Chapter 262: Giving In To His Temptation

For the past few days, Athena has focused on preparing for her upcoming concert. The tickets were already sold out and the avid fans were traveling to York City just to witness the big event.

Athena deliberately ignored Dominique’s messages as she kept her distance from him. But Ashton was always there with her, acting as her ’boyfriend’.

Sasha also went on a business trip just to hide her pregnancy from Dominique. It was not yet the right time to reveal it. The timing was most important since they would make it look like Sasha got pregnant because of artificial insemination.

On the other hand, Dominique focused on his recovery while Levi managed his company on his behalf.

He still couldn’t forget about the sweet interaction between Vladimir and Athena. Whenever he would recall them, he couldn’t stop himself from being jealous.

So, Dominique made a request to Ashton. He tagged along with him when Ashton visited Athena in her rehearsal.

"Why are you here again? You even bring Dominique with you." Timothy raised his eyebrow when he noticed Ashton’s frequent visits to his company. "Are you feeling better now, Dom?" Timothy also greeted Dominique.

Timothy was still clueless about Ashton’s relationship with Athena.

"Of course, Dom is feeling better now. He doesn’t need to use a clutch anymore. And as for your question, I’m here as Athena’s number one fan!" Ashton grinned proudly.

"Why don’t you wait for the concert? Your presence here is distracting my artist." Timothy scowled at Ashton. He felt jealous because Athena looked very close to Ashton.

The three men were standing backstage while Athena was rehearsing on the center stage. She didn’t notice the presence of the three men watching her from behind as she was concentrating on her singing and dancing performance.

"Hey Tim, what’s wrong with you? Can’t you protect Athena against your other artist’s fans?" Ashton decided to confront Timothy.

"What do you mean?" Timothy asked him in confusion.

"Therese’s fans are bashing Athena. They are targeting Athena because of what you did. Why did you make Therese a guest performer for Athena’s concert?" Ashton knew that Therese’s fans were frustrated. The internet was buzzing with their hate comments.

"They are even claiming that Athena’s concert tickets were sold out only because of Therese. Now, Athena is being compared with Therese in a negative way!" Ashton ranted, lecturing Timothy.

Dominique wasn’t updated so he just listened to their conversation, feeling curious.

"You should remove Therese. It seems like she is stealing the spotlight from Athena. And fans started to speculate, throwing false accusations toward her." Ashton just wanted to protect Athena’s image. He hated the fact that some fans were bashing her.

Timothy heaved a deep sigh, scratching his face.

"I can’t do that. Athena will receive more hate comments if I remove Therese a few days before the concert. I didn’t expect that this would happen. I thought joining the two popular singers would be the grandest concert ever. Who would have thought that loyal fans would suddenly fight and argue because of their idols." Timothy acknowledged his mistake.

"Don’t worry. I will make it up for Athena. I will release an official statement regarding this issue to appease the angry fans." Timothy reassured them. He was also worried that Athena would change her mind and might decide to leave his company.

While Timothy and Ashton were talking about the issue, Dominique slipped away to follow Athena. She had just wrapped up her rehearsal so she headed to her dressing room to take a rest.

Dominique grabbed that opportunity to solo Athena in her dressing room.

Upon entering the dressing room, Athena removed her mask and grabbed a bottle of cold water. Her dress was soaked with her sweat after those intense dance moves.

She decided to change her clothes. She had just entered the changing room when another person stepped into the room. Dominique made sure to put a ’Do not disturb’ sign outside the door before locking it from the inside.

Athena gasped when she felt a hand gently tugging at the zipper of her dress, slowly pulling it down from her back. Her eyes widened in shock when she saw Dominique standing behind her through the full-length mirror.

"Dom?! Why are you here?" She asked him in disbelief.

Her heart raced when she noticed Dominique’s intense gaze mixed with longing and desire.

Before she could stop him, his fingers had already moved their way to her body, gently caressing the sides of her waist.

"I’ve missed you," he whispered in her ear, his lips capturing her earlobe. "I feel like you’ve been ignoring me for the past few days."

Athena gulped hard when Dominique’s hands teasingly cupped her breasts, his thumb rubbing her nipples through the thin fabric of her lacy bra.

She didn’t want to admit it but Dominique just made her aroused with his mere touch. Her body reacted, feeling the wetness between her legs. What did it mean? Did she miss him as well? More especially his physical touch?

"I’m jealous right now, Athena," Dominique expressed his honest feelings.

As his punishment, he bit her neck and then sucked it hard. He also pulled down her bra and grabbed her nipples, pinching them.

"Aah~ Stop Dom..." Athena wanted to resist the temptation. She tried pushing his hands away from her body as she stepped back. She covered her exposed breasts using her hands. "This is inappropriate. We are inside my dressing room. Other staff might catch us here."

"We can talk later. You should leave now!" she requested.

However, her plea fell on a deaf ear. Dominique had been upset and jealous while missing her badly.

Who wouldn’t get jealous? Aside from him, there were lots of men surrounding Athena, vying for her attention.

One of them was Vladimit Ivankov whom he saw as his greatest rival among them. But at the same time, he was also annoyed seeing how Ashton could easily meet Athena whenever he wanted since he was acting as her boyfriend right now. This was something he couldn’t do since he had to meet her secretly as always.

Adding fuel to his jealousy, Timothy was also transparent about his interest in Athena. What pissed Dominique more was the performance he just saw earlier wherein lots of male back-up dancers were touching Athena.

With those thoughts in mind, Dominique could no longer control his emotions. He wanted her!

Instead of leaving, Dominique stepped closer to Athena, trapping her in that small cubicle of her changing room.

"I’m sorry but I can’t let you go now," Dominique mumbled before lifting her chin as he sealed her lips with a passionate kiss.

His hands gripped her shoulder and waist, holding her in place as his tongue sought entrance, pushing past her parted lips with raw, almost desperate hunger.

Athena was feeling helpless. Her back rested on the wall while her lips were being devoured by Dominique’s mouth. The way he kissed her held so much possessiveness as if he was conveying to her– ’You are mine! Mine alone.’

Athena was left with no room to protest as her body instinctively responded to him. Instead of pushing him away, Athena’s hands wrapped around his shoulders, pulling him closer to her. She just lost it, giving in to Dominique’s temptation.
