Don’t Mess with that Turtle -
Chapter 165 - 165 029 Boundary Lord_1
165: Chapter 029 Boundary Lord_1 165: Chapter 029 Boundary Lord_1 Feng Yaya stood on the head of a Tiger Whale, her left hand holding a wild boar, and her right hand propped on a Pumpkin Hammer, squinting towards Monkey Island.
Her red garments fluttered in the sea breeze behind her, making a rustling sound.
She resembled an old General awaiting battle atop a city wall.
The Pumpkin Hammer was a gift from the Mermaid Clan Chief, with no special abilities, but it was sturdy and heavy enough!
Behind her was a pod of Tiger Whales cutting through the water, their swift movement creating long waves on the sea surface, resembling warships in full sprint.
Each Tiger Whale carried a varying number of Exotic Beasts.
All the Exotic Beasts bared their teeth and roared towards Monkey Island.
Anyone who had been peacefully eating at home and basking in the sun would be full of rage if suddenly forced to fight.
Especially the Thunder Monkey King, who originally owned half of Monkey Island.
He had just been thrashed by a Dragon Turtle, covered in injuries, when the enemy took advantage of his weakness, not only chasing him out but also stealing the female monkeys of his tribe.
Who the hell could bear that?
He had initially planned to cross the great ocean on a Tiger Whale to another island to recuperate and then return for revenge but came back instead.
With the King back, the sky was clear again!
He glanced back at Su He secretly.
Su He was coiled inside a Turtle Shell, vines tied to the tail of a Tiger Whale, being pulled and gliding through the water.
He was too tired.
Breaking through space had consumed most of his Divine Sense, and as soon as he emerged, he had calmed a sea disaster.
Now his entire mind buzzed.
He had wanted to dive to the seabed for a good rest but was pulled by Feng Yaya to engage in an island siege.
Feng Yaya twisted the bristles on the neck of the wild boar, examining the marks on its back.
The half-destroyed saddle was due to a sharp weapon poking at it—the Exotic Beast fighting over territory must have had horns.
Too bad the Exotic Beasts couldn’t clarify, they only shouted “enemy attack, enemy attack.” According to their description, the enemy had eight legs and two heads.
Attacking by using horns to strike the monkey’s lower body and mouths to bite the upper body… What on earth was that?
Feng Yaya couldn’t picture it in her mind at all.
She could only guess it must be a formidable opponent.
Finally, Monkey Island came into view, and on it, a group of Thunder Monkeys was seen riding wild oxen back and forth, howling loudly.
Feng Yaya: “…”
This was another tribe of Thunder Monkeys that had expelled her own troops.
They learned quickly!
In just a few days, the entire Thunder Monkey tribe had learned how to tame mounts.
But the training wasn’t completely successful, the wild oxen beneath them were unruly, kicking up their legs in an attempt to throw off the Thunder Monkeys riding them.
Here, the Thunder Monkey King’s elephant mount had been hunted down by the enemy and was being eaten with relish.
The enemy was also six-starred but looked much uglier than her own Thunder Monkeys.
Way too fat!
Feng Yaya tossed the wild boar she was holding to the side and, with a loud shout, charged onto the island, swinging the Pumpkin Hammer in her hand to slam the Fat Thunder Monkey away.
The Fat Thunder Monkey was instantly enraged, roaring as he swung his fists, lightning flashing as he bore down on Feng Yaya.
The young general stood fearless, leaping high to penetrate the net of lightning, and hammered the enemy general into the ground with one blow.
Ya Ya’s troops’ morale instantly surged.
The Thunder Monkey King pounded his chest to charge onto the small island but almost hammered himself to death on the back of the whale.
Covering his chest, gritting his teeth in a grimace, he roared and flung off the blood on his hands, leading the horde of beasts, howling as they rushed onto Monkey Island.
The Fat Thunder Monkey leapt up from the pit and glanced towards the sea.
Seeing the roaring beast horde charging at him, he turned and fled.
His tribe of monkeys closely followed, in a complete rout.
For a moment, the Thunder Monkey King was confused.
Had he won?
Was coming back to fight this easy?
He looked towards the Fat Thunder Monkey leading the retreat, fury churning inside him, and with a roar, he gave chase.
You fat monkey, who picks on the weak and fears the strong, don’t you run!
Before he could catch up, Feng Yaya had already grabbed her Pumpkin Hammer upside down and dashed after as a red shadow.
In an instant, the entire coastline was filled with the sounds of roaring beasts, some fleeing, others pursuing.
Few were actually engaged in combat.
Su He lay in the water, looking languidly at everything.
Green Snake swam on his Turtle Shell, gently massaging his Dragon Head with her tail to help ease his pain.
“Ya Ya has been tricked, hasn’t she?” Green Snake whispered softly.
“Yes, tricked indeed,” Su He replied spiritlessly.
Feng Yaya didn’t cultivate magical techniques and had no Divine Sense—or rather, her Divine Sense was directly integrated into her sight and hearing, so she didn’t notice the group of Thunder Monkeys ambushing behind the rocks.
That Fat Thunder Monkey was clearly luring the enemy deeper.
There were still half of the wounded Exotic Beasts near the coast that couldn’t fight.
The group of Thunder Monkeys was aiming for them.
To weaken the enemy and hunt for food, it was killing two birds with one stone!
Even better, after finishing off these disabled Exotic Beasts, they could trap Feng Yaya’s troops in a pincer attack with the Fat Thunder Monkey—an even bigger kill.
Just monkey fights, but they’re even using cunning tactics?
This was because Su He, now with a seven-tenths pure bloodline, could control his own imposing aura and keep his momentum concealed.
If Su He’s aura had remained outward, those monkeys wouldn’t wait for them to land and would have fled in terror.
He had to keep his aura concealed; otherwise, no Exotic Beasts would dare approach, making it impossible for Su He even to get a ride.
Su He stretched out his limbs, exercising a wide yawn.
For a Turtle, the Turtle Shell is the spine; stretching was not as comfortable as when he was in human form.
But after being cooped up, stretching seemed to open up the internal organs.
He limbered up his limbs and got ready to beat some monkeys.
Green Snake scolded softly, “It’s one thing for Ya Ya to be fooled as a youngster, but for the Toad, who has lived for thousands of years, to be tricked as well?”
At this moment, the Toad had lost its own mount and was riding on the back of a Lizard, following the main army into the fray, supervising the rear.
If any Exotic Beast dared to show a hint of retreat, the Toad would leap forward and smack it on the head with a pipe.
It had effectively added the authority of supervision to its role as Siwei!
This was an ambitious frog.
The Toad followed Su He, no longer assured.
Capable of teleporting, it could bring Feng Yaya back in an emergency with a single flash.
