I Can Program My Body?
Chapter 108: Beyond 100%

Chapter 108: Beyond 100%

Smiling, he tapped the "+" sign again, trying to push his saturation rate even higher.

As expected, even after spending 100 merits, there was no change.

Opening the runic panel for a more precise reading, the result was the same:

[Void Saturation: 100.000...]

Fortunately, the merits weren’t completely wasted. Some of the void energy had been redirected and concentrated into his eyes.

"Seems like I can’t take a shortcut..."

He hadn’t fully believed the claim that one couldn’t increase saturation past 100% without an astral art.

But after spending 100 merits to experiment, reality hit him hard.

Increasing the saturation rate beyond 100% was like pouring water into a glass that was already full.

No matter how hard one trained, without the right technique, void energy would simply overflow and be wasted.

Unable to go further by brute force, Nash pulled out the astral art he’d bought from the Star Tower.

Quickly flipping through the pages to save them into the [Memory Module System], Nash’s consciousness entered the runic space.

Although Void energy gave a significant boost to his thinking ability, the clarity he felt in the runic space was on a completely different level.

Here, he felt like a god. In this space, Nash could grasp and master concepts in seconds.

Though such a clarity would vanish upon returning to reality, as long as he transformed what he learned into a runic module or program, his body could replicate it seamlessly.

---

A few hours later, after browsing through the three astral arts, Nash finally extracted the techniques and methods needed to push his saturation rate beyond 100%.

However, noticing that some parts of his body were still unaccounted for, he frowned.

"Looks like I’ll have to buy more astral arts after all."

He had assumed the ones he bought were enough, but it turned out that some parts of his body weren’t fully explored.

Leaving the training hall, he glanced over and saw that William’s room was still closed.

Shaking his head, Nash realized he had to use his discount to purchase the additional astral arts.

Fortunately, the astral arts he needed only targeted minor body systems. They shouldn’t be too expensive.

---

Arriving at the Star Tower, the receptionist immediately recognized him and called for the manager.

"Young Master Noir, how may I help you?" the manager asked with a smile, relieved that William wasn’t around.

"I’m planning to buy more astral arts. Do you have anything focused on the fascia, lymphatic system, diaphragm, and spleen?"

These parts were technically included in the Iron Body Astral Art, which cost 900,000 merits.

However, they were only briefly covered, just enough for them to be passively affected as his overall void saturation increased.

There was no specific method included for actively increasing the void saturation in those areas.

Not wanting an unbalanced body, Nash needed astral arts that targeted them directly.

But upon hearing his request, the manager frowned.

"I’m sorry, Young Master Noir. The astral arts you’re asking for are too rare. We don’t have ones that specific."

"Really?" Nash asked, narrowing his eyes as he studied the manager’s expression.

"I’m truly sorry. The Star Tower mainly deals in resources and treasures. We only stock some foundational astral arts."

Looking him in the eyes, Nash could tell he wasn’t lying.

"Then where can I buy them? Is there an alternative?"

"You should be able to find that at the Spirit Pavilion. They have the most complete collection of knowledge in the Nova Sector," the manager said.

"As for an alternative... I can’t think of any," he added, shaking his head.

"Really?" Nash frowned, catching a flicker of dishonesty in the manager’s eyes. "Just tell me what you’re thinking."

"Well—we do have the Miscellaneous Void Astral Collection. It contains various methods for increasing saturation beyond 100%. But most of them are unreliable and prone to collapse. It’s not advisable to follow them directly," the manager admitted, seeing he couldn’t lie his way out.

"Miscellaneous Void Astral Collection? How much is it?"

Hearing there was such a book, Nash perked up.

He was only buying astral arts for reference.

As long as he had enough data, Nash could quickly find their commonality and even deduce the follow-up.

"It’s 10,000 merits,"

"Get me one."

"It’s a compilation from people who forced their way past 100% saturation. Most of the methods are unstable, and some could even lead to death," The manager advised one last time.

After all, this was William’s friend. He didn’t want to be held responsible for Nash doing something reckless.

"Don’t worry. I’ll only use it for reference," Nash said, reassuring him with a calm smile.

"Then... please be careful."

With nothing more to say, the manager processed the payment and watched as Nash left the tower.

---

Back at the training hall, Nash quickly scanned through the thick book, filled with unconventional methods to push past 100% saturation.

Returning to the runic space, he began to analyze the material’s authenticity.

"Tsk... this stuff really is unreliable," Nash muttered with a grin.

Comparing these crude methods with the refined astral arts he’d studied earlier, he could only shake his head. Most of the techniques were borderline insane.

The reason he still smiled, however, was that some ideas had some potential and were even groundbreaking.

With a bit of refinement and restructuring, he was confident he could forge an astral art completely his own.

"It’s time to work..."

Using the remaining hours, Nash focused on deducing an astral art that could fill his body with a balanced saturation rate.

---

Soon, thanks to the clarity provided by the Runic Space, just half an hour before his time was up, he succeeded.

He created an astral art capable of raising his saturation rate to 150%.

"Not bad!"

Although it fell short of his goal of 300% saturation rate, Nash wanted to test the manual before returning to reality.

Exiting the Runic Space to better control his body, he prepared to try again.

This time, instead of blindly dumping thousands of merits at once, he moved carefully, adding one merit at a time.

Without the [Training Module System] that could cycle void energy at blazing speed, using large amounts of merits would’ve been suicide.

Step by step, he used merits to increase his saturation rate:

1 merit... 3... 5... 10... 100... 1,000... and eventually, after using 15,000—

His saturation rate ticked upward:

[Nash Navre

Rank: Void Warrior (101%+)

Merits: 483,200]

"Success!~"
