Chapter 156: Chapter 156: Crisis Looms Chapter 156: Chapter 156: Crisis Looms As soon as they left the club’s main entrance, two Japanese hooligans set their sights on them.

“Where are you ladies going? Let us give you a ride, okay?” The Japanese man who spoke had a face full of stubble and looked scruffy. The other had a lecherous grin and held a liquor bottle, clearly not a good type.

“Get lost,” Cherish Turner warned, not wanting to cause trouble in Tokyo.

“Oh, feisty little girl, I like it! So, how about having some fun with us, huh? Come on, don’t be so serious!”

The man with the liquor bottle suddenly approached and grabbed Yara King, pulling her close to him.

Yara had never encountered something like this before. In Haicheng, she was always pampered and traveled in cars, never encountering bad people. Now in a foreign country, she was terrified!

“Cherish, what do we do? They don’t seem easy to deal with… We’re in Japan with no knowledge of the place; I don’t want to die here!”

The man’s grip was painful, and his face was disgusting. Yara was so anxious she was about to cry!

“Yara, don’t be scared; I won’t let them bully you!” Cherish had learned some self-defense, and dealing with these two men shouldn’t be too hard. But with Yara nearby, she had no confidence!

“Let her go; we can talk.” Cherish spoke in English mixed with Japanese.

The man seemed to understand and looked at Cherish, laughing annoyingly. “This little girl is pretty handsome, just my type!”

With that, the stubble-faced man waved his hand and had the man with the liquor bottle drag Yara over.

As Yara was close now, Cherish quietly told her, “When I hold them back, you run and call the police!”

“What’s the emergency number in Japan?” Yara’s mind was a mess, unable to remember that sort of thing in her panic!

“110!” With that, Cherish threw a left hook that knocked down the man holding Yara!

Yara broke free from the man’s grasp and ran off at breakneck speed. The stubble-faced man tried to chase her, but Cherish caught him with the strap of her bag and pulled him towards her, kicking him in the waist!

The two Japanese men were infuriated by this fiery woman!

“Didn’t expect the little girl to have some skills!” The man with the liquor bottle wiped the blood from his mouth, laughing coldly.

“Brother, we need to teach her a lesson!” Both men had been hit by a woman, losing face! They backed off and stared at Cherish with a gloomy expression.

Cherish knew that she could only lose by dragging it out with them. She needed to conserve her strength and wait for Yara to bring help.

This area was deserted, and due to the late hour, it was desolate.

Cherish retreated step by step, finally cornered against a wall and warily watching the two men.

After regaining her freedom, Yara sprinted until she reached a place with people and finally relaxed. Not far away was a convenience store. As she dashed over, she took out her phone from her bag to call for help – but stopped just as she was about to dial.

Encountering bad guys in Japan was an accident, but if she made good use of this accident or called the police a little later…

Thinking of this, Yara wrestled with her inner turmoil and ultimately put her phone back into her bag.

No one could blame her for an accident, right?
