After they drove past the highway tollbooth, Chu Hao suggested, "Shall we continue?"

Mu Yufei blushed and shook her head. "No need. Maybe another time. I’m a bit tired today."

Chu Hao felt helpless, hating that traffic cop.

Back in his little place, Mu Yufei drove off. Chu Hao sat there, dejected and melancholy, thinking his first kiss wasn’t going to happen today.

Just then, his WeChat notification sounded. He picked up his phone to see a friend request from a stranger, a woman, with the ID Qing World Lotus.

King Chubi: "Who are you?"

A message with a smiling emoji arrived: "Yi Qinglian."

Holy crap, a superstar added me on WeChat?

Chu Hao hastily typed back: "You’re not asleep? It’s almost midnight."
