"Guys we should focus on the current situation." Pan Rou whispered.

Miao Chong’s body suddenly started bending backward and she started screaming however for some reason her voice was cracking in between which made the sound produced very horrifying.

Pan Rou, Qi Zhong, and Si Xun felt their heart beating rapidly with fear.

Miao Chong groaned in pain and let out an animalistic roar which scared the 3 girls.

"Let’s call her..." However, before Pan Rou could say anything, Qi Zhong interrupted her,

"Stop! The Celestial Master hired by you is doing something!"

At Qi Zhong’s words, everyone looked in Yu Holea’s direction.

Yu Holea flicked an exorcism talisman on Miao Chong and her body stopped bending and slowly softened when strands of golden rays emitted by the talisman enveloped her.

All the 3 girls were shocked by the scene.

Pan Rou was now even more assured.

Earlier she came to know Zhang Meilin by coincidence and they became friends. When Zhang Meilin told her about how Yu Holea helped, Pan Rou had noted it down.

After all in their field, if they by chance attracted anything negative they would need to hire a Celestial Master to exorcise her.

All the 3 girls couldn’t help but move to hold Miao Chong but Yu Holea was much faster than them.

Just when Miao Chong was about to fall, Yu Holea accurately held her.

She had seen too many scenes of people getting possessed.

However, what she didn’t know was how handsome she looked.

All the 3 girls present couldn’t help but blush slightly.

"Did you see that?" Pan Rou whispered in a low voice.

"Yup! Not gonna lie...she is very handsome!" Si Xun admitted.

"She is so handsome!" Qi Zhong said with fascination in her eyes.

Si Xun and Pan Rou looked at Qi Zhong with narrowed eyes and Qi Zhong blushed even more,

"What? Didn’t you say that you find her handsome? I just repeated your words!" Qi Zhong exclaimed.

Si Xun looked at Pan Rou and asked,

"Do you believe her?"

"Nope." Pan Rou admitted.

Qi Zhong blushed even more.

"Do you have any guest room?" Yu Holea’s voice brought the 3 out of their world.

"Ah? Yes! " Pan Ruo said and led her to a guest room.

In between she asked Yu Holea whether she needed any help in carrying Miao Chong, Yu Holea waved her hand and said,

"She is light as a feather."

Pan Rou then saw how graciously, Yu Holea carried Miao Chong to the bedroom and placed her on the bed.

Pan Rou suddenly looked at Qi Zhong and as expected she saw her friend’s face turning red entirely...

Yu Holea unaware of their changes said,

"Do you have a chain or something? Please make her wear this talisman."

Saying so Yu Holea passed the talisman to Pan Rou.

Pan Rou nodded and quickly found a chain, attached the talisman with the chain, and handed it to Yu Holea.

"Thank you," Yu Holea said with a nod of appreciation before gently placing the talisman around Miao Chong’s neck.

Pan Rou, Si Xun, and Qi Zhong watched in silence as Yu Holea tended to Miao Chong with a calm and focused demeanor.

"Will she be alright?" Si Xun asked softly.

Yu Holea nodded.

However, in her heart, she was surprised by their reaction.

How can they remain so calm after encountering something like this?

Then she remembered that Pan Rou and her friends were people who loved to explore haunted places.

They have also participated in some exorcisms so Miao Chong’s sudden exorcism may have scared them but it was not something they never experienced.

"Why did she suddenly become possessed?" Si Xun asked in a soft voice.

Yu Holea looked at Miao Chong and slightly lifted her t-shirt’s sleeves.

Pan Rou, Si Xun, and Miao Chong looked over and were stunned to find black marks on Miao Chong’s body...

Those black marks looked as if someone had beaten up Miao Chong but so far they knew, Miao Chong’s parents were on a business trip, and the servants would never mistreat her, at the same time, she didn’t go anywhere other than Pan Rou’s home, and stays at Pan Rou’s home for the entire day...so how did those marks appear.

"Are they...are they..." Qi Zhong suddenly remembered something and her eyes widened as she looked at Yu Holea with fear.

"Yes," Yu Holea confirmed with a solemn nod.

"These black marks are indeed a sign of possession."

Pan Rou, Si Xun, and Qi Zhong exchanged worried glances, their hearts sinking at the realization that Miao Chong had been under the influence of a malevolent spirit.

"How...how did this happen?" Si Xun asked, her voice trembling with fear.

"It’s likely that Miao Chong inadvertently invited the spirit into her body when you were playing the Ouija board game." Yu Holea explained.

Suddenly she asked,

"Did you see Miao Chong zoning out or forgetting things she had done just a few minutes ago, sometimes?"

"Yes!" Qi Zhong instantly answered.

"That was most likely one of the things done by the ghost. The ghost first made Miao Chong weak physically and mentally so that it could easily take over Miao Chong’s body.

These signs of possession are usually received by the victims before the ghost actually takes action."

Pan Rou’s eyes widened with realization.

"But why would a spirit target Miao Chong?"

Yu Holea paused as she considered how to explain it to them.

"There could be many reasons," she replied.

"Sometimes spirits are drawn to individuals who possess certain traits or energies that make them susceptible to possession.

Other times, it could be a random occurrence, with the spirit simply latching onto the first available host."

"But how do we get rid of it?" Qi Zhong asked, her voice filled with desperation.

Yu Holea’s gaze softened with empathy as she looked at Miao Chong’s unconscious form.

"Exorcism is the most effective method," she said
