Chapter 102: Did You Just Roll Your Eyes?
Chapter 102: Did You Just Roll Your Eyes?
"We’re sorry." He said, his eyes planted on her face, searching it. "We do not underestimate you. We know you’re not a regular Omega, and that you’re sure as hell not a weak person. But protecting you comes subconsciously to use as mates, and even worse as Alphas." He expanded earnestly.
"And while this is not an excuse," He continued. "We just need you to always remember that, when we do such things, its because we feel you need protection. And we’re giving the protection, not because we are scared for you or because we see you as weak, but because we can’t exactly help it."
"And I understand, but in as much as you want to protect me, can you at least let me have a say? Please?" She asked with pleading eyes, looking at Troy and Theo.
"Okay." Theo said nodding. "We can try." He added softly, giving her arm a short soft reassuring squeeze. "How do you feel now?" He asked, causing her cheeks to crimson as she remembered that he’d asked the same question before they started their exercise earlier.
"I feel better." She responded, not sure she wanted Tristan to move from behind her. His arm was very comfortable to lean on and incredibly warm.
"Okay then." Theo said getting up from his seat. " Let’s get you cleaned up."
He put his left arm under her knees, while his right hand went under her left arm and below bee shoulders before lifting her up, carrying her in bridal style. A gasp leaving her lips as she realized how high up she was.
"You’re so tall." She commented, smiling a little as she snaked her free hand around his neck, securing herself.
"And you’re so short." He retorted, smiling down at her.
She returned his smile before turning to look at her other mates, giving them small smiles while making sure her eyes lingered in theirs for a few longer seconds before Theo began to walk away, his brothers waiting behind.
"Aren’t they coming?" She asked, looking behind Theo .
"They will come. They just need to tidy up the place." He explained, stopping before the metal door.
He told her the passcode, letting her open the door for them. When she successfully carried it out, he leaned down to peck her forehead softly. "That’s my girl." He commented in a low voice. "When we get up there, I’d run you a very warm relaxing bath, while you sit pretty and wait for me, okay?"
"Yes, Sir." She purred against his chest, causing very strong waves of heat to course through him, all channels leading down to his cock.
"Mmm." He drawled, his chest vibrating against her hand and cheek. "If you call me that again, I’m not sure I will hold back."
She smiled at his words, mischief glinting in her eyes, but she knew he meant business and sincerely wasn’t ready for any other rounds, -unless it was the main deal, of course- so she didn’t repeat her words.
"Good girl." He praised cockily, earning a scoff from her.
"You really think I didn’t press because you warned me not to? I’m just tired, that’s it. Don’t take too much credit." She said, poking his chest with her finger, rolling here eyes.
"Did you just roll your eyes at me, Princess?" He asked, his almost grey eyes peering down at her as they walked through the opening on the false wall into the hallway that was covered it a lavender smell, an underlying smell of disinfectant didn’t escape her wolfs’ sensitive nostrils.
"Nop." She lied easily, popping the ’P’, holding his gaze for a few seconds before looking away.
She knew she was treading on slippery grounds but she really couldn’t help it anymore. Something about the thought of being punished by him had awakened some part of her she didn’t know existed.
"You’re lying, Princess." He bellowed, his sinister smile coating his lips again, sending shivers down her spine, just the way she liked it. "And what happens to liars?" He asked.
"I don’t know." She said snuggling into his body further, not caring that she might be rubbing the tiny bits of their semen on his chest.
"They get punished, Princess. And you’ve just lied twice." He said, his tone deep, velvety and menacing.
’Then punish me.’ She was tempted to say, but held her tongue before it could carry-on digging her grave, swallowing her thoughts and her almost spoken words. Not knowing what other replies to give, she snuggled closer to him, knowing they were going to be in the bathroom soon.
Whatever punishments he wanted to give, she was going to handle them later, but at that moment, she was in desperate need of a scalding strengthening shower
He took her into a very cozy warm-toned bedroom, placing her softly on the bed as he headed to the en suite bathroom to prepare the bath for her.
While he prepared it, she moved from the middle where he’d placed her, to the end of the bed that faced the open bathroom door, sitting at the tippy edge as she took him in.
He wasn’t squatting by the tub like Troy was that day, he sat on the edge rather, his arm mixing the hot and cold waters that poured into the tub from the other end.
His actions were smooth and fluid. She couldn’t help but let her eyes scrutinize his side profile. Taking in every corner, bend and feature of his side profile.
He was still dressed, the belt she had struggled to undo now put back in place, but that didn’t stop her from being able to assess him properly.
The sleeves of his plain white dress shirt were rolled up to the area alittle above his elbows, displaying the massive veins that coated his forearm.
But something struck her as she looked closer, sharpening her vision. A butterfly with a chipped wing and a long semi-thick tail, tatted on his forearm.
Her eyebrows couldn’t help but furrow in confusion. Theo didn’t strike her as someone to get a butterfly tatted on his arm, a weird one at that.
’I think there’s a reason it’s weird.’ Maria reasoned as she lay on her paws, yawning.
’Of course there is. I just wonder what the reason is..’ Bethany drawled in response, heavy silence clouding them as they both hoped it had nothing to do with his dark pasts.
"You’re so bad at checking someone out." Theo commented, coming out from the bathroom, his right arm red from being in warm water for so long. "Don’t you know that when your gaze doesn’t move from one spot, that’s downright staring. I don’t mind, but I hope you’re only thinking righteous things, although your mind stinks." He teased, winking at her before heading to the closet.
Bethany couldn’t help but wish the thoughts she was having were healthy ones. Snapping out of it, she let out a loud long yawn as she lay back into the bed, arms stretched out.
"I have the most righteous mind ever." She said, not knowing if he was going to hear her or not.
"You wish." He said as he walked out of the closet, towel, soap, toothbrush and some other supplies in his hands. "Although, just don’t forget that I’m all yours whenever you wish to carry out your ’righteous’ thoughts." He teased, his lips a few centimeters away from her ear.
Bethany couldn’t help but laugh out loud at his statement, even though his proximity and breathing made her red. "You can’t help but be a cocky bastard huh?" She asked, still chuckling.
"That’s my second name." He said flashing his white set, as he held her gaze. "C’mon, let’s clean you up before I take you right here." His eyes falling to her puckering nipples, before coming back to hers.
When she saw the flash of red in his eyes, she couldn’t help but swallow the lump that had quickly formed in her throat, becoming very aware of the wetness that had now formed between her legs.
She tailed him into the bathroom, her eyes widening as she took it in. It was so big. It didn’t look that way from outside at all.
When she looked up to the ceiling, her mouth couldn’t help but hang open in shock. The ceiling was so high up, and every inch of it was covered with a mirror, LED bulbs rimming every corner of the mirror ceiling, causing the reflected light to veil the room, making it look very magical yet angelic, soft yet pristine, extremely sophisticated yet calming.
Extremely calming.
Sh whipped her head to where her mate stood, nervous but proud. "This is so lovely, Theo." She said softly, but her questions shone brighter than even in her eyes.
"Thank you, Princess." He said curtly. " But I believe you have questions?" He pushed. The look on her face was a healthy mix of amazement and confusion, it wasn’t easy to ignore.
"A ton!" She said chuckling with wide eyes. "But I’d start with this. Theodore Macgyver, you made an interior designer do that?!"
