"The old god? Who?"

Heijii chuckled, "The one who takes up the most space on the first page of the history book."

Maurice Willis repeated his words quietly, recalling who that might be in his mind.

Then, his eyes went wide with shock!

A subtle smile blossomed slowly across his plump cheeks.

Heijii saw his peculiar laugh and couldn’t help raising an eyebrow, "Do you know something?"

Maurice Willis felt a twinge in his heart, "No, I just thought it’s strange that even you newcomers still remember someone who has already left, and even consider him as an idol."

"We newcomers?"

"Erm, I mean we newcomers, that includes us!"

"Huh?" Heijii became wary.

Maurice Willis didn’t notice, instead, he wondered how everyone knew that Bennett White had returned.

"What a coincidence," he said.

Chloe Collins looked at him but stayed silent.

"I’m going to give away these lanterns," he added.

As Chloe Collins was about to speak, suddenly a chorus of excited cheers from upfront disrupted her, "It’s him! It’s really him!"

A group of people gathered outside the glass doors of the auditorium, peeping inside.

The heavy curtains were not drawn, leaving everything inside to be observed from the outside.

From Chloe Collins’s position, she couldn’t see inside, just the crowd of spectators.

"Brooklyn Weaver."

The voice of Wanda Wesley drifted over, causing Chloe Collins to turn around.

"You’re here too?"

Wanda Wesley chuckled, "They dragged me along to see this big figure who has supposedly returned. I’m also curious!"
