Alfonso Williams called for an emergency meeting. The company’s stocks fluctuated the moment Dominique’s scandal broke on the internet.

The other shareholders expressed their concerns on the matter.

"Where is Dominique Smith? Why is he not here? He needs to explain to us and take responsibility for his actions!" One major shareholder expressed his disappointment toward Dominique.

Alfonso Williams rejoiced inwardly. Dominique was facing a calamity and he was in trouble. This was the right time to take a move.

"Calm down. We still need to verify the information. For now, we have to do something to lessen our losses." Alfonso tried to mediate, pretending to be calm.

In fact, he had already devised a scheme to overthrow Dominique and strip him of the chairmanship. Alfonso planned to reclaim the company by acquiring the majority of the stocks.

He found an ally who joined forces with him. With the help of this powerful man, he could finally overthrow Dominique. The man promised to give him the sole management of the company and he would sell the shares to him.

Furthermore, through the information given by his ally, he found something interesting.

"I have something to share with you today. It’s about Dominique’s current shares. I’ve heard that he has already sold thirty percent of his shares to someone. He is no longer the largest shareholder of this company." Alfonso revealed to them.

"Therefore, I propose the removal of Dominique Smith from the company’s management decision-making body!" he added.

Although Alfonso was the current Chairman of the company, the major decision still came from Dominique. He had the final say in everything. Alfonso was just a Chairman in the title.

"What? Is that true?" The meeting hall broke into silence. They didn’t expect to hear that.

"Who is now our largest shareholder?" They asked Alfonso with intrigue.

"I will introduce him to all of you in the next meeting. But our next agenda in our next meeting will be Dominique Smith’s dismissal as part of the company’s management decision-making body. All the shareholders must vote!" Alfonso encouraged them.

"Given his current reputation, it won’t be good for our company’s image. We have to take him down."

Almost everyone agreed to Alfonso’s proposition. Alfonso grabbed this opportunity since Dominique would be occupied by his scandal issue. He won’t be able to prepare for this.

’Haha! Just you wait, Dominique. I’ll get my family’s company back. You will no longer influence us. This company is mine to begin with!’ Alfonso couldn’t wait to overthrow Dominique.

Alfonso dismissed everyone as he prepared for his next move. He immediately called his ally.

"Hello, Miss Luna?" Alfonso called her excitedly. In fact, he hadn’t met this man in person. He only communicated with him through his secretary, Luna.

"Why did you call me, Chairman Williams?" Luna asked him in her neutral tone.

"Is your Boss available this coming Friday? I hope he can attend our shareholders meeting. I will introduce him as the new largest of the company. Furthermore, I already convinced the other shareholders to remove Dominique Smith from the management. Will he help me accomplish this?"

"Sure, Chairman Williams. Our Boss will free his schedule on that day. He will attend the shareholders meeting." Luna reassured him.

"That’s great. Oh, please tell him. I will also introduce him to my daughter." Alfonso shamelessly added. Since his daughter’s arranged marriage with Oliver Jones, he planned to set Melody up and match hr with this powerful man.

Luna just rolled her eyes skyward upon hearing that.

"Sure, Mr. Chairman. I’ll inform my Boss," She nonchalantly responded. She knew that her Boss wouldn’t entertain any other women. His eyes were set on only one woman.

"Okay, Miss Luna. See you on Friday!" Alfonso Williams ended the call.

Luna took a deep sigh as she glanced at her Boss’ office.

"Should I come and inform him? But I’m scared. He was not in the mood when he entered his office earlier." Luna scratched her face, hesitating to approach her Boss.

"Should I inform Miss Athena first? I’m afraid to face and talk to my Boss today." Luna felt like crying.

She darted her gaze back and forth between the office’s closed door and her cell phone.

Vladimir had been in a sour mood when he saw the news articles related to Athena and Dominique. He became more enraged upon seeing the photos wherein Dominique kissed Athena on her forehead.

Vladimir looked like he was ready to kill someone when he entered the office, a chilly aura emanating from his body.

"Luna! Come here!"

Luna jolted in fright when she heard Vladimir’s cold sharp voice.

"Yes, sir! I’m coming!" She dashed inside the office, wondering why Vladimir had called for her.

"What do you need, Boss?" She asked him anxiously while keeping her awkward smile.

"I want you to list down these people attacking Athena on the internet. Record all the hateful comments!" Vladimir commanded her through his gritted teeth.

"You should report their accounts!" He roared, his eyes were bloodshot.

"Okay, Boss. Copy!" Luna promptly responded. She was about to leave when Vladimir spoke again.

"I’m not yet done." Vladimir’s cold voice stopped her on her track.

"I want you to get rid of those photos! I don’t want to see them anywhere! Take them down. ASAP!" Vladimir was at his boiling point right now. He was mad and super jealous!

"Okay! Boss. I’ll do my best!" Luna responded anxiously.

"Go now. And take action!"

Luna bobbed her head frantically. But before she left, she informed him about Alfonso Williams.

"Boss, everything is set! Alfonso Williams will call another shareholder’s meeting this Friday. He planned to overthrow Dominique Smith. He wants you to attend the meeting and support him."

A cold glint flashed through Vladimir’s eyes at the mention of Dominique’s name. He clenched his jaw and folded his fingers into tight fists.

"Of course! I’ll attend that meeting... This is for Athena." Vladimir said meaningfully.

Luna heaved a deep sigh. She was glad she managed to relay the message to Vladimir. However, she had a lot of things to do.

’Damn it! Can I block and report all those accounts? I need keyboard warriors to help me!’ Luna thought to herself.
