Chapter 132: Chapter 132: Give an Inch, Take a Mile

The sister-in-law, bathed in the morning light, left Yang Fan utterly transfixed.

In that instant, he suddenly didn’t know what adjective to use to describe the beauty before him.

He only felt his spirit swaying, as if all his attentiveness was captivated by the sister-in-law, his mind completely filled with her image at this moment.

Yang Fan, like a tottering old man, shuffled his feet unconsciously closer and wrapped his arms around the sister-in-law’s slender, soft waist.

In that moment, he embraced the most heart-stirringly beautiful thing in the world into his arms.

Ye Tong turned her head to glance at Yang Fan, a gentle, soft smile floating on her lips, "What’s up?"

"Just a hug," Yang Fan murmured softly.

In that moment, he suddenly felt as though he was completely content with life.

Ye Tong didn’t resist but instead gently leaned back, resting her head against Yang Fan’s chin, caressing him lightly, "A hug is fine, but remember, we can only be sneaky about this."

Yang Fan nodded, his face brimming with satisfied smiles, "Why are you up so early today?"

Ye Tong pursed her lips gently, speaking in a warm voice, "There’s not much I can give you right now, but I can still wake up early to make you breakfast, as long as you don’t mind my cooking."

Yang Fan’s heart instantly melted.

The sister-in-law’s tenderness was an irresistible force to him.

"You don’t need to go through all this trouble for a bit of breakfast, I can easily sort myself out," Yang Fan said with a smile.

"I know, but it’s different when you make it and when I make it," Ye Tong said gently, "Now, let’s eat."

"A kiss first," Yang Fan said.

Ye Tong laughed softly, chiding, "Don’t push your luck."

"Quick, a kiss, or I won’t let go," Yang Fan said in a whining tone.

With indulgent eyes and a sense of helplessness, Ye Tong turned her face, half closing her eyes, and lifted her rosy lips towards Yang Fan.

Her willingness made Yang Fan’s heartbeat uncontrollably quicken.

The gentle smile of a beautiful woman easily stirred the heartstrings.

Yang Fan couldn’t even bring himself to hurry, for fear of ruining such a beautiful scene.

He wrapped his arms around the sister-in-law’s supple waist, his palm resting on her pert buttocks, and leaned in to savor her lips, which carried a faint scent of mint.

A kiss that made him forget everything else.

Yang Fan was very rarely so immersed in his emotions from just a kiss.

He wasn’t even aware of what he was doing, until Ye Tong pushed him away.

"Don’t push your luck, it’s enough. Hurry up and eat," a blushing Ye Tong complained with shy annoyance.

Yang Fan laughed stupidly, "Sister-in-law, you’re too beautiful. I got enchanted by that kiss."

Ye Tong’s cheeks were tinged with a peach-like blush as she scolded softly, "You see? If I hadn’t pushed you away, you might have pinned me down on the stove to do that thing. Are my kisses that enjoyable? And, push down your ’tent’; it’s quite frightening."

Yang Fan looked down and couldn’t help but burst into laughter; his trousers were about to split.

In that brief moment, it was truly strange, he had been completely unaware.

This must be what they call getting caught up in it and unable to extricate oneself.

"Sister-in-law, it’s not that they were good to kiss, they were delicious," Yang Fan chuckled and said.

However, he didn’t actually push his luck and demand more.

The sister-in-law kept saying that it had to be sneaky, and getting any more might just make her angry.

Quit while you’re ahead, take it slow.

Savoring that unforgettable sensation, Yang Fan quickly ate breakfast and left the house.

The morning air was exceptionally fresh, the slight breeze felt just like the sister-in-law’s soft kiss.

Taking advantage of the cooler weather, which was more comfortable, Yang Fan quickened his pace as he made his way into the village he had deliberately avoided for a while.

Yesterday, in over two hours, he filled his truck to the brim, and it gave him quite the taste of success.

It was about time to pay some attention to those old customers of his.

Yang Fan’s wish came true; his old customers really showed their power, allowing him to fill the truck in less than three hours.

And that was just from covering half the village.

After loading up the truck, Yang Fan received a call from Zhang Yulan, took a short break, and then drove off to the county town.

That voluptuous and charming young wife was inviting Yang Fan to visit her home again.

However, Yang Fan planned to spend this period visiting his regulars in the villages to secure this income first.

He had made rounds in two villages yesterday and today, both times quickly filling his truck. Yang Fan wasn’t keen on wasting time.

But Zhang Yulan added a condition, saying that she would call Secretary Xiao Liu over when Yang Fan arrived.

This double pleasure made it instantly difficult for Yang Fan to decline.

Though he agreed, he still left himself some leeway, telling Zhang Yulan that he was really busy these next two days, and would come over the day after tomorrow instead.

Double pleasure is certainly delightful, but it takes time; just entering Zhang Yulan’s doors meant a guarantee of half a day spent.

Old Zhou’s shop.

Old Zhou and his wife were basking in the sun at the doorway, each with a reclining chair and a palm-leaf fan, looking like a pair of door gods as they lay there side by side.

Seeing Yang Fan’s noisy three-wheeler coming, both of them sat up almost simultaneously.

"Zhou Weixiong, you bastard, what did you tell Fanzi yesterday?" Zhu Shanshan threw her palm-leaf fan at Old Zhou, angrily shouting.

Old Zhou’s face was a picture of confusion, "I told him just that, yesterday. That we are going out to inspect a project and asked him to hold off on delivering goods for a while, not to come by for now. You can’t blame me... I relayed it word for word."

Zhu Shanshan glared at Old Zhou irritably, "Then what’s this all about?"

"How would I know?" Old Zhou said with a helpless shrug.

Zhu Shanshan, annoyed, glared at Old Zhou again and muttered discontentedly, "You’re good for nothing and always messing things up."

"No, wait, if I told him that, Fanzi should have listened, right? Do you think it has something to do with Fanzi that Tian Gaofei, that bastard, ended up in the hospital? If he knew everything and took care of it, then he would have come to deliver?" Old Zhou suddenly spoke up somberly.

The news of Tian Gaofei and his two cronies being beaten and sent to the hospital that morning had spread throughout the market.

It was said that they were badly beaten, with four broken arms and two broken legs between them, and they had also lost a bunch of teeth.

Zhu Shanshan paused for a moment, her eyes suddenly becoming sharp as she said in a low voice, "If you don’t have anything sensible to say, just hold it in. How could this possibly have anything to do with Fanzi?"

"Then how do you explain it? It must be about the grudge he has with Tian Gaofei." Old Zhou whispered.

"Shut up, you drunk so early in the morning?" Zhu Shanshan glared at him and snapped.

"What’s wrong with what I said?" Old Zhou looked at Zhu Shanshan, puzzled, but then suddenly he realized something, slapped his mouth and said, "Look at me running my mouth, right, how could it possibly be related."
