Old Madam Yu furrowed her brows in confusion. She cautiously entered the bathroom, expecting to find someone inside, but it was empty.

"Where did she go?" she muttered to herself, feeling a sense of unease creeping over her.

Just then, she noticed a piece of paper on the sink. Old Madam Yu picked it up and read the note hastily written on it:

"Grandma,

I am taking mom with me. I’m sorry, but we can’t stay any longer. Please take care of Yu Mei.

Old Madam Yu’s eyes widened in shock as she read the note.

She couldn’t believe what she was seeing.

Her daughter-in-law and grandson had left without a word, abandoning Yu Mei in her time of need.

Anger boiled within Old Madam Yu as she crumpled the note in her hand.

How could they do this? How could they abandon their own flesh and blood like this?

In her anger, Old Madam Yu called the Yu Mansion thinking Yu Sile was at home but she got to know that neither the Yu Siblings nor Mrs. Yu was at home.

Even Old Master Yu was not at home.

"Beast! Beast! All of them are a beast! Especially that b*tch. How could she leave her own daughter like this?"

Old Madam Yu looked at Yu Mei and heart ache appeared in her eyes.

"Dear, I am sorry that you have such filthy parents. That b*tchy mother of you, who should be taking care of you, left you all by yourself! Just wait once I find her I will bring justice to you!"

Saying so Old Madam Yu called someone and said,

"Hello? I want you to do something for me! Yes, find my grandsons and daughter-in-law’s location!"

After that, she hung up.

Then she called Old Master Yu and said as soon as the call was connected,

"Come to the hospital."

The first feeling that he felt was relief.
