A smirk appeared on her face as she said,

"How sad that she met someone like me."

Min Xinyi signaled to Xiao Chun, who nodded and held Min Xinyi’s hand.

Then Min Xinyi looked at Xue Rui who nodded and looked in Yu Holea’s direction while doing some hand signals.

Min Xinyi hurriedly moved closer to Yu Holea and easily bypassed the barrier around Yu Holea.

Since she had the dual superpower of telepathy and was unobstructed by barriers, she easily entered the protective barrier around Yu Holea.

Yu Holea was alerted by her movements and tried to create a distance between them but realized that for some reason the area around her was restricted, it was as if other than the protective barrier she placed around herself someone else had placed her and her barrier into another barrier.

But since you insisted on being the team leader and imposing punishments, we had to respond accordingly."

Tan Yuhan added with a smirk,

"You could resign your position as a team leader and enter as the teammate, then we won’t give you a hard time. Otherwise even if you today, we won’t let this matter go and may even try some underhand methods."

Xue Rui said in a cold voice,

"Also it’s better if you enter a group based on your capability, not based on the boot licking."

"How could you act so straightforwardly, Rui." Min Xinyi chided him, but in a way, she was agreeing to his words.

Now Yu Holea understood why they did everything.

Maybe they only see those who are more powerful than them as a team leader and since she is a junior and less powerful than the person they see as the team leader, they are using such underhand methods.
