Qiao Yi was making her way through the crowd and had only just reached the front when she saw the nine-tiered cake tower collapsing towards her.

Lin Ke reached out to hug Lu Ming’s arm, only to forget she was covered in cake, which was really nausea-inducing to look at.

Although she did not hear what Qiao Xin said on the phone, seeing Lu Ming’s grim face, Lin Ke could guess that Qiao Xin must not have said anything pleasant.

Qiao Xin hung up after saying just one sentence. While Lin Ke was still confused, her phone received a message from Qiao Xin.

It was a photo, a picture of Lin Ke walking with another man!
