The elves and their allies from some other races watched as the creature that had stood up for them ,having been ruthlessly destroyed by the Asura commander reappeared-unscathed once more before the Asura.

" How the hell did he survive?" The female Elf Kailen had saved earlier unknowingly by clashing with the Asura commander before the Asura commander killed her , couldn’t help but muse to herself.

Several others on the side of the elves also had the same train of thought.

However the towering obsidian collosus was their best chance at defeating the monster before them.

If he was alive ,it meant that there was hope for them.

" Even if he cannot defeat the Asura commander , if he manages to stall for more than enough time till the reinforcements from the Bemont Galaxy arrives , we will be safe" A creature that looked like a mixture between a gnome and a dwarf voiced , causing several individuals standing near him to nod in agreement.

The Asura warriors were utterly dumbfounded.

How the hell did this bastard manage to survive the attack of their commander.

Inasmuch as she didn’t go all out , he should have died. Not only was he standing there unscathed ,he seemed extremely nonchalant and invigorated .

" I thought I was gonna finally feast on some elf beauties- however this bastard had to appear again"

"Be patient ,you lustful prick , the commander wlll definitely get rid of whoever this person is and then you can have your fill of the elf women"

Meanwhile Kallen stood before the towering Elf commander who stared at him with a seriously angry and shocked expression on her face.

" How are you still alive?"

She asked the question on everyone’s minds.

Kailen simply ignored her , then raised his middle finger towards her.

This fucked up Asura had made him experience unimanginable pain.

How the hell was he supposed to keep his cool.

Several asuras noticed Kailen’s rude response , having the desire to tear him apart .

However they held it in, knowing that it would be blatant disrespect to the commander to interfere in her battle- without her commanding them to do so.

The asura fumed at Kailen’s response.

The wide grin on the obsidian weakling’ face was what made her more annoyed.

" Dear benefactor of the elf race,thank you for saving my life and standing up for us in this gruesome battle. Although we do not know who you are or why you’ve intended to help us, we are eternally grateful for your help. However ,permit me to be daring once more, if even rude-Is it possible for you to resurrect again even if she kills you?"

A voice transmission rung in Kailen’s mind-a feminine voice, one that was regal, soft and mesmerizing.

Kailen realized it was the voice of the elf who was previously engaged in a duel with the female asura.

He figured she was hinting at something that could help him complete the simulation, therefore he ignored the flattery in her words and just replied the question she asked straightforwardly .

" Yes"

Th elf breathed heavily , her sigh hinting that what she was about to suggest would probably affect the " Obsidian Giant " in the most gruesome and selfish way.

However as a commander, her army was on their last legs , so there was no need to hesitate any longer.

She sent another voice transmission to Kailen who was waiting for her response .

"We are expecting reinforcements from the Bemont galaxy anytime soon from now. If you can manage to stall her with your resurrection ability till the reinforcements arrive, we’d be eternally grateful"

Kailen’s eyes revealed a look of realisation .

He mused " If I can manage to stall the Asura commander for a while till the reinforcements of the elves arrive , that can be considered helping them push back the Asuras right?.After all, no matter how many cards I have up my sleeve ,this Asura is extremely strong-someone with the physical strength at rank 5 intermediate stage ascendant level . There’s no way I can bridge the gap between us. The only way forward is to make use of my endless resurrection ,each time she kills me to stall for time "

Quickly, Kailen decided.

" Since she’s gonna kill me again anyways , I might as well fight to my heart’s content. Besides , fighting someone stronger than me will definitely sharpen my battle prowess and instincts on the battlefield "

A towering shadow katana that fit Kailen’s collosal obsidian form greatly materialised into his hand, it’s obisidian edge crackled with azure lightning-from the elemental mirroring and his lightning affinity.

However something else seemed to have been added to the mix- a blue flame blazing wildly amidst the crackling lightning on the katana.

Kailen had decided to add his infinite Alchemy flame to the mix.

Kailen mocked, then he moved.

The Asura also dissapeared from her spot , choosing to take her opponent more seriously this time.
