As the distance closed in, the Hero’s pace did not stop, nor did it slow; instead, it hastened.

She began to jog within the sewer, the ferocity in her emerald eyes fully condensed, turning into a cold, piercing chill.

The next moment, she leapt, and as her dress fluttered off weightlessly in midair, a verdant Big Snake emerged, bringing with it a forest fragrance that seemed out of place in the grim sewer.

The Dark-light Glimmering Scale Snake that followed in the shadows looked on with a fervent gaze at a Queen it had not seen in a long time.

But the transformation was not yet complete, the Hero morphed into the Green Snake moved swiftly forward, leaping again.

Though not averse to the gifts of the Holy Sword, using the immature Water Magic in such a sewer for combat would be too reckless.

And the equally unfamiliar Phoenix and Fire also seemed ill-suited for this environment, so...

The next instant, the body of the Big Snake swelled even more.

A maiden’s faint fragrance wafted from the distance.

At the moment the Hero noticed the Goblin Group, and the Goblin Group noticed her, the Hero reverted to humanoid form—but not entirely so.

When the leaping Big Snake’s body expanded and returned to the ground, it was bare feet that touched the damp sewer floor.

Her body, which should have been completely bare, was now covered with emerald-like Snake Scales shielding the vitals, spreading over hands and feet, reaching from the jawline to the cheeks, jawbone, and behind the ears.

The tough brown [Leather Armor] clung to her exposed fair skin, revealing curves like a form-fitting leather armor.

A delicate and bifurcated pink tongue lingered out then retracted, her nails sharp as Snake Teeth gripped the ground.

The young woman halted her steps, her cold Snake Eyes gazing at the dense mass of Goblins ahead.

In the darkness, countless greedy green glows returned her gaze, making the Hero’s heartbeat gradually accelerate.

Now she could accurately discern the number of sickening smells in the air, as well as identify the presence of that vilest Goblin leading them.

The strength of the Fusion Avatar made her immune to the side effects of the Bubble Princess to an extent. Though she still couldn’t speak human words, the Hero, now able to hiss softly, uttered the Goblin Leader’s type in Snake Language.

Had the Hero appeared on the surface, perhaps that cold snake gaze might have triggered a greater Panic than the Goblins,

But what came from that Fiendish Goblin was the sound of saliva falling like a waterfall upon the moist floor of the sewer.

And the other Goblins showed no sign of Fear, their green eyes lusting after the enthralling curves of the Snake Maiden, all with indecent expressions.

’Disgusting...’

The Hero clenched her fists tightly.

’But of course, it’s the Goblins after all, I knew it would be so.’

A pure Big Snake might have been easier to deal with, but with her current humanoid form, she had no expectation that her gaze alone would scare off these green-skins.

She was unaware that the Gleaming Scale Serpent that followed her, though its gaze wasn’t as disgusting as the Goblins, was not far off in its fervor.

The Dark-light Glimmering Scale Serpent, almost obsessed with the word ’Queen’, felt the most intense killing intent of its life blossom within when realizing those green-skins harbored ill intentions towards its Queen.

The Goblins must die!

Unaware that her Familiar had reached the same conclusion with a different line of thought, the Hero again flicked her Snake Tongue in and out, frowning at the foul air.

That bifurcated, entwined little tongue seemed to spark the Goblins’ desire. At the greedy roar of the Fiendish Goblin leader, the Goblin Group started to charge; they raced towards the Hero in the sewer, which instantly turned into a tumult of demons.
