Chapter 651 - 651 649 Overlapping Heavenly Tracks

Chapter 651: Chapter 649: Overlapping Heavenly Tracks Chapter 651: Chapter 649: Overlapping Heavenly Tracks Since the establishment of the Amber Council, humanity had rallied around it, and various enterprises flourished like wildfire.

Duke Rose, Elden Cyclowall, led a team, accompanied by several Dragon Knights, embarked from the Ancient Tundra Land towards the Ancient Dark Mist Forest. Their mission was to explore the human realms there and invite them to join the Amber Council.

Marquis Cambiño of Mountain Fire led another team of Dragon Knights, initiating their journey from the Ancient Dragon Ridge Mountains towards the Ancient Whispering Forest.

King Debuloye Firelight also took command of a team of Dragon Knights, departing from the Ancient Magma Lands towards the Ancient Southern Wasteland Desert.

Their goals were the same: to locate human nations and invite them to join the Amber Council.

In this quest, they inevitably encountered the Frost Snow Giants Legion. Perhaps intimidated by the formidable presence of the many Dragon Knights, the Frost Snow Giants Legion, upon spotting them from afar, would swiftly retreat deep into the snowfields, avoiding any confrontation with the Dragon Knights.

Moreover,

the Frost Snow Giants had repeatedly invaded human realms. However, in the recent month, they had entirely ceased their attacks.

Along the borders of various nations, no trace of Frost Snow Giants could be found.

“Frost Giants can undoubtedly communicate with each other,” declared Marquis Merlin with certainty, “and the battle in the Warm Jade Duchy, where three legions of Frost Snow Giants were utterly defeated, must have caused a great shock in Frost Star, thus curtailing their hunting activities.”

At the Amber Council’s round table, the number of attendees was not small.

However, few were actual members of the Amber Council.

Most kings and grand dukes would typically remain in reality, handling state affairs.

Thus, each had appointed a representative to permanently stay at the Amber Council, attending meetings day and night, constantly exchanging information. Russell did not need to appoint anyone as Marquis Merlin was the prime representative, chairing daily meetings.

“Will Frost Star withdraw?” one representative asked.

“It’s impossible,” Marquis Merlin declared adamantly. “I have consulted with the chairman, and the invasion of Frost Star is an unalterable reality. Their world is in turmoil, and their only solution is to invade Dragon Star!”

The chairman was Russell, who had shared his vision of the cosmic tree with Marquis Merlin.

He had even shared this information with the kings and grand dukes of various countries.

“Marquis Merlin is correct, Frost Star will not retreat. Our newly established Dragonspine Observatory has already captured the latest movements of Frost Star,” hurriedly, a representative from Ice Cyclone Barrier Kingdom produced a new report.

Distributing it to everyone present, he solemnly declared, “Frost Star has now docked onto a synchronous orbit with Dragon Star, gradually approaching. Soon, we will be able to observe Frost Star with the naked eye, visible not only at night but also during the day!”

“No wonder there have been frequent earthquakes lately!”

“What is Frost Star trying to do, collide with our Dragon Star?”

“That’s unlikely. According to observations from our Dragonspine Observatory, Frost Star seems to be in a state of fragmentation, and it appears to have lost its physical form, resembling a… ghost planet!”

“A ghost planet?” everyone gasped in shock.

At the same time, in the Red Fort National Observatory, Russell also received a report from the Dragonspine Observatory.

“Director Sullivan, please explain what this ‘ghost planet’ means,” Russell inquired.

“Your Majesty,” Director Sullivan replied respectfully, “The International Astronomical Thunder Voice Conference has already discussed this. Frost Star does not truly exist within our solar system but overlaps two star systems in a different way, thereby opening an interdimensional doorway.”

Much like Amber Dreamland connecting various Volcanic Oases together.

Frost Star, too, had opened an interdimensional doorway using some high-dimensional means, entering the solar system as a “ghost,” closing in on Dragon Star.

“This is also why our previous observations of Frost Star were always intermittent and elusive. Now, Frost Star has adjusted its trajectory; it will gradually approach Dragon Star but will not collide. The ultimate goal might be to overlap the two planets in a higher dimension.”

Russell exclaimed in surprise, “Interstellar overlap?”

The term “dimension” was a reminder by him to the astronomers, although clearly, their understanding of the dimensions had now surpassed Russell’s.

“Yes, we refer to this kind of high-dimensional overlap as… ‘Heavenly Track Overlap,'” Director Sullivan said.

“What consequences will follow the overlap of the Heavenly Tracks?”

“The most likely outcome would be the overlapping of surfaces of two planets, allowing frost giants to freely traverse between Frost Star and Dragon Star, thereby, signaling a full-scale invasion by Frost Star.”

“How long until the Heavenly Tracks overlap?”

“It could be as long as a year and a half, or as short as thirty to fifty days,” Sullivan admitted with uncertainty, “The Heavenly Track Overlap is too profound and, with our current level of magic on Dragon Star, it’s difficult to even predict, let alone perform.”

“Is the magical level of Frost Star really advanced to such a degree?” Russell expressed doubt, “The equipment of the frost giants and snow trolls doesn’t seem very powerful, even primitive, especially their wooden stick weapons.”

Russell had already killed several frost giants.

He naturally confiscated the frost giants’ wooden stick weapons, which were likely weapons crafted from a type of tree that grows on Frost Star.

They contained a special icy power.

This power was entirely different from the icy elemental power on Dragon Star; it seemed more like an enhanced version of icy elemental power.

“I am sorry, Your Majesty, I have not studied this,” Director Sullivan shook his head, indicating that this field was outside his area of expertise.

After leaving the National Observatory, Russell thought for a moment and quickly entered the Amber Dreamland.

“Ga.” The Little Dream Dragon lifted its eyelid, greeted softly, and then continued to rest with its eyes closed.

Russell reached the edge of the treetop, where he could see many people busily building at the foot of the Dreamscape Volcano.

They were preparing to build a small town.

In the future, this would be the capital of the Amber Central Region; if Dragon Sleep Continent were to fall to Frost Star, this would be the last refuge for humans.

Russell’s vision was excellent, and he saw Mr. Luo Man and Lady Meryl among the bustling crowd. Mr. Luo Man was quarrying stone while Lady Meryl was carrying a teapot, serving tea to the busy people.

These busy individuals were mostly nobles.

In reality, each of them had a group of servants to wait on them, but here, they had to do the work themselves.

“It seems everyone is enjoying this,” Russell observed briefly before quickly flying into the Dreamscape Volcano.

The volcano was split into two sections.

One half for personnel transportation, and the other half was the private space of the Little Dream Dragon.

At that moment, Russell stood in the private space, looking at the walls where the intertwined roots of the Amber Great Tree were visible; beneath each root, an Extreme Ice Sacred Artifact was melting.

The power of the Extreme Ice Sacred Artifacts was being decomposed and absorbed by the power of the Amber Great Tree.

Although only the outer layer had melted so far, one could still feel the vigorous growth of the Amber Great Tree, which had visibly grown larger.

As the Amber Great Tree grew, the Amber Dreamland expanded accordingly.

“Extreme Ice Sacred Artifacts are indeed a good thing, Russell, are there any more outside? Have those kings send over the Extreme Ice Sacred Artifacts quickly,” the Little Dream Dragon communicated telepathically, “The Amber Great Tree loves the Extreme Ice Sacred Artifacts!”

“I am still searching; once found, they will be sent immediately,” Russell replied, “By the way, what exactly are these Extreme Ice Sacred Artifacts?”

“I don’t know, but they really do help the Amber Great Tree grow.”

“Never mind then,” Russell shook his head, flew back up to the top of the tree canopy, and sat on the throne atop the Little Dream Dragon’s head, “Come, Ice Cream, let us together feel the power of the Extreme Ice Sacred Artifacts and grasp the icy power from another world!”
