Chapter 650: Chapter 650: The Power of White Bone Tentacles

At that point, all four of Fang Jie’s Seeds were filled, and a smooth path lay ahead.

Being able to bear four Innate Laws was a natural ability that gave him much more potential than other Gods. Once he achieved Demigod status, his Divine Fragments would become incompatible with anyone else.

High-level Gods of the same Law type could absorb them, but it wouldn’t be of great use to themselves.

As for others, not to mention the Legendary ones, even Demigods wouldn’t dream of absorbing them. Forcibly doing so would only result in an explosion on the spot.

At this moment, Fang Jie’s strength had nearly reached its peak, yet his Law Seeds were far from perfect.

Fang Jie was in no hurry, for every advancement required a very solid foundation. The quicker the breakthrough appeared possible, the more he needed to remain patient – this was an experience Fang Jie had summed up.

Even so, he could break through in just a few months.

That day, as Fang Jie was preparing to continue his cultivation, he suddenly felt a tremor beneath his feet.

"An earthquake? No, that can’t be right; a Territory under control shouldn’t have earthquakes. This power feels like it’s from the Territory itself."

As Fang Jie felt the vibrations, which did not cease, he stepped outside only to find that no one else showed any signs of noticing anything unusual – it seemed he was the only one who could feel the vibrations.

"That is... I see, so it’s finally complete."

Fang Jie looked in the direction of a huge structure resembling an altar. It was the Plane Divine Artifact, the White Bone Tentacles, which had completed its three-month construction and was causing the vibrations.

This sensation could only be felt by the Lord of the Territory; others could not perceive it.

Fang Jie approached the altar, which was bare except for bones – the tentacles were invisible. Fang Jie knew they were there, just not on the surface.

Reaching the altar, Fang Jie placed his hand on it and an image of a Divine Artifact instantly appeared before his eyes.

A massive Plane emerged – it was the Plane Fang Jie resided in. Parts of it were very clear, while others were dim where nothing could be seen clearly.

"This is my Territory," Fang Jie noted after a while.

The clear part was his own Territory, while the unseen areas were regions not under his control. These northern territories were vast, almost matching his own in size.

Keep in mind, this was after many expansions of his Territory, suggesting that there was still a significant part of the Plane he had yet to claim. But with many powerful beings standing in his way, he had to be patient and wait for sufficient strength.

Then, Fang Jie saw a tentacle extending into the southern Void of the Plane.

This tentacle was entirely white, semi-translucent from a distance, almost like a piece of art.

Upon closer inspection, it appeared to be made of bones, densely interconnected in a vast and bizarre manner, stirring a nauseating feeling in Fang Jie after a prolonged observation.

He understood this was due to his insufficient Realm to deeply explore some matters.

Had the Plane Divine Artifact not belonged to him, he might have been overwhelmed at first sight.

Then, the massive tentacle began to explore, moving back and forth in the Void, and the outline of a Plane appeared, which brought a smile to Fang Jie’s face – it was the Plane he had just conquered.

That Plane was now entirely his, as it had mostly lit up.

The few parts that remained unlit were just some peripheral areas and posed no threat.

Even though there were still people resisting him on that Plane, these were minor issues that would not influence him in any significant way. Hence, the aggressive capabilities of the White Bone Tentacles did not manifest.

Fang Jie could feel and control it immediately but chose not to.

He allowed the White Bone Tentacles to act on their own instinct. Gradually, the tentacles touched the opposing Plane. Since the Plane belonged to him, there was no resistance from it.

In a short time, the tentacles began to extend and even branched out extensively.

These branches tightly enveloped the opposite Plane, as if a giant net had encased a Plane. Yet, the people of that Plane felt nothing.

"What’s happening here? Needs to Devour? Could it mean swallowing the whole Plane?"

Fang Jie frowned, thinking of the White Bone Tentacles’ ability to Devour Planes. However, after some thought, and knowing he could stop it anytime, he decided to experiment.

Fang Jie allowed the White Bone Tentacles to Devour, but in the next moment, he realized he had misunderstood.

This Devouring was not about directly extracting the Origin Power of the opposite Plane or consuming the Plane bit by bit – no tyrannical methods were used.

It made sense, after all, both Planes were from All Heavens Hunting Ground, and the blueprints were evolved from the power of All Heavens Hunting Ground.

Since both were his properties, All Heavens Hunting Ground wouldn’t harm itself.

This so-called Devouring was actually a type of fusion, gradually merging the opposite Plane into his own. Even the process of merging was gentle, not aggressive at all.

Had it been aggressive, it might have disassembled the opposite side into pieces for faster fusion, leading to significant losses. Instead, the White Bone Tentacles dragged the two Planes closer, bit by bit, then refined the other Plane for fusion.

This added step of Refining was necessary, rather than just forcibly stitching them together.

Because the stitching would still result in two Planes just colliding together. After Refining, both Planes’ Origins combined into one, potentially boosting the strength and stature of his own Plane.

Even in All Heavens Hunting Ground, different Planes had different levels.

Of course, since it was the White Bone Tentacles’ doing, the fusion wasn’t equal but primarily focused on incorporating into his Plane. The only issue was that he hadn’t completely mastered his side of the Plane yet.

Thus, this fusion proceeded very slowly, requiring Fang Jie to achieve full control first.

"It seems, I need to add one more line – this type of fusion significantly strengthens my side after all. No, wait, it’s too much." Suddenly, Fang Jie thought of something, and his expression changed drastically.

It wasn’t out of fear, but sorrow – Fang Jie realized he had given too much.
