Domineering Love -
Chapter 261 - 261 261 Angel
Chapter 261: Chapter 261: Angel Chapter 261: Chapter 261: Angel Cherish Turner carefully got up, trying to crawl out of the bed, but a strong hand wrapped around her waist.
William Griffith was still asleep, but his hand had not let go of Cherish at all. Last night, he held her like this as they fell asleep; it was such a satisfying and luxurious feeling, but it also made him scared of losing her if he didn’t hold on tightly. So, he held her close all night.
Cherish frowned, delicately lifting his arm, and then…
“Hmm…” The arm’s owner let out a muffled hum and furrowed his brows as if he was going to wake up. Cherish didn’t dare to breathe, she immediately laid back down and continued to snuggle in William’s arms, afraid of waking him up.
Actually, being wrapped in his warmth was quite comfortable, and there was a unique masculine fragrance on this man’s body, very pleasant to her nose.
Her ostrich-like act was adorable to the extreme.
William, however, had already woken up. At this moment, he couldn’t help but smile as she was still in his embrace. Of course, he didn’t let Cherish know.
Cherish snuggled and eventually fell back asleep unconsciously, because this embrace was just too warm.
When she woke up again, she didn’t know what time it was, and William’s figure was long gone from the bed.
There was no alarm clock in the room, and she didn’t bring her phone, so Cherish had no idea what time it was.
She quickly got up, but as soon as she moved, her body ached. Her face flushed like blood once more as she thought of a certain beast’s sins from last night.
Enduring the burning sensation between her legs, Cherish tidied herself up, lifted the blanket, and was about to leave, but upon opening the room door, she sensed the delicious wafts of aroma coming in.
It was the fragrance of glutinous rice porridge, it seemed to have red beans and black dates, too.
Apart from these, there seemed to be the scent of stewed soup, though she couldn’t tell what it was.
Cherish didn’t wear any slippers and walked barefoot on the floor, following the heavenly aroma.
A handsome man was currently wearing an apron, diligently cooking the most delicious and heartfelt breakfast in the world.
Cherish was wearing the shirt William had put on her last night, his own shirt. It was long enough to completely wrap her up, but it was also extraordinarily tempting.
Hidden in his shirt, she sat behind the door frame, giggling foolishly, scratching her head, and watching the man not far away. It was nice having a man cooking for her in the morning.
It seemed like William Griffith had no flaws, he could do everything!
With a husband like this, what more could be wished for? Cherish – you once thought your taste in men was terrible, but who knew that you were actually quite discerning and fortunate? Picking such a great man so casually.
Just like a song someone had sung: “Only by waving goodbye to the wrong one, can you finally meet the right one.”
As she laughed, she couldn’t help but feel a little smug and foolishly let out a laugh.
Wrapped in an apron, William turned around and saw his beloved woman wearing his shirt, standing in the doorway, and smiling like an angel in the morning light.
“Why so happy?” William asked, and Cherish suddenly became stiff.
Crap, she got caught! Stopping her laughter, Cherish quickly transformed her face into a serious expression, lifted her foot to leave, but the man stopped her.
“What’s the matter, feeling shy?”
Who’s shy? She wasn’t feeling shy at all!
Being prideful, Cherish didn’t want to admit it after his tease, so she naturally couldn’t run away. So, she turned around and faced William Griffith!
