This past month, Lu Ping’an has been testing, probing the attitudes from above, feeling out their tolerance for his goals and methods.

Ultimately, it’s because Earth and other worlds have many differences. For one, this is truly a World of Thousand Gods, with over two hundred Proper God Forces just in the Eastern Country, and at least twice as many “Evil God forces” of equal or even greater strength, some of which defy governance and legality.

Many of his foreign domain industries are also established within the sphere of influence of the Eastern Country. Whether it’s Mercury 42 or the Green Planet, there is actually a large presence of Easterners; he is just a part of it.

Lu Ping’an has already reached the upper-middle level of the Proper God Church, yet it’s still impossible for him to act recklessly in the Eastern Country, and that’s not even the main reason…..

“After all, if there’s a choice, no one wants to leave their homeland…”

Lu’s old man and mother are still around and look like they’ll live for a good while longer. Most key high-level people in his power base are Earthlings, and some stances are very clear.

If relations turn sour, foreign domain tourists are understandable, but while choices are available, it would be best not to reach that point.

The current emerging industries are all related to the extraordinary and foreign domain materials. Are you still letting ordinary people live ordinary lives, with only a few becoming extraordinary before learning everything……. Back then, even the Ancient City’s preparatory class had outstanding top students, yet after years of accumulation, they were still just recruits, some things cannot be rushed.

“You all came in a bit hastily, I haven’t even started reforming the university yet…. Well, since the foundation has been moved, the upper structures naturally have to move too. The elementary school textbooks need revision, the university can’t teach elementary stuff.”

To the principals, including the Ancient University Principal, Lu Ping’an showed no mercy.

The current Ancient City….. the entire Eastern Country’s formal extraordinary cultivation system is actually “added institutions” on the original university educational mechanism.

Even with some unique “vocational schools”, their strength remains subtle, able to cultivate mature second-tier professionals is quite commendable.

“Firstly, I expect the extraordinary training classes of various universities to stand alone… do you really need the university name? In this era, they need you, right? After all,”

What was said is “need”, he also implied that actually, I don’t really need you, but you need me…. please adjust your attitudes, or else things won’t look good for anyone.

But some truths Lu Ping’an didn’t fully state.

The focus of reform is always the “university”, because it is the place where employable products are cultivated.

He needs to add elements in this process to ensure that the final products meet the demands of the era.

Above the fourth-tier is the dividing line between strongmen and amateur strongmen, often it’s a target ordinary professionals can only dream of in their lifetime.

Thanks to plane wars, and here the God Above Gods who have lost most of their essence, and of course, the countless newly added New Gods today, they have greatly increased this world’s “foundation”.

Nowadays, the difficulty to break through the fourth-tier has significantly lowered, which is also the root of the average lifespan of professionals increasing substantially. After overcoming the awakening and doomed at second and third-tier status quo, Decree-level professionals can often eke out a living in an exotic realm.

Lu Ping’an straightforwardly explained reality, which was quite convincing as well. The largest industry in the current Ancient City is “shipbuilding” and “flying boat”, both real-world extraordinary creations, and the largest economic area is Lu Ping’an’s own Trading Land.

Current extraordinary university employees quite a lot work in these industries, given the future is confirmed as an extraordinary era, is it really appropriate for them to be exposed to extraordinary during university?

Letting them recognize early is also allowing them to choose early…

“When it comes to middle school, start splitting classes in second form, with a certain degree of warrior training and extraordinary learning for those choosing this path, including skills of professions like calligraphy and painting can be learned like training classes.”

This phase remains optional.

Following this path doesn’t mean having to become an extraordinary….. extraordinary related departments also require a large number of practitioners, including clerical, researchers, businessmen, etc., those interested can also take purely logistical roles.

And within the professional community, it’s relatively distorted, with battle-profession accounting for over ninety percent, one reason being the requirements for other professionals are too high.

Shifting real professional training from university to high school or even lower is one of the main goals of Lu Ping’an’s reforms.

Starting from the foundation to make the whole extraordinary education system more suitable for the needs of this era is one of Lu Ping’an’s most important goals but is still just a beginning.
