Chapter 185: I Seized Their...

The door shattered with a thunderous crash, and dust bloomed like a dying flower, curling around their feet.

The room beyond unfurled in a haunting spectacle.

It was rows upon rows of incubi, standing in unnatural formation like soldiers of some forgotten lustful god.

They were tall, unnaturally lean, with skin like molten onyx glistening with sweat and smoke. Sharp horns curled from their foreheads, some polished to a demonic sheen, others jagged like broken blades.

Eros the God of ludt could sense it. These men had bodies were carved from desire and destruction — sculpted chests, veined arms, and loincloths that barely concealed their animalistic arousal.

But it was their eyes that struck terror — wild, frothing orbs of red and gold, swirling like galaxies spun by madness. They drooled and hissed, and when they saw the intruders, they screamed in a mix of ecstasy and madness.

Eros gave a dry chuckle. Just as he had thought. Incubus were demon by nature, just like vampires. But demons should not have access to this plain. And to the best of his knowledge, their kind were alienated from this world by gods a long time ago.

Eros already suspected this dungeon was not normal. Having an anchor stone and demons, especially two breeds that were never friendly with one another was just crazy.

A higher power was at play here.

Incubus fed on the Yin essence of women, just like succubus fed on the yang essence of men.

Eros just entered with women. But not just women—women that had been fed with his yang essence to make their Yin very strong.

These incubi were going to run mad with desire, but since this dungeon was wrong, it also meant they were running wild with madness.

A mix of these two desires would not end well.

Suddenly, arrows of lava burst through the air. They weren’t ordinary projectiles — they whistled like banshees and bent in mid-air as if chasing heat signatures.

"Let’s give you multiple targets."

Eros suddenly clapped his hands, and from his shadow, a lot of soldier clones appeared.

*Shadow Soldiers*

This was a simple trick he learnt from the God Of Shadows.

Violet was surprised by this. She never knew Eros was capable of such a thing. Meanwhile, Amanda and Ngozi just acted like it was normal.

These women were already used to seeing him do incredible things.

His plan worked. The incubi had no choice but to face tge muktiple targets all at once as they rushed for them.

One arrow pierced through a nearby shadow soldier’s armor, liquefying its chest before the poor thing turned to shadow again.

Suddenly, hidden panels in the walls snapped open, releasing rotating blade wheels soaked in poison. Floor tiles sank and rose at random, revealing pits lined with barbed obsidian. This wasn’t just a defense mechanism. It was a massacre designed for pleasure. They were traps.

Eros gave a command, cool and clear despite the chaos:

"Ngozi. Amanda. Handle it."

Ngozi’s eyes sharpened, and without hesitation, she launched forward, flipping sideways to avoid a pendulum of serrated bone that dropped from above. Her twin daggers danced in her fingers as she ducked low and slid under a spinning trap, cutting the wire that powered it mid-roll.

Amanda slithered in a serpentine blur, her snake-chain uncoiling from her hips and wrapping around a trap trigger embedded in a wall rune. With one fluid motion, she yanked it, dislodging a hidden dart mechanism and dismantling the pressure plates.

She hissed. "Idiots. These are layered glyph traps. Runes from the Forgotten East. Who the hell trained these monsters?"

Even Violet had to pause. Her eyes flicked between them—Ngozi vaulting over impaling rods, Amanda decoding an ancient magical matrix—and obeying Eros without question.

She hated it, but... she was impressed.

But then—

A tremble passed through Violet’s arm. Her massive sword began to weigh heavier, and the veins in her neck pulsed with an odd rhythm. Her breath quickened. Something was off. She had been feeling it since they entered the dungeon. Eros had been right. But she shook it off. Her soul was strong, and as an heir, she had artefacts on her body to preserve her life. But they did mot account for the maddening that was slowly getting into her mind.

Should she had taken the vial?

No!

But she might have been too cocky to think she could handle this.

If she was struggling this hard, it was no wo her those that entered the dungeon till now had always ended up on a bad shape or dead.

She tried to raise her blade again, but her knees buckled slightly. A moment’s hesitation was all it took—three incubi rushed her, howling with maddened hunger.

With a cry, Violet’s body ignited with bloodline energy. She was not going to let such vile cteatures touch her.

Her long violet hair, usually tied or brushed back, rose into the air like a living weapon. It extended in impossible tendrils, slicing through the first incubus and wrapping around the other two, snapping their necks with whiplike precision. Her breathing was ragged, but her pride held.

Eros stepped forward, eyes narrowing as he watched her sway slightly.

"Are you alright?" he asked, voice neutral.

Violet wiped blood from her lip. "I’m fine. Stay back."

Alexis, worried, rushed to her side, holding her arm. "What’s going on? Why are you suddenly weak? Is it your bloodline?"

But before Violet could speak, Eros answered.

"No... it’s this place. It’s cursed."

Alexis blinked. "Cursed?"

He didn’t look at her. Instead, his attention was on the incubi. While the others screeched and flailed with madness, one among them stood differently.

It had not attacked, had not moved with hunger. It simply stared — breathing heavy, lips twitching. And when Eros met its eyes, something passed between them.

Awareness.

This one was not mad.

Eros moved instantly, flowing like liquid across the battlefield of fighting shadows and incubi.

His body wove through the frenzy of claws and flame, pivoting under flying blades, stepping across fallen spears as though gravity itself bowed to his rhythm. Lava arrows screamed toward him, but they bent away, either by force or fate.

The incubus turned to run, leaping into the air to escape—

—but Eros grabbed its wing mid-flight.

With a voice that cracked the world, he spoke:

"Kneel."

The Alpha Voice thundered through the room.

The incubus dropped like stone, knees slamming to the floor. Its head bowed, trembling—not with fear, but recognition.

"Tell them to stop." Eros commanded.

The incubus looked at him stubbornly. But Eros smiled as he opened his mouth.

"Ŕdètbvn Vxfjnnb..." words mortal may not utter.

Instantly, all the incubi in the room froze. All of them staring at their lower half in surprise.

Violet saw this. "What... what did you do?" She asked half breathless.

"I seized their Erections."
