"The Great Karma Technique is truly miraculous! The karma sown by the Turning Wheel Sage King in the unknown has now come to fruition!" Wukong thoroughly understood within his heart, clearly seeing the strands of Buddha’s Light on the Ancient Heavenly Dragon.

Perhaps, the previous incarnation of the Turning Wheel Sage King was also a terrifying entity, having sown some Buddhist karma on the Ancient Heavenly Dragon, the Eight Divisions of Heavenly Dragons, the one hundred and eight Great Dao Sages, and even on the Great Dao Demon God. Without this, Wukong’s conversion could not have been so easy; it would have taken tens or hundreds of thousands of years otherwise.

The Turning Wheel Sage King exists mysteriously. Your birth was part of my arrangement to revolutionize the world, the Three Thousand Worlds, the vast Creation World!"

A voice slowly rose, exploding in Wukong’s mind like a chariot rolling across the heavens, thunder roaring.

At that moment, Wukong realized and slowly said, "Turning Wheel Sage King represents revolution! Revolution is the Turning Wheel Sage King! The Sage King, compassionate, cannot bear to see people struggle in the Sea of Suffering, thus he arose from Creation to revolutionize the world, to make the people believe in compassion, believe in good karma! Creation chose me to become the Turning Wheel Sage King, to revolutionize the world, cleanse the worldly poisons!"

The Ancient Heavenly Dragon roared continuously at this moment, suddenly hearing the voice of the Creation Laws and was extremely startled.

"So you are the Creation Laws!" The Ancient Heavenly Dragon appeared extremely shocked at this moment, utterly astonished, "I wondered who it was who taught me the supreme secret techniques but never showed himself! It turns out to be the Creation Laws, only thus could it be done without gods or spirits noticing, even as I stepped into the Semi-Supreme I still couldn’t grasp the clues, thinking it was a master of the Supreme level of Creation who taught me!"

The voice of Creation Laws, void of emotion, said, "If heaven were emotional, it too would grow old; I am Creation itself, controlling all, should not favor the personal. Yet seeing the world’s people trapped in suffering, unable to escape the Sea of Suffering, even the Semi-Supremes unable to avoid the boundless calamities and struggling within. Therefore, I gave birth to the Turning Wheel Sage King, to revolutionize the world, making all people equal, not oppressed by tyranny, not corrupted by interests, ensuring fair trade, competitive equality."

"Very well, I have seen all in the Chaotic World, and you have done it, revolutionizing the world, cleansing the poison throughout the Chaotic World."

Wukong said, "From my youth, I was oppressed by tyranny, understanding the suffering of the people! But now, to cleanse the world of its poisons, we need to use strong measures to sweep away the world’s ills, establish the true laws!"

The Creation Laws said, "Very well, since that is so, I will entrust you with the Creation Imprint, for you to control the Three Thousand Great Worlds, the Creation World! Your strength will surpass the Supreme of Creation, establishing your own laws, cleansing the world, freeing the people from the Sea of Suffering."

Wukong pressed his palms together, expressionless, indifferently said, "Not delighted by external gains, nor saddened by personal losses. Cleansing the world is my lifetime’s vow, of course I am willing."

The Creation Laws said, "Very well, once you control the Creation Imprint, you will be Creation! However, those Supreme of Creation harbors sinister intentions, always wanting to steal my Creation Imprint, but for all these years, they have always been clueless, you must be careful."

At this moment, the Ancient Heavenly Dragon understood that Wukong was one of those chosen by Creation, and the most successful one. Others had fallen on the path of revolution, their convictions not as firm as Wukong’s, their revolutionary will naturally not as strong. Among them was one Yuan Shikai, who inclined to become the emperor in one of the Three Thousand Worlds’ Great Worlds, yet ultimately could not resist the temptation of emperorship and restored the monarchy. This Yuan Shikai was overthrown by a man from Sun Clan named Zhongshan...

After Sun’s death, another succeeded him. Although he was chosen by the Creation Laws to revolutionize the world, his will was not strong enough, all were unfit.

Thus, revolutions overthrew revolutions, but they never could cleanse the poisons, stabilize the world, and free all beings from the Sea of Suffering.
