Don’t Mess with that Turtle
Chapter 140 - 140 013 Frog Croak_1

140: Chapter 013 Frog Croak_1 140: Chapter 013 Frog Croak_1 “Wow~”

“Wow~~”

The Tiger Whale Clan exclaimed joyfully as they followed the lead whale away from the whale pasture and into the sea area where Su He was located.

Animal communication lacks specific vocabulary; they can only convey intentions.

The elders said there were benefits here, so they came.

Though resident whales have fixed hunting grounds, migration is normal for them.

The lead whale took the clan deep under the sea to meet their new king, but halfway through, the whales refused to move forward, swimming anxiously in the water, despite the head whale’s urging.

The other Tiger Whales could not sense the impact this body of water had on them, but they felt a tremendous terror lurking below.

Exotic Beasts don’t cultivate; their way of advancing is to eat well, sleep well, and fight!

Only Six and Seven Star beasts, or those who reach Profound Moon, consciously enhance their skills, like the Camel who entered the second level of Profound Moon in sorrow.

The whale clan disregarded the head whale’s urging and fled towards the surface, breaching the water not far from the small island.

This is the instinct of oceanic beasts: flee towards islands when danger looms in the deep sea, and into the deep sea when danger is near the shore.

Tiger Whales can also be hunted; not all of them reach Six Star.

In this Tiger Whale Clan, only the head whale was Six Star, the strongest of the rest were only Four Stars, and there were only seven or eight Exotic Beasts in total, with the remaining dozen or so being common Tiger Whales.

Of course, due to racial advantages, even common Tiger Whales could fight back and forth with other One Star or even Two-star Heterogeneous Beasts.

Feng Yaya sat on the highest boulder, contentedly swinging her small legs as she devoured a large chunk of tiger meat.

Life had improved since Green Snake’s arrival; it would bring salt out of the sea.

When a Green Wolf appeared, Feng Yaya immediately retracted her legs and assumed the posture of sitting astride a Golden Sword, her bloodstained armor glinting with murderous intent in the firelight.

Next to her, a helmet, missing one of its ear straps, laid on the ground, signifying the cruelty of war.

Over a hundred Exotic Beasts, if released into the Mortal Realm couldn’t perhaps cause the extinction of nations, but wreaking havoc wouldn’t be difficult.

Feng Yaya’s gaze pierced the thick fog, falling on the sea where a group of Tiger Whales swam.

She scanned each one, yet none were her tribe’s big fish.

New faces, enemies!

Just like the Savage King Green Snake spoke of, who had barely unified his tribe when other tribes began their assault.

She had just begun to subdue this small island when the big school of fish attacked.

This was war!

Feng Yaya felt no fear; she was actually somewhat impatient.

She tossed aside the tiger meat, put on her helmet, and brandished her bone club towards the sea with a shout, “Ah!”

Taking the lead, she leapt down, kicked away a scavenging boar with one foot, mounted it, and as the confused boar unwittingly charged in the direction Feng Yaya’s club pointed.

The other Exotic Beasts hurriedly swallowed their food and followed in the charge.

Thick fog obscured the path; they ran following only the sound of the king’s mount hooves.

“Roar!”

“Growl!”

“Howl!”

Then, splash, gurgle, gurgle.

There was a cliff by the shore, two zhang high, and as they charged forward, they fell into the sea.

These were land beasts, none better swimmers than the others, and soon they were all turned topsy-turvy.

Yet, Feng Yaya had already charged into the midst of the whale clan with her boar.

The wild boar squealed as it rushed into the whales, its pitch suddenly off.

One whale, two whales…

The wild boar couldn’t count; all it knew was that the world was full of Tiger Whales.

The memory of being slapped away by a Tiger Whale surged back, and fear wrapped around the porcine heart in an instant.

Shivering, it dived underwater, then turned and fled.

Leaving Feng Yaya alone in the sea.

With her club firmly in hand, she hopped onto a Four Star Tiger Whale, raising her fist to strike.

Just then, from a distance, the sounds of “Wow”, “Wow” came, as the head whale cursed the other whales with a mouth full of dirty words.

It sounded familiar; it was their Six Star big fish.

Looking eye to eye, Feng Yaya pursed her lips in disappointment, realizing it wasn’t war after all.

Soon after, she became excited again.

With the arrival of the entire big fish family, she could take her army to conquer other islands!

Feng Yaya laughed joyfully, hopping around on the back of the Tiger Whale, jumping from one end to the other as she cheerfully returned to the island.

What followed were the pitiful screams like pigs being slaughtered.

“Desert the battle and I’ll kill you for meat, oh.”

The Toad squatted by the seaside, tilting his body to watch the whale pod.

Clearly, these whales weren’t here to pledge allegiance to Feng Yaya.

They were here for that Little Dragon Turtle.

Was the entire clan intending to pledge allegiance to the Dragon Turtle?

Three thousand years ago, not even that Dragon Turtle had managed to subjugate a clan of Tiger Whales.

This Little Dragon Turtle…

After absorbing the Turtle Bead inside its shell, had it advanced?

The Toad’s eyes lit up.

Behind came the enchanting voice of Snake Head Military Adviser, “Young General, crossing the sea to wage a war is not so easy.

We need to train.

With so many Exotic Beasts, how to board the whale and disembark, victory is easy to speak of, but in case of defeat, how do we quickly retreat back here?”

Feng Yaya tilted her head, her face filled with disbelief.

Could this thing really fail?

Feng Yaya never loses!

The Toad, hearing this, happily jumped into the sea and swam in the direction the Tiger Whales had come from.

More than conquering the islands, escaping this small world was even more important.

Go and see to what extent the Dragon Turtle had advanced, try to ask for a drop of True Blood.

If all else fails, promise to introduce a Soul Beast to it once out.

The Toad was getting on in years, all his friends were Soul Beasts from a thousand years ago, and they were at least Third Grade.

The Dragon Turtle had hit the jackpot!

Following the direction from which the whales had come, the Toad dived deeper into the ocean.

Not yet reaching the seabed, he felt the Dragon Turtle Majesty wash over him with the seawater.

The fish and shrimp around carefully kept their distance.

The Toad’s eyes lit up again.

It really has advanced!

Though that Majesty was not strong, it was pure, far more so than the one from three thousand years ago.

The Toad sped up, flickering through the water, a blue lightning flash appearing by Su He’s side after a few consecutive, accurate leaps.

Su He sat motionless with his eyes closed, peacefully cultivating.

The Toad circled around him a few times, stretching his claws to feel the Dragon Turtle Divine Might emanating from Su He’s body, and his mouth gradually curved into a wider smile.

Not as dominant as his old friend, but indeed purer.

By having absorbed the Turtle Bead, this Little Dragon Turtle had come one step closer than his old friend.

It was like fulfilling an old friend’s legacy.

The Toad looked around but did not see the Turtle Shell.

He was taken aback.

Did that wily kid absorb the Turtle Shell too?

Was it aware of the domineering feat of the Dragon Turtle carrying mountains?

That was excessive!

That was the body of a predecessor from the same lineage!

It should have been enough to absorb just the Bloodline, without leaving behind any remains?

Closing his eyes to sense, he opened them momentarily and located it.

It was still at the place where the Dragon Turtle usually cultivated, at least the Little Turtle showed some conscience.

The Toad flickered towards the Turtle Shell, now that his old friend’s legacy was complete, the Turtle Shell should be collected and buried somewhere respectfully.

He blinked repeatedly and landed on the earth-yellow Turtle Shell.

Raising a claw to press against the Turtle Shell intending to shrink it, he suddenly noticed something, puzzlement flashing in his eyes.

Jumping down, he crawled into the Turtle Shell and looked up to see the round Turtle Bead hanging in the center of the shell, radiating a cascading light.

The Bloodline inheritance had not diminished in the slightest.

That Dragon Turtle hadn’t refined the Turtle Bead at all!

How could this be?!

The Toad’s cry turned into a screeching croak.

He started breathing rapidly, his eyes moved from astonishment to disbelief.

He had seen that Little Dragon Turtle; its flesh and bone purity was not high, not even twenty percent, how could it awaken the Dragon Turtle Majesty without absorbing the Turtle Bead?

This small world was related to the Divine God Beast Dragon Turtle, in the outside world twenty percent purity in the flesh and bones would be enough to make hundreds of beasts submit, but here in this realm, the beasts’ innate resistance to the Dragon Turtle had increased.

Without the pure Dragon Turtle Divine Might, they certainly wouldn’t submit.

This…

this…

He had awakened the Dragon Turtle Majesty on his own!
