"Dad! Sasha humiliated me in front of my friends. Help me get my revenge! A whore dares lay a finger on your daughter. Teach her a lesson, Dad." Melody demanded her father, seeking his assistance.

She knew she couldn’t touch Sasha without her father’s permission. Alfonso Williams was wary of Dominique Smith since he still owned the biggest share of their company.

"What did she do?" Alfonso rose from his seat, approaching his daughter.

Melody put on her pitiful face, anchoring her hands around her father’s elbow. "She slapped me and splashed water on my face. See... my cheek is still swollen."

A cold glint flashed through Alfonso’s eyes upon hearing that. Sasha was just a mere secretary of Albert Williams before. If not for Dominique, she would never become a director of the company.

"Alright. I’ll deal with that ambitious bitch," Alfonso said with conviction.

Melody’s eyes lit up, anticipating her father’s move. "Thanks, Dad! You’re the best."

"Go and fix yourself. Oliver is dropping by today. Stay here and entertain him." Alfonso dismissed his daughter before calling someone who would do the job for him.

Alfonso Williams had connections with an infamous York City Gang– Black Spider. After changing the name of the company, Alfonso also changed some of their operations.

He strengthened his influence and power by getting involved in the underground world. Sooner or later, he would target Dominique, acquiring his shares.

"Hello, Mr. Williams, it’s been a while. Let me guess. You have a job for us." Uno, the leader of Black Spider, remarked as soon as the call got connected.

"Uno, this is just a minor task. I have to punish a slut for hurting my precious daughter. Your target is Sasha Smith." Alfonso gave his order.

"Haha. Sure, Mr. Williams. What do you want us to do with her? I’ll assign our new recruits to do this task."

"Just simple. Let her know her place... a whore will always be a whore." A sinister smile flashed on Alfonso’s face.

"Hahaha. Consider it done. I’ll mobilize our new recruits."

"Okay. Make sure that no one will know that I am involved in this." Alfonso remained cautious, wary of offending Dominique Smith. His authority lacked the strength to challenge him just yet.

"Understood, Mr. Williams. No need to worry. Our organization maintains the confidentiality of our clients," Uno reassured him.

When the call ended, Alfonso’s secretary notified him that the marketing team was now ready to present their proposal for their new project launch.

Alfonso headed to the meeting room right away. After settling down, the team leader began his presentation.

"Mr. Chairman, these are our new set of collections. Our theme for this product launch is Mystery Jewels."

The team leader explained the unique qualities of each piece of jewelry and how they would attract customers and VIP clients.

"Have you decided on our model for this new collection? Who is more marketable now in the public’s eyes?" Alfonso asked the team.

"We need to find a big shot endorser!" He added, reminding the team. "It should be an international A-lister! But at the same time, it is cost-effective. I don’t want us to spend lots of money just for an endorser."

"Director Smith has just arrived after her business trip abroad. She met three A-list celebrities who wanted to collaborate with us for this product launch. When it comes to their Talent Fee, Director Smith will discuss this once she reports for duty tomorrow."

Sasha became the Director of the Marketing Team of W Diamond Group, former SACE Group.

"Do you know who are the three celebrities she recommended for this?" Alfonso was thinking of handing the task over to someone, especially now that he plotted something against Sasha.

If his plan succeeded, Sasha wouldn’t be able to work in the coming days.

"We have two male celebrities and one female celebrity– Francis Clarkson, Tommy Cruise, and Lina Jolie. Mr. Chairman, we are still lacking one female celebrity. Director Smith suggests choosing an A-list celebrity from our country."

"She already has a list. She will meet them tomorrow to negotiate." The assistant director informed them.

In the middle of the discussion, a woman wearing large spectacles raised her hand, indicating her desire to make a suggestion. All eyes turned toward her.

She smiled modestly and introduced herself, saying, "I’m Bella Stone, the new marketing coordinator. May I share my thoughts, Mr. Chairman? I have a suggestion."

"Go on," Alfonso allowed her to speak.

Bella’s face brightened up when she heard that. She was a bit anxious and reluctant to speak since she was just hired five days ago, joining the team. For the past few days, she had been reading and studying the concepts and themes of their upcoming product launch.

"Upon reviewing the concept for our product launch, a particular celebrity comes to mind. I believe she would be the ideal endorser for our new jewelry product with its mysterious theme," Bella remarked. She swiftly retrieved her tablet and shared her screen with the others.

"This is Athena, known as the Masked Lady. She’s a global sensation on Ye-Tube, renowned for her singing. She has a lot of fans– people of all ages, all over the world, including here in our country. And according to my source, Athena is here in our country."

"Why don’t we approach her to be our product endorser? It could be a huge success!" Bella proposed spontaneously, persuading Chairman Alfonso and her team.

"Numerous companies are vying to collaborate with her, yet she hasn’t committed to an exclusive contract. It will also be our company’s achievement if we get to sign her first," Bella added, her tone was a mix of excitement and anticipation. She was also a fan of Athena.

The meeting room fell into a hushed silence, with each team member exchanging glances. Athena’s name echoed in the room. She’s a viral sensation on the internet and the most-followed celebrity singer on Ye-tube.

"Excellent! I like the suggestion. I want you to give it your all to recruit Athena!" Alfonso finally broke his silence, endorsing Bella’s idea. He was also intrigued by this Masked Lady.
