Hogwarts: Legacy of the Necromancer

The logic of the story it totally flawed.  I only read the first twenty chapters but sit back boys and girls and let's disect this.  Experienced two lives before resurrection.  No problem there.  Yet somehow a game that he played transfered this item into his third life and resurrection.  Ok! Whatever you say buddy author.  Get's put on trial and he tells them Sirius black wasn't a death eater and Peter was the traitor and everyone skip over that fact like nothing happened.  Dumbledore doesn't question it or even rushed to help one of his loyal subordinates.  No other member of courts demands investigations.  Nothing there to see folks keep on talking.  Then MC joins Hogwarts as basically an immortal but here he is sitting next to the spirit of Voldemort possessing Quirel or whatever way his name is spelled and you are telling me the man that created seven horuxes and seekes immortality made zero effort or attempt to approach him.  Better yet kidnap him or disect him to figure out how exactly that is possible?  Fanfiction borrows the setting of an existing story.  Then they adjust it.  They can turn it into smut, system op, enjoy the ride with knowledge, turn good characters into evil or vice versa.  But at least follow some common sense and entertain.  This seems to me is a concept that was well thought thru and certainly a forced story line that makes zero sense.  There is supposed to be some smut to follow in later chapters but I haven't reached that far.
