good at planning.
Not all branches were like the North Flow Country branch.
Half past eight in the evening, in prison cell No.11.
Thud! Thud! Thud! Thud! Thud! Thud!
In the spacious room, a white statue over three meters tall was repeatedly slammed to the ground, shattering the specially made stone slabs on impact. The fragments that spewed out shot around like bullets.
The entire room kept shaking, large portions of the wall that were hit started to crack, visible dust scattered everywhere.
The cause of all this was a slender and thin-looking youth. He held up the enormous white statue with both hands, swinging it around like a meteor hammer. The stark contrast between their sizes made the scene seem rather comical and absurd.
Just like a comically illogical character from a comic strip.
At the entrance, Commissioner Olay picked up his notebook while listening to the constant thudding from inside the room.
Flipping back to the page marked “Prison Cell No.11”.
Giant Stone Monster, possessing a powerful physique that can withstand explosions. When its rocky exterior crumbles, it reveals its inherent regenerative abilities. Even if it gets shattered, it can reassemble itself.
With a total weight of four tons.
“Four tons? He lifts it as if it’s light?”
Olay watched as Casio, inside the room, pounded the Stone Monster onto the ground once again. Thrusting the monster onto the ground face-first, instantly creating a large humanoid dent. A fist-sized rock chipped off of the monster and flew towards the entrance.
A bullet-like whistle came with a whoosh.
Silver light crossed paths in the air.
The rock was sliced into pieces by Gale Silk in mid-air, scattered on the ground, and rolled a few times. However, it was as if it were called by some force and started rotating to gather towards the Stone Monster.
Boom!
The Stone Monster was kicked and slid on the ground, leaving a three-meter-wide yellow skid mark. Immediately after, a silhouette landed on top of the monster, stepping on the cracked surface with black shoes.
Some Dark Creatures are resistant, so Casio needs to beat them until they’re weak and can’t struggle. This way, when using the Secret Martial Art of the Demon idols for training, he wouldn’t face obstacles or get interrupted accidentally.
He bent down and placed his hand on the chest of the Stone Monster.
Once again, a shockwave of force began to transmit.
In the blink of an eye, it was past ten at night. The nine Dark Creatures offered by the Black Mechanism Branch for disposal were all cultivated by Casio. The vibration created by the collision of different life fields was all absorbed by his body.
This power was accelerating Casio’s cultivation.
‘Demon Idol Secret Martial Art: Physique 99.3% (Third level)’
His physique had become stronger, the overly formidable body even gave Casio a vague feeling of touching the aura. The Physique, Chi, and Spirit all affect each other. It’s quite normal for his Fighter-level physique to make him sense the existence of Qi.
Casio had a premonition.
If he could maximize the Demon Idol Secret Martial Art of the physical form to one hundred percent, he would enter a special state of inspiration. In this state, he would gain manifold effectiveness in comprehending the will of his boxing method and the aura. Perhaps a sparring match with an expert of Martial Art might just be up his alley now.
He walked out of the last prison cell.
His face reflected satisfaction but also some regret. It still fell a bit short, perhaps two to three Dark Creatures short.
However, there’s no need to feel too disappointed. With the partnership with Amos Franz, it was just a matter of waiting a little longer.
He could hunt some Dark Creatures himself for a short period, nothing too difficult for Casio.
At the entrance, Olay tucked the notebook back into his pocket. He took a deep breath, his tone somewhat somber and low as he spoke to Casio.
“Mr. Li Wei, I would like to ask a favor from you.”
“Could you… Could you… kill my daughter for me…”
“I beg of you.”
