Kailen did something extremely unthinkable.

The shadow armor covering his figure dissapeared completely, revealing his pale white figure clad in a hoodie ,jeans and sneakers- a completely contrasting dressing sense for someone on a battlefield, especially one of this kind.

An army of shadow creatures appeared on the battlefield, their towering forms casting eerie shadows on the battlefield.

Quickly, the shadow creatures moved with speed akin to that of shooting stars, their figures grazing past any Asura they came across before they self detonated causing explosions to spread outwards as the explosions caused from their self detonation ,killed the Asuras they had come into contact with.

As for Kailen himself, he activated the self detonated mechanism as his figure flashed closer to the female Asura who had yet to process what was happening.

" Kapish " Kailen clicked his hand mockingly ,using a catchphrase from some animation about some fat animal he watched with Arrie recently , then activated the self detonate mechanism.

An explosion spread outwards ,bathing the figure of the female Asura with ear piercing and blinding waves.

The onlookers observed as the explosion ceased, revealing her unscathed figure as she seethed with rage.

Kailen reappeared again ,repeating the same scene of self detonating alongside his army of shadow creatures on the battlefield .

The annoying part was that whenever he resurrected ,he always appeared close to the female Asura and initiated the self detonation mechanism with a wide mocking grin on his face.

She would hold him in her hands.

Ready to tear him apart.

She would try to rend him to shreds.

She would try to tear his guts open

But before she would even do any of this, he would activate the self detonating mechanism for himself and his shadow creatures.

The female Asura , although not affected by the self detonation attack of Kailen himself due to her physical strength and robust defence, felt extremely humiliated.

Not only were her comrades constantly being defeated under the hands of the obisidian spawns of this bastard as they constantly detonated themselves alongside her comrades and killed them-the obsidian spawns of the human bastard before her ,would reappear endlessly and repeat the same self detonation process over and over again.

" You planned to take me prisoner right?"

" Catch me if you can , little shit "

" Can’t act so high and mighty anymore huh"

Kailen cursed and mocked her as he repeated the same action over and over again.

Forget about pain, he had grown numb to it.

Compared to the pain the Asura before him had put him through, the pain of self detonating was nothing to boot.

The Asura army kept dwindling as the elves an their allies gained morale from Kailen’s " self sacrifice " he repeated over and over again.

Through the means of the obsidian army by his side, he was constantly eliminating the Asuras on the battlefield.

They therefore , joined the battle , killing the Asuras and uttering vulgar words towards their enemies.

Kailen was laughing maniacally as he watched the chaos unfold on the Asuras.

" Hahahahahaah. Beautiful isn’t it. The fire works . Isn’t it wonderful "

He flashed a mocking grin past the female asura’s way as she was currently holding his neck in her hand after reacting quickly to his resurrection this time ,about tear him into shreds in the most gruesome way possible .

He remained calm with a fanatic expression on his face as he stared into her ferocious eyes.

" If you kill me,I’ll just appear again. If you try to take me a prisoner , I’ll just self detonate and appear again. If you try to kill the elves on your own too, I’ll just get in your way by endlessly self detonating myself around you whenever you pass. My attacks may not harm you, but I can be pretty much annoying and obstruct you . So what is gonna be. Miss Asura?"

The Asura clenched Kailen’s neck in frustration ,unable to deny the truth in his words.

She watched him completely unfazed under the weight of her crushing hand.

Everything he had just said was completely true.

He could have never achieved any thing of this sort if he was afraid of death-but this guy was a psycopathic bastard who was actually enjoying self detonating himself and his minions just to mess with her and get rid of her subordinates and herself . This proved his words were true.

He had taken advantage of his undying ability to self detonate himself and those minions of his over and over again . He could do it over and over again and he wouldn’t stop anytime soon.

What at all did he have to gain for going all this length for these fucking elves who felt like the whole universe revolved around them?

" To think what was supposed to be the easiest battlefield of my life would turn out to be the most frustrating one I’ve ever encountered in my lifetime. This bastard is a fucking psycopath"

She scanned the battlefield as she crushed Kailen’s head into meat paste.

The situation of the Asuras were not good,thanks to the bastard’s suicidal attacks ,as the elves were pushing them back on the battlefield due to the weakeness creeping into their ranks.

The only option out of this was to retreat.

"If the reinforcements they are expecting is to come, then we will be in more trouble. We Asuras may be war mongers ,but we are not complete muscle heads like those giants who will keep on fighting a losing battle. Survival is key"

The Asura commander mused to herself as she made her decision.

She never thought a battle against weaklings of this callibre would turn out this way.

She turned to look at the human that had just reappeared -floating before her with a mocking expression on his face , and made a decision she had never thought she would make-retreating because of an opponent she could kill, yet strangely not defeat .

Retreating because of an opponent boasting an army of undying minions.

" How absurd "

Her voice boomed across the battle field.

" Crush your fucking pendants and retreat ,Asuras"
