They once lived in a settlement on the highland and relocated to the border plains due to environmental changes over a long period of time.
The legend of the Ancient Hero was passed down here from generation to generation, and the villagers believed they possessed the Hero’s Lineage. They also believed that one day, the Great Demon beneath the volcano would awaken.

These Magic Creatures, who had a lifespan far longer than that of humankind and were unafraid of the highland’s cold, stayed in that place near the heavens and took on the responsibility of guarding the seal.
The second was the Innate Profession individuals. Every so often, children born into the village would possess a powerful Talent, with a soul power far beyond the ordinary, and they would awaken to a special Innate Profession at an early age.
It was these powerful individuals that prevented the village from being swallowed by the ravages of time, allowing it to be passed down through the generations.
