Yolanda quickly arrived at the café and saw that Gemma Morgan was already there.

For two consecutive days, Melissa Greenwood had run off to the Coldson Family’s place, and Yolanda didn’t know if anyone had been looking after Gemma Morgan in the hospital.

She gently held Yolanda’s hand, "Yolanda, could Eldest Aunt apologize on Melissa’s behalf to you?"

But unexpectedly, Gemma Morgan suddenly knelt down, "Yolanda, Eldest Aunt does not dare to ask for your forgiveness for Melissa..."

Yolanda couldn’t understand why she had a mother like Eliana Reed any more than Gemma Morgan could comprehend why her daughter had turned into a bad person.

Thinking this, Yolanda felt a deeper understanding of Gemma Morgan’s feelings.

She gently embraced Gemma Morgan, "Eldest Aunt, from childhood to now, you and uncle have always been so kind to me, truly, exceptionally kind."

Even more so than her own biological parents.

She sniffled, "So, no matter what happens, I won’t blame either of you; as for me and my cousin... let us handle our own matters, okay?"

"Okay," Gemma Morgan stroked Yolanda’s back, patting gently.

"Eldest Aunt, take good care of your health, promise me, and don’t stress over these things anymore."

Yolanda let go of Gemma Morgan, looking at her earnestly, "And don’t let these things hurt the relationship between you and cousin; after all, you are mother and daughter."

Gemma Morgan couldn’t stop her tears; Yolanda’s words clearly intended to set boundaries between them.
