Mingzhi raised her head as she scanned the door that had been sealed for far too long, in her opinion. She leaned gently against the door, waiting to hear some vibrations. However, there was none, making her pout.

She took two steps back gracefully and turned to leave.

However, she couldn’t bring herself to. She raised her head above, looking at the moon with a wistful smile on her face. That smile abruptly turned into one of mischief as she slid towards the door and began banging on it.

"Our bureau has received complaints that there is some rogue cheating the reincarnation cycle. You have thirty seconds to open up before I forcefully enter and check thoroughly."

Mingzhi banged the door again, suppressing her laughter.

She waited for thirty seconds. She still didn’t say anything and waited for another thirty seconds. However, Davis never answered, causing her smile to finally wilt. She took a deep breath, her bosoms heaving before she began walking away.
