Chapter 4504: Heading To The Secret Realm Openly
"Your fellow Heaven’s Warrior, Senior Yubin, will be released as soon as tomorrow or the day after. You are also no longer welcome since Davis has left for the secret realm. You can choose to expose our location and die from the True Soul Contract. We are no longer bothered since we will easily kill those who come at us."
"I already told him that I won’t reveal this location as long as he doesn’t do something evil. You were also there when I talked with him before he left. Are you trying to provoke me?"
Fairy Runalise glared at her.
"Let’s not fight." Tanya intervened, "Everything has been peaceful so far. Let’s not change that, shall we?"
Mingzhi gazed at Tanya.
Unexpectedly, these two had become a bit acquainted since they both know Imposing Sword Laws. They had sparred a lot and increased their insights from it, so it could be said they were training buddies, but Mingzhi felt that it clouded Tanya’s judgment somewhat.
But since Davis would’ve already told Tanya to remain careful, she didn’t feel the need to say it. Perhaps Davis’s plan was to have Tanya watch Fairy Runalise from doing something insane.
Regardless, she opened her mouth, "That’s what I wanted to say. I also want a peaceful life, but if I see any Heaven’s Warrior here, you better wish they could return to the heavens in one piece."
"Is that a threat?"
"It sure is. Husband and Tanya might not see you as a threat, but I do. If you do something crazy, I won’t hesitate to end you once and for all."
Mingzhi said her piece and left with a cold look on her face.
"..." Fairy Runalise watched her leave before she turned to look at Tanya.
She cupped her hands, "My apologies. I won’t be imposing myself here any longer. The mission I have chosen for myself was to keep the Divine Emperor of Death from doing any evil, but since he’s really gone, it’s useless for me to stay here. I will go to the Upper Realms and hunt other Divergents."
"Oh... take care then."
"I will. Thanks for sparring with me, Fairy Tanya. I have improved by leaps and bounds. I am fortunate that you are not a Divergent."
"..." Tanya paused for a moment. She then smiled lightly, "Do not view everything through a black and white lens. We’re only trying to survive to the best of our ability."
"I understand." Fairy Runalise nodded, "Having lived here, I know I was wrong to have deemed you all malicious, but that still doesn’t change the mission I carry. I won’t expose this location where innumerable families exist and live peacefully, but someday, somewhere, we will meet in battle. At that time, I wish there were no hard feelings."
"Mhm~" Tanya nodded, "Don’t worry. At that time, I will not hesitate to cut you down."
Fairy Runalise nodded, "May good fortune be with you~"
"May you turn a new leaf~"
Tanya returned the gesture. The two of them stared at each other before Fairy Runalise turned around and left.
========
"I see. She left..."
Davis looked at the messaging talisman before he kept them inside.
"Who left?" Evelynn asked.
"Fairy Runalise." Davis answered, "I thought she would stay there to keep an eye on Mingzhi and other Divergents, but it turns out that her gaze is only on me. Apparently, she decided to leave for the Upper Realms because I left."
He laughed lightly.
"Oh... I think that’s good." Evelynn nodded lightly, "If she remains there, I would fret over it."
"Right," Davis nodded, "We don’t need to fret over it anymore. Still, even till the end, she was a good person who only wanted to protect the people. I might’ve been a little too harsh on her all these years."
"You care about her?"
"At the level of an acquaintance? Sure. She kept her words and didn’t do anything strange, only trying to keep me in check. It was amusing on its own, although what I planned for her didn’t seem to have happened. It’s a pity..."
Davis looked outside the flying boat as he saw the scenery change one after another.
"..." Evelynn couldn’t tell what he had planned for her other than going on a gamble with some shady karmic technique that Tia said he was using.
Whatever it was, she didn’t think it would work either since affecting a Heaven’s Warrior who carried luck from the heavens would be way difficult than affecting normal people.
"I can’t wait to see Isabella, Shirley, and the others. I wish we had taken Stella’s path, but this works too."
Evelynn walked over to the edge and unleashed her aura.
Abruptly, the entirety of the area was shaken.
Magical beasts flying away in a panic, people scared shitless and countless lifeforms trembling in the wake of her sinister aura backed by annihilative heavenly poison.
Davis smirked. He caressed little Nadia’s back as she remained sleeping on him.
He was going to fly through every Lower Realm in his path until he reached the Eternal Twilight Lower Realm, inflicting fear in the hearts of the Realm Masters. He’s going to just pass through, but they wouldn’t know that, trembling at the wake of his presence, not knowing what he would do.
Would he conquer them? Would he completely eradicate the realm?
These two questions alone should have the realm’s rulers quaking in their boots.
Davis wanted to remind them that just because he stayed peaceful for ten years didn’t mean that they could team up again and launch a crusade against him the moment he went missing. He was making them think of never having to think about it.
Their flying boat reached the end of the realm the next day. They had timed it right, leaving a few hours before midnight.
The Ten-Year Period of the Covenant was officially over and Davis could no longer feel the Covenant binding him from leaving the Whispering Wildlands Lower Realm.
From there on, they reached the Silken Cherry Empress Lower Realm, where they frightened a bunch of fairies and beauties. They intentionally traversed a path that led to their region before making their way back, descending toward the Central Strata and landing on the Earth Dragon Lower Realm.
They did the same thing, nearing the Realm Master’s region before making their way to the Eternal Twilight Lower Realm.
Every time he passed by, Davis could sense a plethora of hearts panicking. The news that he was on the move was spreading like wildfire. At this point, Venerable Knight Lussandra caught up, asking what he was doing while going to the secret realm.
She was well aware of what he wanted, causing him to laugh.
"There’s still a point that I have to stop before I head inside the secret realm- you know the Eternal Twilight Lower Realm’s Daynight Family."
He echoed from the flying boat, causing Venerable Knight Lussandra’s bosoms to heave.
In fact, three other Venerable Knights were already behind her as though they were looking for a rematch if all talks were dropped, but she still stopped them, wanting to know his intentions first.
