Chapter 331: Rong Xue’s Intimidation

Looking back at his action Little Jun laughed. He was so childish...to use such a method to keep his crush around was really unique.

Suddenly Little Jun’s eyes widened.

Wait a minute!

How could he know all of this? Shouldn’t he only know things that happened before the birthday party?

What is happening?

"Little Jun?" Yu Holea’s thought broke his daze.

"Yes?" Little Jun asked.

"You are in no position to scold me when you do the same." Yu Holea said and turned to leave.

A happy smile appeared on her face.

This was the first time she was able to get back to Little Jun.

Maybe because Little Jun was not entirely focused on the conversation or maybe because he was powerless against her, he didn’t retort to her and even obediently listened to his words.

Yu Holea suddenly thought of Little Jun’s weak state.

She was worried about him but a strange thought appeared in her mind.

Now that he was weak and powerless against her, then she could easily kidnap him and force him to stay with her...

Yu Holea looked at the stairs in front of her and saw Rong Xue descending from the stairs.

Little Jun suddenly returned to Yu Holea’s contract space and Rong Xue who was still smiling suddenly looked around as if he had sensed something.

Yu Holea tilted her head in confusion, she wasn’t able to understand why Little Jun was hiding from Rong Xue.

Rong Xue shook his head and asked,

"Did you sense it?"

"Sense what?"

"Um...I felt as if...as if Qiao Jun was here..." Rong Xue said with uncertainty while staring at Yu Holea intently as if he wanted to discern something.

Yu Holea shook her head and said with confidence,

"He is not here."

Well, logically Qiao Jun as a whole is not present here.

Rong Xue changed the topic when the result was not according to his expectations,

"So Holea I saw what you did."

Yu Holea remained expressionless but her heart was beating out loud.

Her smiling smugly or her talking with Little Jun. Both of them were something that would cause her trouble.

Yu Holea acted innocently and asked,

"What do you mean."

"Don’t try to act innocent! I saw your action." Rong Xue said with a gentle smile but there was something off about his expression...

Now Yu Holea was getting nervous.

"You looked very cool. The way you dealt with them and gave the speech was spectacular."

Yu Holea’s hanging heart dropped and she nodded her head in acknowledgment.

"Now can you tell me the rules and regulations you wanted to tell?" Yu Holea asked. She wanted to get away from Rong Xue as fast as she could.

Rong Xue smiled and asked,

"Why do you avoid me so much? Do you not like my company?"

Yu Holea hesitated but finally, she decided to cut off the problem from its roots and said,

"Yes, I am uncomfortable around you. So if possible, keep our future interactions shorter."

Rong Xue was stunned while Yu Holea pursed her lips with determination.

After what seemed like 3 minutes, Rong Xue asked,

"Why? Why do you hate me so much?"

The smile that used to be planted on Rong Xue’s face vanished replaced by a dark look in his eyes.

Yu Holea’s heart started beating fast in fear.

A sense of oppression that she never felt before enveloped her. It became a little difficult for her to breathe and even her body trembled.

Holea get a hold of yourself!

You should be afraid! He is not some monster! He is not even that powerful.

Taking a deep breath Yu Holea said,

"I just don’t like it. I hope that you will respect my boundaries and...and won’t try to cross it."

Rong Xue eye’s darkened even more, as he suddenly called out,

"Holea."

Yu Holea’s eyes lowered and she didn’t dare to look up.

Rong Xue walked in front of her slowly and Yu Holea didn’t back away. She felt her body freezing.

"Holea I hope you can stop looking at me from a judgemental perspective and give me a chance.

Look into my eyes."

Yu Holea lifted her eyes on his command and Rong Xue said,

"I didn’t harm you, right?"

Yu Holea nodded her head in a daze.

"I didn’t torture you, right?"

Yu Holea flinched a little but still nodded her head.

"So you shouldn’t you at least give me a chance before resisting me?"

Yu Holea suddenly felt that Rong Xue was right, hence she nodded her head.

"The Yu Family is throwing a party, tomorrow. I need you to accompany me, you will, right?"

Yu Holea closed her eyes as if she were resisting something. But Rong Xue’s slight forceful voice broke her resistance,

"Holea? You will, right?"

Yu Holea nodded her head with a defeated expression.

Rong Xue’s eyes returned to normal and he said in a cheerful voice,

"Great. I will send a chauffeur to the Qiao Mansion to pick you up and a dress and a few makeup stylists will be sent too."

Yu Holea suddenly said,

"I am staying in my private villa today."

For some reason, she doesn’t want to be seen with Rong Xue, and the thought of the Qiao Family seeing her with him makes her feel guilty...

Hence she lied about the place she was living at.

Rong Xue stared at her for a few seconds and suddenly smiled as if he knew about something,

"Ok."

Yu Holea heaved a sigh of relief and turned to leave.

"Bye Holea."

"Bye." Yu Holea said and left.

Once Yu Holea left, Rong Xue wiped the sweat on his forehead.

"How come your mental strength could be so high? Looks like I need to train more and keep you in control, my dear Holea."

A smile formed on Rong Xue’s face as he remembered Yu Holea’s cool look when she fought against those who were senior.

"More interesting, more amusing. I look forward to the day you will show me more of your color."

Remembering the resistance Yu Holea showed him, Rong Xue looked in the direction Yu Holea left and said to himself,

"You don’t like accompanying me? How sad! You will have to slowly and gradually get used to it...after all, I will be your future husband."
