Chapter 255: Chapter 255

She looked up, her face filled with shock. "Is that Mr. McMillan?"

The youngest ever CEO of McMillan Corporation and the world’s richest man? Why would he get involved with this?

"Didn’t you see my fiancée teaching someone a lesson?"

The icy–cold voice shocked Olga; she couldn’t believe what she was hearing. What did he mean? Fiancée? Rosemary was Romeo’s fiancée? How could this be possible?

She suddenly felt weak in the knees, almost collapsing on the spot.

Even Attlee, who had rushed over, was extremely shocked and in disbelief. Did he just hear what Romeo said? Rosemary was his fiancée?

"Who were you cursing at just now? Cat got your tongue? Nothing to say now?" Rosemary increased her grip, her body radiating a terrifying aura. Those cold eyes seemed ready to swallow up the joker in front of her.

Yolanda was still in shock, not yet able to process the situation. The man had just said Rosemary was his fiancée, and her mom was terrified when calling him Mr. McMillan. Could he be not just a high–ranking officer in McMillan Corporation but the world’s richest man, Romeo?

No way!

How could the world’s richest man, Romeo, have a fiancée? And how could that fiancée be Rosemary? What on earth was going on?

It must be a misunderstanding! It must be!

Rosemary looked at the joker in front of her coldly and said, "If you want to play, then let’s play."

She slapped Yolanda several times. Attlee stood two meters away, watching his daughter get hit without any resistance, getting more anxious.

"Mr. McMillan, I apologize; the one being hit is my daughter. Could you let me go over there? There might be some misunderstanding. I’ll go over and mediate."

"Your daughter provoked my fiancée!" Romeo’s eyes were as cold as ice. "You didn’t educate your daughter well. I haven’t even settled the score with you."

Attlee was now sure that Rosemary really was his fiancée. It’s over; it’s all over. Yolanda had to provoke Rosemary in front of Romeo.

Rosemary slapped Yolanda several times, each slap full of force.

Yolanda was seeing stars; Rosemary’s face was splitting into several shadows; the people around her were blurry.

"Rosemary!" Olga watched as her daughter got hit until her mouth was bleeding, both cheeks swollen, her makeup smeared, and her hair a mess. She was heartbroken.

She really wanted to hit Rosemary, but now she could only try to persuade her: "What are you hitting Yoli for? Look at her! There are so many people here; let her go."

If it had been before, Olga would have already charged over to fight with Rosemary.

But now that Mr. McMillan was standing in front of her, she didn’t dare make a move; she could only swallow her bitterness and plead with Rosemary in as polite a tone as possible.

"Why would I hit her?" Rosemary sneered at the ridiculous figure in front of her, "Because she got what she deserved!"

"What kind of reason is that? Aren’t you afraid of being laughed at by the other families?"

There were many influential people standing around.

Olga couldn’t help but fan the flames: "We, the Harris family, only got the land you wanted. Do you have to resort to physical violence? Is the founder of LY really so petty?"

"What? She’s the founder of LY? Way too young!"

"I saw Dylan treating her with so much respect, I thought she was the daughter of LY’s founder."

"I always thought LY’s founder was a dude."

"I thought she was just a high–up at LY."

Nobody saw it coming that Rosemary was the brain behind the LY brand!

Talk about impressive!

But, as Olga pointed out, did she really just throw punches over land?

"What, my daughter didn’t make herself clear?"

Suddenly, a posh lady strutted out from the crowd, shooting Olga a frosty look with a hint of mockery in her voice.

"My daughter said it, your daughter deserved it. Instead of looking into your daughter’s issues, you question mine? Who do you think you are?"

Upon seeing this woman, Olga turned pale with fright and asked, "What did you say?"

Louisa claimed that Rosemary was her daughter!

How can that be?

Then it hit Olga; she remembered a news piece about a girl, Rosemary Collins, who aced the college entrance exam. Could Rosemary really be the heiress of the filthy–rich Collins family?

No way.

"Your daughter is shameless; my daughter’s hand hurts from the slap; I expect an apology from your whole family!"

Olga couldn’t believe what she was hearing from Louisa; she had met unreasonable people, but never this unreasonable! Rosemary was the bully, and she had the audacity to say her daughter was shameless and that Rosemary’s hand hurt? Totally out of line!

"Your daughter dirtied my fiancée’s hand. I want an apology to my fiancée from your whole family."

The person speaking was Romeo.

Everyone’s eyes turned towards him, especially Attlee, who looked as if he had been struck by lightning.

Romeo stepped up.

"Dare you bully my sister in my face? The Harris family has not had enough trouble lately? Too much idle time on your hands?"

Another person stepped up! It was Hunter!

At this, Attlee and Olga took a step back; their minds went blank, their faces pale.

Even Yolanda was taken aback. Rosemary was the daughter of the Collins family? And Romeo’s fiancée?

How could her status be so high?

"As far as I know, you’ve been bullying my daughter all along. If today’s incident doesn’t satisfy my daughter, then there’s no need for the Harris family to exist!"

Upon hearing Kenneth’s words, the Harris family turned pale with fright.

Both families were against them, but they were powerless and could only let it happen.

The ladies around didn’t understand why Louisa claimed Rosemary as her daughter, but they knew who Louisa intended to protect, and they should stick together.

With that, they spoke up one after another:

"Why are there still people who don’t know their place picking on the Collins family? Do they really think they’re something special?"

"Mrs. Collins, which group do they belong to? Thinking they’re all that just because they got a piece of land?"
