Fated Love With the Billionaire -
Chapter 96 Training
Chapter 96: Chapter 96 Training
The gentle breeze swept in, the morning light was warm, and the room felt almost surreal as the light filtered through the curtains, blurring the azure outside. Cheng Qiaobei had been awake for some time, watching the woman he loved sleeping peacefully, finding himself unable to get enough of her tranquil face.
He bit his lower lip to avoid making any sound, fearing he might wake her. He slowly turned his body until he was facing her, lying comfortably in place. His loving gaze traced the contours of her face, carefully brushing aside the bangs on her forehead with his fingertips. His gaze was as warm as the morning light, his smile softer than the morning breeze.
Merely looking was not enough for him; he was too fond of her soft body. He gently lifted her head and slipped his arm under her neck. Chen Ningxi stirred slightly in her sleep, and Cheng Qiaobei froze instantly until he was sure she was asleep again, then pulled her into his arms and held her tightly.
She felt uncomfortable being held so tightly, and when she opened her eyes, she saw Cheng Qiaobei watching her. Memories of last night’s passionate encounter flashed through her mind, making her embarrassed enough to close her eyes again, her brow furrowed almost to a knot.
"Heh heh..."
A joyful laugh fell on top of her head, as Chen Ningxi reached out from under the blanket to cover his eyes.
"What are you doing?" Cheng Qiaobei’s smile deepened at the corners of his mouth.
Chen Ningxi said, "Don’t look at me."
Cheng Qiaobei removed her hand, placing it near his lips for a kiss. "Why can’t I look?"
Chen Ningxi burrowed into his arms. "Just don’t look."
Cheng Qiaobei stroked her head. "There’s nothing to be embarrassed about. Come on, wife, let your husband take a look."
"Don’t call me that, it’s so mushy." Chen Ningxi covered her ears.
"Mushy?" This was not the morning sweet talk Cheng Qiaobei envisioned. "We’re married, yet you act like you dislike me?"
Chen Ningxi looked up. "When did I ever say I disliked you?"
Cheng Qiaobei pinched her chin, lifting it. "Call me husband."
Chen Ningxi blinked, her lips moved, but she just couldn’t bring herself to say it.
Getting impatient, he barked, "You claim you don’t dislike me, yet you won’t even call me husband."
"I didn’t," Chen Ningxi bit her lip, as he watched her pink tongue dart between her teeth. Yet, he never heard her call him husband, which irritated Cheng Qiaobei so much that he flipped over and pressed down on her, forcing open her teeth and capturing her rebellious tongue.
"Mmm..."
The sound of kissing was passionate and fierce. He held her wrists above her head, his interlaced fingers threading through hers. As the kiss deepened, their hands clasped tightly together.
The ivory covers encased both of them, forming a lofty mound in the center of the bed. Gradually, the blanket rose and fell, accompanied by kitten-like murmurs that echoed through the room.
Cheng Qiaobei took a shower and went to the kitchen to make breakfast, while Chen Ningxi stood under the showerhead, eyes closed, letting the warm water wash away her fatigue. They had been at it who knows how many times last night, and he seemed skilled, guiding her from start to finish through wonderful experiences.
Thinking about that sensation, Chen Ningxi’s body instinctively tightened, a tingling itch spreading in her lower abdomen. She hastily adjusted her breathing, calming her restless body, and only when she felt at ease did Chen Ningxi exhale.
...Only one night, yet why did it feel like her body had been altered by him?
Wearing her pajamas, Chen Ningxi emerged from the bathroom and saw Cheng Qiaobei’s back. She slowly approached, finding him standing at the stove, patiently stirring the porridge in the pot. Suddenly, her waist tightened as she hugged him from behind.
Cheng Qiaobei lowered his eyes, a smile at the corners, "Hungry?"
"No."
Her voice passed through his chest, soft and sweet.
Cheng Qiaobei held her hand, stirring the porridge as he spoke, "Wife."
Chen Ningxi took a deep breath against his back, the aroma of milk was pleasant. "Hmm?"
Cheng Qiaobei said, "I’m returning to Zhoushan tomorrow. What would you like for breakfast? I’ll make it ahead for you."
"No need, I’ll make it myself," Chen Ningxi replied, nuzzling her forehead against his back.
"No way, as long as I’m home, I’ll make it for you." Cheng Qiaobei insisted, "If you don’t say, I’ll improvise."
Not wanting him to overwork, Chen Ningxi said, "There are frozen dumplings in the fridge. I’ll cook them myself."
Cheng Qiaobei just smiled without saying a word, having already planned the menu.
"The porridge is ready, go wait for it," he said, patting her hand.
Chen Ningxi didn’t let go, instead burrowed against his back again. "Don’t move, let me lean here a bit longer."
Cheng Qiaobei turned off the stove and covered the pot. The rising sun cast light around them as they nestled against each other in the sunlight. Only when she let go did Cheng Qiaobei turn around and wrap her in his arms.
Beautiful love, a compatible soul, these wove a net of happiness that Chen Ningxi willingly got lost in.
She looked up, her moist eyes meeting his dark ones. She tiptoed, stepping onto his feet, her arms naturally wrapped around his neck, a kiss was always within reach.
A good relationship nourishes you; a good lover nurtures the heart. She indulged in the pleasure, from the psyche to the body’s joy.
Their lips and tongues tangled as she applied more pressure, Cheng Qiaobei’s breathing grew heavier and deeper, his taut jawline becoming more prominent. With broad shoulders and a narrow waist, her hands loved exploring his strong body. Cheng Qiaobei couldn’t take it anymore and lowered his shoulders. With both hands, he scooped her up and placed her on the kitchen island, kissing meticulously from her cheeks down, planting kisses on her shoulders, and chest...
Chen Ningxi closed her eyes, propping her arms behind her as her pajama top loosened slightly at the front. She lifted her chin, showing off her graceful neck curve. She listened to the turbulent heartbeats and stared at the ceiling, her eyes gradually becoming unfocused.
Just before she lost her senses, she wondered if all newlywed couples were as tireless as this.
In the end, they didn’t get to eat breakfast and hurried off to a "training session" after receiving Ye Yujun’s call.
Before getting out of the car, Chen Ningxi reminded Cheng Qiaobei, "Later, don’t say anything unnecessary."
Cheng Qiaobei feigned ignorance, "You mean about us sleeping together?"
"!" Chen Ningxi feigned anger, glaring at him.
Cheng Qiaobei chuckled, teasing her deliberately, "What should I say? Besides, I’ve got my certificate. What’s there to be afraid of?"
Chen Ningxi rolled her eyes, "Who said that? I meant the fact that your dad disapproves; let’s not mention it yet until I find a chance to talk to my mom."
"But..." Cheng Qiaobei’s thoughts differed, "I feel like we should tell."
"Your dad doesn’t agree, yet we went and registered our marriage anyway? What would my dad think? He’d think his daughter is..." Chen Ningxi mumbled, "Impulsive. Could you consider this for me?"
Given the discussion had reached this point, Cheng Qiaobei draped an arm around her shoulders, "Alright, we won’t say anything for now. I’ll deal with my dad as best I can."
Chen Ningxi nodded.
Standing before the door, neither dared knock.
Chen Ningxi urged him, "You go knock."
"!" Cheng Qiaobei raised an eyebrow, "Me...is it appropriate?"
Chen Ningxi glared, "We just got married—to not listen now—what can I hope for from you later?"
"!" A precise hit!
Cheng Qiaobei raised his hand and knocked on the door, looking as if he were heroically facing his fate.
