For enemy Goblin-class creatures, the opposite effect occurs. If Goblin-class enemy morale is too low, there’s a chance for large-scale surrender or defection, joining your ranks.

The first ability is exclusive to the main flag in Gaven’s hands; the second ability is present in both flags.
