Holding a crystal decoration that emits a frosted glow in her hand, the Hero continues her trek through the grass with the Gleaming Scale Serpent.

After bidding farewell to three Female Adventurers, more than half a day had passed, the sun was gradually setting, turning the streaming prairie into a golden hue.

If one doesn’t look closely at the girl’s feet, from a distance, over the vast golden plateau, only her tiny, solitary figure can be seen advancing.

Even in the cold of winter, the unfrozen prairie is brimming with Vitality.

However, compared to the lush scenery, the creatures abound are surprisingly scarce.

It’s unclear whether it’s simply good luck, or if nearby creatures, like the Water Mirror Crane, have sensed the anomaly and relocated to safer outskirts.

Throughout the journey, the Hero encounters no obstacles.

Even the Goblins that appeared frequently at the start no longer show up, and even when other Magic Creatures are seen from a distance, they seem uninterested in the girl.

After all, compared to those living in cities, these beings, grown in nature, possess an instinct that Humankind lacks.

They can sense the terrifying changes on the plateau and also realize that this girl, alone, is not as weak as she appears.

Avoiding combat is a good thing. Recalling the markings on the map, the Hero lets out a bit of fatigue through her breath while looking down at the ground.

If she hasn’t got the location wrong...

[Lucky break, Hero passed through the Stream Prairie]

Wherever she goes, the ground is lush with Green Grass that has started to turn a bit yellow.

Noticing the change underfoot, the Hero’s Spirit perks up as she looks ahead.

Though visibility is dim in the twilight, she can discern that the prairie begins to thin out with distance.

When her gaze reaches the raised shadows on the horizon, the vibrant green has completely vanished from view, leaving only barren darkness.

"Desolate Mountain..."

The Hero murmurs to herself.

"We’ve arrived—"

The Hero’s boots step onto firm land, the sensations of Green Grass and puddle underfoot are no more, replaced by dry sand and soil, even the evening breeze that brushes her cheek lacks moisture.

After a substantial day of Marching, she finally leaves the moist prairie, arriving in the next area.

She lifts her head to gaze at the splendid starry sky.

On this highland, closer to the firmament than the city, the stars are also brighter.

The vibrant prairie is left behind, and the Hero’s hair gradually changes color.

1. Night Blue

2. Starry Sky♛

After the Emerald Green fades, soft starlight begins twinkling across her dark, lustrous hair, as if a fragment of the night sky accidentally painted its boundaries and spilled over onto the ground.

Though conspicuous, she hasn’t encountered any Magic Creatures along the way,

In this natural setting devoid of artificial light, the Hero doesn’t mind adding some Illumination.

However, the beauty of the starry sky doesn’t dispel weariness.

After admiring the night sky momentarily, the girl lowers her head again, letting out a tired breath.

"It’s about time to set up camp."

Although she possesses exceptional Constitution, she is not immune to fatigue or hunger.

The harsh environment of the highland alone could doom ordinary people, and having walked through the cold, damp prairie all day, even the Hero is getting weary.

Fortunately, the Maid Supervisor had prepared her pack adequately before departure, with ample supplies and all camping necessities, so she doesn’t need to sleep exposed to the elements like before.

Moreover, the warmth from her Enchanted Claw at her waist is transferring Warm Magic Power, dispelling the moist chill in the air, saving the Hero from the harsh temperature differences.

In this manner, even if she were to directly enter a snowy mountain region, she would likely not succumb to the severe cold.

Regardless, appropriate rest is necessary; falling from overexertion during the journey would be a foolish action, unworthy even of criticism.

"Alright, let’s rest here."

Choosing a spot with hills and relatively dry soil, the Hero and the Gleaming Scale Serpent stop to set up camp for rest.

The Hero’s eyes turn a clear gold-blue, she slightly raises her hand, and a small orb of light is released.

After evolving from a bubble shape to a radiant Phantom Spirit, the Hero’s Inferno Bloodline is stimulated, granting her the ability to manipulate the Light Element.

Although still unskilled, using a simple Lighting Technique is no issue.
