The Sun Family’s house covered a broad area, with over twenty rooms.

After discarding the rooms that obviously weren’t Sun Wenbin’s bedroom, Qiao Yi and Lu Yanchuan searched for half an hour before finally confirming which one belonged to Sun Wenbin.

Qiao Yi mumbled Andy’s last words, tapping along the three walls to try to find the one hiding the safe.

While the contents could prove collaboration between the Sun Group and Jenfors, they did not demonstrate that the Sun Group’s smuggling was done in partnership with the Dirk Group.

"Andy also mentioned a desk, we just don’t know which desk she was referring to."

Every desk in the Sun Family’s study had been searched thoroughly, leaving only the desks at the company.

"Let’s head to the Sun Tower; it must be her own desk that Andy was talking about! Let’s go now!"

After informing the police to join them in rounding up the Sun Family members, they had come to the Sun Family residence. As for the Sun Tower, it should have already been sealed off by now.

Qiao Yi and Lu Yanchuan rushed directly to the Sun Tower, and just as Qiao Yi suspected, the desk Andy mentioned turned out to be her own.

"Aunt Zhao said Nana accidentally fell down the stairs. She was taking Nana to the hospital, but Nana kept crying to see me."

Lu Yanchuan looked at the worry on Qiao Yi’s face. He felt there was something strange about the situation, but he couldn’t quite put his finger on it.

Under Qiao Yi’s urging, the twenty-minute drive was cut to ten. Qiao Yi dashed from the car all the way back home, where Nana, her head iced, was being cajoled by Aunt Zhao for a hospital visit.

"Nana, your sister is back. Let your sister see where you are hurt!"

Nana’s little face was tear-streaked. Qiao Yi set aside the things in her arms, about to reach out to Nana when she noticed Nana retreat in fear.

Qiao Yi paused and followed Nana’s gaze, then she noticed for the first time that she was covered in blood. It must have come from the Sun Family’s basement without her knowning.

"Nana, be good, sister will change her clothes then take Nana to the hospital, okay? Nana is the bravest!"

Qiao Yi soothingly comforted Nana’s emotions, got up and pulled Lu Yanchuan upstairs.

"Go change your clothes quickly. You have blood on you too. Don’t scare the child."

Lu Yanchuan was reluctantly pushed up the stairs by Qiao Yi. Turning his head, he saw Nana pouting and staring at the documents Qiao Yi carelessly threw on the table.

"I feel that there’s something off about Nana today."

"What can be off with a little kid? Quick, change clothes and taking her to the hospital is what we should be doing."

Qiao Yi quickly changed her clothes and urged Lu Yanchuan to rush downstairs with her.

"Where’s Nana? Aunt Zhao, where did Nana go?"

There was no one in the living room. After Qiao Yi called out, Aunt Zhao came out of the kitchen with a glass of orange juice in her hand.

"Right after you went upstairs, Nana said she wanted some orange juice, so I went to get it for her. In just a blink, where could she have run off to? I’ll go look for her right away!"

"There’s no need to look, she already ran off."

Lu Yanchuan’s voice came from behind the two of them. Qiao Yi turned around and saw Lu Yanchuan walking to the coffee table and beginning to look through the documents they brought back.

"Ran off? What do you mean?"

Qiao Yi didn’t catch on, or maybe she already thought of something but just didn’t want to admit it.
