Brandon Lucas, on the other hand, glared fiercely at the butler before cheerfully saying, "Lily, what brings you here? If you need to see me, you should just call, and I would come to you. There was no need for you to come all the way here."

Brandon Lucas was courteous in words, but not sincere in his heart.

He had already listened to that recording and was currently shaken, needing time to process it.
