There were Voyeurs above the Conqueror Army, Gaven had long been aware of them. The Crown Princess, the Iron Princess, and the Dark Castle Chairman were all there.

So long as they didn’t actively attack the Conqueror Army, Gaven couldn’t provoke them, as among them were two Legendary Spellcasters, either of whom could spell disaster for the Conqueror Army if they acted.
