“Don’t think too much about it. It’s my mom, you know. She insisted on giving me this chicken soup when she saw me off. It’s wintertime, and it’s not good for a girl like me to eat so much. It’s easy to gain weight, so it benefits you instead!”

With that, Hailey scooped out the chicken soup and passed it to Sam.

Believe it or not, it smelled amazing. Even Hailey wanted to drool when she smelled it herself.

“Hurry up and drink it while it’s hot; I have to go back to the dorm later!” Hailey said as if she was in a hurry, but in reality, seeing Sam made her the happiest.

Sam didn’t say anything, nor did he suspect anything. He quietly ate and thought of the scene he had just witnessed, feeling puzzled.

“By the way, your brother and my sister…” Sam didn’t know how to ask. Could it be that his sister was two-timing?

But if he really asked, would Hailey misunderstand and tell William?
