Chapter 108: Ride That Valkyrie? by Harem-Fan

     As Issei and I begin our stare-down again after his new or old name was given, we hear another battle report...

     [One of Sona’s Knights and Rooks, retired.]

     This means both Yura and Tomoe have been defeated too.

     Rias is calling on the final push but I'm keeping my buddy here!

     [Offense team, can you hear? We’re now advancing towards the Sitri base as well.]

     Flap Flap~! I looked to my best friend and eject my 2-pairs of wings, one gold and my real ones of black.

     [Boost]

     Whoosh Flap Flap~! Then I added wingless-flight to them, then fly up to the skylight with my combat-bow in hand.

     [Satan Gold shall send off his rival, The Breast Dragon Emperor! Sorry you can't fly my friend but it is no shame, right?]

     Creak~! I began to pull back my bowstring with a Light Arrow forming, then my danger-sense was rocking off the charts all of a sudden!

     Crack Crack Crack~! The floor tiles under his feet began to spiderweb wit cracks, as Issei bent down in a kneeling position looking up at me!

     Fwoosh~! Unexpectedly, jet thrusters on his back formed, and flames spurted out, then like a spring he performed a flying uppercut leap?!

     [Boost... Dragon Launcher!]

     Issei roared out his Chuunibyou attack name...

     [Rising Dragon!]

     Holy Mother Fucker!

     I almost didn't react because, for a split second... Issei looked and sounded cool!

     Did he do this move in the anime?

     Calculating all paths I can escape, based on his speed of attack, I was terrified to know that I didn't have enough time to evade!

     I'm forced to absorb the blow.

     So I put up my left arm at the point of impact, and hoped for the best...

     Boom~Boom Crack~ Crack~! I couldn't dodge his super fast jet-powered uppercut, but at least when he broke my arm and combat-bow, then struck my torso breaking bones... I kicked him in his chest!

     Shatter Whoosh~! Well before he sent me flying up through the skylight like Team Rocket!

     I heard and felt my left arm get completely broken with some cracked ribs...

     [Cough, Fuck [Boost] is broken! Oh~look, the mall is getting smaller?!]

     Even with my visual acuity, I noticed he sent me up at least 100 feet above the roof parking!

     Whoosh Bang~! Then I managed to slow my fall just a bit... as I landed hard on the roof of the building.

     Hum~! I quickly cast [Invisibility] to give myself some breathing room...

     As I moved from my cracked landing spot of broken asphalt, to lean against a wall, I saw Issei jump to the roof as well.

     [Hey Ddraig, can you find him? Ouch, my ribs hurt.]

     I heard Ddraig answer Issei...

     [Hmm, Young Matsuda has hidden his aura for now, and he used Holy Dragon slaying properties on us, so I couldn't block it, that's why.]

     I'm hoping my regeneration will kick in just a bit...

     If I cast a healing spell, he will find me right away, or at least his partner will!

     He is looking around for me.

     I notice he is limping a bit... Yeah my kick has Holy Dragon slaying on it, and his chest armor is broken with plenty of broken ribs I bet.

     Then we heard Grayfia again...

     [One of Rias Gremory’s Bishops and Rook, retired.]

     Shit, Asia and Koneko were taken out too?

     The fighting was harsh, but the announcement wasn't over...

     [One of Sona Sitri’s Bishop, retired.]

     Reya or Momo are out with them...

     After the fight, I was super mad, because of what Momo used!

     A Grigori traitor for the Khaos Brigade gave the Sitri Peerage a Reversal Power, and Momo used it to reverse Asia's Twilight Healing area, and it eliminated Koneko, Asia, and Momo...

     It was a dangerous power to reverse the opposites of an Item, Power, or Element... (Holy to Unholy... Healing to Harm, etc)

     The problem with this terrible power, is it shaves off some life force, with a chance to outright kill the user!

     This was the prototype power that would later be used with Asia under Georg's Longinus, to create a killing bomb in the Rating Game field, with Diodora Astaroth...

     But this is something I learned later after the tragedy of that day...

     Instead of healing myself, I have a better plan...

     Step Step Step~! Issei, still in his Scale Mail, rounds one of the parked cars, and is about to find my hiding spot.

     I begin casting a single [Holy Lightning] spell at him from my position on the ground... so my blast will travel horizontally, and not destroy the building.

     Issei and his partner Ddraig sense the magic and turn to me!

     I say to them, with my 5 foot wide crimson Gremory magic circle pointed at them...

     [You had a chance inside the mall, but everyone makes mistakes! Holy Lightning... go!]

     Crackle Crackle Boom~! The pure white bolt, faster than he can dodge, squarely hits him and he is sent flying...

     Fwoosh~ Buzz~! However before he hits anything in the distance, a white light of retirement wraps him up and he vanishes...

     I am sure I heard him yell before being hit.

     [Fuckballs~!]

     After launching the Red Dragon Emperor out of the game, I stood and heard Grayfia...

     [Sona Sitri’s Pawn, retired.]

     I could only use my right arm to get up, and then I said...

     [Sigh, I will heal you after buddy!]

     After I got up off the ground I heard...

     [One of Sona Sitri’s Bishops, retired.]

     Well my Reya is out for sure now.

     After hearing Reya was out, I heard Rias over my earpiece...

     [Matsuda be careful, the Sona we were fighting was an illusion cast by Reya Kusaka, and we don't know where she went?!]

     My Sacred Gear is telling me danger is behind me, so I looked and saw a frustrated looking Sona looking back at me.

      My eyebrows rise, and I reply to Rias...

     [Too late Sona found me first... I gotta go, my King...]

     To answer why my Sona looks gloomy, we heard it from Grayfia...

      [Sona Sitri’s Queen, retired.]

     Damn I bet it was Kiba that took her out, or maybe Akeno, but less likely...

     I smile at her and say with flair...

     [Satan Gold has come, ouch!

     I forgot my left arm is wasted and my ribs are fractured, but I did my best pose...

     She doesn't look happy, but serious...

     Well I will give my fiance my best effort then!

     [That was a good plan to have Issei bring me up here for the two of you to fight me!]

     I give her a thumbs-up with my good right-hand.

     Sona lets out a sigh?

     She then says to me, while raising her Demonic Power...

     "No, you coming here has ruined my plans... I had to stop concentrating on the illusion of me that was keeping the rest of Rias team busy, and now most of my team is gone, so your luck in being here is impossible to calculate."

     She then smiles and raises her arms, as waves of water from a large tank rises into the air...

     "So let Husband and Wife, fight one final showdown... to see which one of us will be the dominant one in our relationship!"

     Sona spent the whole match collecting water from the mall, and she brought it forward like a tidal-wave.

     She then used her royal-blue Demonic Power to change the water’s form, creating various creatures out of the water, such as multiple Hawks, Serpents, massive Lions, Dire Wolves, and several large Eastern Dragons.

     Her magic skill surpasses that of Rias!

     I do my Satan Gold pose of fighting the Final Boss and declare!

     [Satan Gold will turn this sexy Water Goddess into my loyal Wife in less than 9-moves! Move one... Second Stage!]

     Big G's voice started the countdown...

     [10...]

     As the large assortment of water beasts surged to bite me, I felt the mall under me...

     [9...]

     Just as the large Dragons of water were going to bite, I sank into the stone and concrete ground, but had to avoid the rebar and steel frames...

     [8...]

     Boom Boom Boom Boom~! Many water beasts collided, and I am sure the rooftop was heavily damaged, as Sona no longer cares about the destroying part...

     She just wants to beat up her Husband!

     [7...]

     Sona waved her hands to move the beasts, and saw I was missing, then quickly moved...

     [6...]

     Bang Crash Bang Crash~! As the large Lions swatted the cars away to look for me, I silently arose from behind Sona, and placed my Ascalon next to her neck.

     [5...]

     The stinging Holy Light from the sword stung her skin, and she smiled in defeat.

     "Mat, I am going to flood us both with my attack, do you have the resolve to end me?"

     [4...]

     As the mass of water churns towards us, my helmet vanishes, and...

     Mwah~! I kissed her, right there in the vortex of water!

     [3...]

     Thud~! As I finished my kiss, I chopped the back of her neck to knock her out, because she won't surrender...

     As I held her, the white light of retirement covered her, and all of the monsters hit us both at once...

     Boom~! As she vanished, my infinite Demonic Power defensive shield held and resisted the many water beasts, before my Second Stage wore off...

     Then an announcement was heard everywhere!

     [Resign confirmed. It is the victory of Rias Gremory.]

     An hour after that...

     All injured participants were brought into a waiting room for my recovery magic to be used.

     My broken arm was mostly taken care of, but some injuries are too bad so I'm doing my thing.

     However a few of the girls are giving me sorry looks because I'm truly pissed at my lovers from Sona's group!

     Azazel had shown me the videos of the moves her team was using on us...

     [Reversal], this power can change things like Holy to Unholy as a counter..

     Kiba almost got hit with a reversed Phoenix Tears by Tsubaki, but he washed it off before it could defeat him, and he took her out.

     But this isn't why I'm pissed at the girls.

     No, I'm mad because every-time they use this forbidden technique, they shave a little bit of life!

     Saji was one thing, but my girls shaving life is a no go for me... and I laid into them!

     I told them if they continued to use that stupid power, I would go do fights in my Juggernaut Drive and eat up my own life-span to match their life loss...

     They started to cry when I said this, and they know they fucked up with me there.

     They promised to never use it unless sure death would happen...

     This I can accept.

     Plus I told them what would happen if they were pregnant when using that dangerous power, and they froze in shock!

     I then finished my casting of Rejuvenation...

     After the bright golden light faded, everyone was up like they never were in an ICU in the last hour.

     Thankfully I will have Koneko take care of my girl's small amount of life loss, as it is not incurable, just a pain, but later...

      Kiba was awarded the judges MVP medal for using great tactics and judgments during the game, taking out 3 strong Devils on his own.

     Turns out he wasn't using drugs, from the pharmacy but he made a first aid kit... smart, since his healing potion was wasted!

     Sona and Tsubaki are currently both hugging me, to show they are still sorry for going too far during the game...

     I am a bit dishonest here, and healed their lost vitality with my spell, but I need them to not rely on my magic for reckless tactics, so I will let them think I am healing them with Bouchujutsu. (Bedroom Method, a form of Senjutsu healing)

     While we were all making up and getting our two Peerages back on normal friendly terms, an old man I instantly recognized walked into the room.

     Rias seems to recognize him too...

     “You’re Odin, right? This is the first time we’ve met. I’m Rias Gremory.” 

     Odin is a tall, elderly man with long, grey hair and long beard.

     He wears a gold and white monocle over his left eye, and a robe that is short and blue with gold trim.

     “I see, I see! Sirzechs’ little Sister, huh. I saw you in the Rating Game. Well, there was also something like that event... But, I see, hmm. So big! When I was watching, I was fascinated by just these things the Red and Gold ones fought for.”

     Then Odin was looking at Rias’s breasts with lewd eyes!

     Thwack~! A beautiful armored woman who had entered the room at some point hit the old man’s head with a paper-fan.

    Her battle attire is a set of Valkyrie armor, which consists of a white breastplate with gold and pale blue accents and matching, fingerless gauntlets, boots, hip guards, and wing-shaped hair clips.

     As Odin rubbed the back of his head, the woman scolded him...

     “Geez! Did I not already tell you that indecent eyes were prohibited?! Since there’s going to be an important meeting now, please pull yourself together as the King of the Norse Gods!”

     I was so stunned to see her I inadvertently blurted out...

     "Rossweisse what are you doing here?"

     Oh fuck, I said that out loud and everyone is looking at me now!

     White Rose!

     Rossweisse with straight silver hair and the aqua eyed dream lover most fans of the anime work.

     My friend from Earth zero went on and on about her...

     I was only interested in her practical side... She just wanted to save money and be secure, like normal women!

     And like me, she is a bad drunk!

     "You know me? How is that possible?"

     She was surprised I knew her and I was looking real guilty here!

     Odin's magic-eye glimmered at my body, and he said...

     "So the rumors of Foresight are true after-all! So then you know me and why we are here, right?"

     I nod to him, and say to the sexy Valkyrie...

     "I do indeed know you very-well White Rose... And you're incredibly wrong!" 

     Okay, for the first time... I'm going to lie just a bit to get my reputation bar as high as possible on the first meeting!

     This is for you my buddy who lived on Earth zero with me!

     Rose just tilts her head and asks...

     "Wrong about what?"

     Hook line and sinker!

     I warmly smile and lie my ass off!

     "Because I am both your future boyfriend and husband! That is why you have found none in the past... Fate has finally brought us together!"

     While her brain stops working, I just wink at Odin, just in case he knows I'm full of shit...

     He is a God after-all!

     (Yes, Odin can tell half of Mat's words are a pickup-line, but he can also tell Mat knows them both, and likes them, Odin also sensed the power of one of his Sons in Mat)

     Saji just yells out what most everyone is thinking...

     "What?!"

     Most everyone is surprised, except a few of my girls that just think this is normal for me...

     I whisper into Rias's ear, before she flips her shit.

     "Rook!"

     She then just smiles in pimp-mode, well like a Devil.

     Odin, seeing Rose's face, just starts to guffaw, bringing her back into reality and she stammers...

     "W-What a-are you talking about? W-What m-marry me?!"

     Her face is brilliant red...

     Sadly, I was unaware that I broke her imagination, and she heard that we are a thing, oops...

     "Rose, I am the Hero of the 3 factions, I am waiting for you to accept me! I fell in love with you even before I was born, so never complain about not having a boyfriend ever again! Because that man is me, Matsuda Tanaka, and is waiting for you!"

     I pulled out one of the seeds from my vegetation combat pouches, and made the white rose bloom in front of her eyes!

     Then I hand it to the stunned woman, who took it while in delusion land.

     Odin is impressed with my pickup skills!

     Odin actually is late for his important meeting, and will investigate this child with a connection to him later, so he said.

     “Well, it’s fine... Sirzechs’ Sister and Matsuda Tanaka. The world isn’t full of only trials, there are many fun things as well. Advance forward while both fully enjoying and suffering through it all. Being reckless is the only way for youngsters to grow up. Hohoho~!”

     Leaving just those words, the old man and the confused Rossweisse left the hospital...
