Domineering Love -
Chapter 435 - 435 436
Chapter 435: Chapter 436 Chapter 435: Chapter 436 Walking quietly to the sixth floor, row upon row of neatly arranged bookshelves came into view, filled with various books.
Cherish Turner reached out, walking past the bookshelves, her small hand gently touching each book’s spine. Moonlight poured into the library, casting a silvery glow in the dark hall. Suddenly, she remembered that she used to love coming to the library to read whenever she had spare time. With no other leisure activities or places to go, this was the best place to relax.
A faint male voice came from nearby, seemingly talking on the phone.
The male voice disappeared, and William Griffith slowly emerged from the bookshelf aisle.
Cherish found a book she had always loved.
She was particularly fond of a line in this book.
William came to her side, his strong arms encircling her body, in such an intimate gesture. She chuckled, calling his name. Then he turned her towards the floor-to-ceiling window, speaking in a low voice, “Cherish, look here.”
As expected, Cherish looked up.
Suddenly, a bright sphere burst into the night sky, soaring and brilliantly blooming at its peak.
One after another, they intertwined into a rain of fireworks.
Red and blue flickered before her eyes, dazzling with a colorful display.
He lowered his head, kissing her delicate earlobe, and whispered, “Do you like it?”
Cherish made an “Mmm” sound and turned her head to look at him.
As their eyes met, they couldn’t help themselves – he hoarsely called out, “Cherish.”
Without a doubt, he fiercely pressed his lips against hers.
“Mmm–William!” she cried out, struggling for breath.
He immediately supported her waist, preventing her from collapsing, while still kissing her passionately. Leaning her head, she accidentally bumped into the edge of the bookshelf, crying out in pain and biting his tongue in the process. The metallic taste filled their mouths, acting as an aphrodisiac, making him even more unwilling to let her go.
As the fireworks continued to bloom, the book in her hand fell to the ground.
The book opened to a random page.
A row of red inked characters filled the eighteenth line.
